I had an eye checkup with a young male Doctor, I believe it was Dr. Feltis? He was fantastic. Unlike eye doctors at other eye clinics I've been to, he showed me all the scans of my eyes and actually explained them to me instead of saying "your eyes are fine" and sending me on my way. He explained how the blood vessels in my eyes were healthy, and explained some basic anatomy of the eye when I had some questions, in ways that I could understand. No one has ever treated me with such respect (this could be that in the past I was a teenager and those Drs didn't think I could understand anything but who knows). I got laser eye surgery a few years ago and thus my eyes can get dry sometimes and he recommended a good eyedrop for me. I will 100% be going back to see this doctor in the future!!

About an hour later, someone from the office called me back to ask if maybe I just wanted three months instead, as that is what I do regularly. Went for my checkup in August and was not pleased. I had expressed my unhappiness with my current glasses which were purchased there 2 years ago. The coatings were failing and my vision was cloudy because of it. When I expressed my concerns to the optometrist his comment was "well your a fussy one". At the end of my appointment I took my prescription with me and went elsewhere to purchase new frames and lenses. Definitely won't be going back. Have already found a new optometrist. I have been wearing glasses for upwards of 40 years and I have never had a problem like that. I paid a good deal of money for extremely poor quality and unprofessional service. Definitely not interested in keeping me as a customer - I had been a patient for over 10 years. Lesson learned.

I did not even want to give one star but you have to pick at least one to post your review. Can I get a minus minus. This was my first time trying FYI and I will never go back again. I went in July and I still don't have my glasses. They made a major mistake and they have yet to fix it. I am not going to guess the reason for their incompetence but I have my suspicions. I will shout my displeasure with all my glass wearing friends to NOT go to FYI even if they have to wait elsewhere. After my experience I can not think why anyone would go there. Still waiting, the way this has been going I won't be surprised if I never get my glasses...

I am not sure but I think the customer service with some of the younger ladies probably under 35 yrs of age need to be a little more helpful. My spouse went for her appointment, she has always had a great experience... Until today. The customer service for help to pick out her glasses was terrible. She wasn't even given any options if she wanted any of the extra water repellent/scratch resistant features for her lenses. Even though in my spouses case could be covered so far. But this recent experience was not a good one, especially this lady made us feel uncomfortable. Conversation wise, was pretty well unwelcoming. If staffing doesn't ensure quality customer service I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. Please bring back all the staff that was there a year ago. Bright cheery lovely ladies.

I've gone here for years and have always had excellent service. As for the prices, you get what you pay for. I have seen people who can afford better but still get "deals" elsewhere that give them uncomfortably heavy glasses, headaches, and dizziness. Every time I've got contact lenses or glasses from here they're so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them -- and I wear progressives.

I would not recommend, they made me wait three weeks for my glasses and once hey got there they were falling off my face. The girl “tightened them” twice and they’re now bent and crooked. Not only was the women who helped me pushy, but she was supposed to order a smaller size frame for my face and the wait was for the smaller size. Like I said their falling off my face.

Very good! Very responsible!Dr Elash took over 2 housr for my wife, we paid $120 before taxes. one eye 625 and another 650. And check out a desease in eye to need a treatment. However, later we went to costco again, the male doctor just took 20 minutes, the result was both 725, we paid $110 before taxes.

Long story short..I had never before in my life had an eye exam. The days leading up to the appointment I was nervous and distraught... I wasn’t a fan of anyone touching my eyes or getting in my personal space. The day of the appointment arrived..., and Courtney and her staff made the entire experience relaxing professional and enjoyable. Her expertise immediately removed all sense of nervousness, doubt, and fear from going to an optometrist. I was pleased to discover I had 20/20 vision! And because I was nervously acting like a child, Dr. Kennedy even let me grab a Candy from the children’s box! Her staff made direct billing my insurance company a breeze! And before you know it, I was back at work after lunch, recommending her clinic to all my coworkers I would give 6 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... but google only does 5!

Not only was Kennedy eye clinic thorough with me, they also made the experience exciting for my son who was a little nervous going to get his eyes checked . Every question I asked was answered . Every aspect of my shopping experience was excellent. I purchased eyeglasses and contact lenses. I picked a generic brand lens instead of the Zeiss lens and after wearing them I wished I would have chosen the Zeiss lens. I called them and they said "No problem. We will swap them out". So many places push back when you aren't fully satisfied. I was expecting a fight about this. I was expecting "Final sale" or "Nothing we can do once you buy them". I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the customer service is here. They also made sure that if I wasn't 100% happy with my contacts brand and power, they would work with me until I had the exact lenses I wanted. Would recommend Tower to everyone!

Very competent optometrists and THE best adjustment staff in town. 90% of the you go, it’s the adjusters that you deal with. They are well trained and take their time with you.

Great Optometrist office! It has a warm and comfortable environment, with a kind and professional staff. I have been seeing Dr. Naylor for over 15 years and he does a great job and explains things well. Wrong glasses were ordered as per Optometrist direction. We only found out 2 weeks later when we went to collect glasses. Had to wait another 2 weeks for correct glasses to arrive. We were updated on the progress & they were very apologetic.

I left my previous eye care facility because they provided so-so service. Not good, not bad, just indifferent. I tried our Dr. Barrie at Invision Eye Care and I can't say enough good things about them. The facility is nice, the staff is friendly and they really do care about their customers. They are always willing to answer and questions and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. Dr. Barrie is one of the best professionals in Saskatoon. She knows what she is talking about and always provides helpful and useful suggestions, information and details. I trust her completely. I have been a client of Invision Eye Care and Dr Lori Robinson's for over 25 years - in part this says it all but allow me to elaborate. Dr Robinson and Dr Barrie are consummate professionals but they also have a support team working under them that are second to none - many of them are tenured employees who even call me by name as I walk through the door. I love the atmosphere in this clinic - its clearly a team effort to ensure clients are happy. I recently had to update my contact lens prescription and I Dr Robinson remembered the allergic reaction I had to a new formulation - more than 3 years ago. She made detailed notes on my file so that her assistant (also named Laurie) was quick to identify what I needed to order for contacts and why I needed the previous formulation.. She even offered to order them in advance of the Christmas holidays so that they would be ready & waiting for me to pick up when I returned to work. I look forward to my visits to this Eye clinic and have never doubted that they appreciate my business.

I've never had a person adjust my glasses to sit on my face nicely here. The fact that I as a customer who spent $800 on my glasses and knows how they feel on my face should know if they are comfortable. The girl basically told me they looked fine and I told her no they are sitting on the left side of my nose only and it hurts. She then started to bend the earpiece so it sat flush against my head behind my ear and I told her it wasnt comfortable and then she told me that's how they are suppose to sit (which I've never heard of before..so stupid!) and that she didn't know what else to do and theres nothing else she could do. The fact that I didnt want my earpiece adjusted and now the arms on my brand new glasses are bent, still wont sit straight on my nose. All I wanted was for them to sit evenly on both sides of my nose. If you dont know how to adjust glasses maybe you should go ask for help! That was my 3rd attempt going back to adjust them. Had the same issue with my pair of glasses before these. Never going back.

Had my glasses (not purchased from FYI) break randomly on a Friday night. Went in today (Saturday) and was so happy with the service I received, everyone was instantly willing to help and try to do everything they could to get my glasses asap. They ended up having my lenses in stock (that NEVER happens) and I was able to have a new pair of glasses within 30 minutes of choosing my frames. I've been to their 22nd street location as well and both times had a great experience! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Couldn't be more happy! This place had been a waste of money. The last straw was when the held my wife's prescription and forced us to pay $50 for them to release it to her. This was after we had paid for the exam. They told her to buy contacts and glasses from them or pay up! Well guess what, it was cheaper to pay the $50 and get her contacts and glasses elsewhere. Lost our business after that, never to return, and will lose more money than the $50 they charged. Her last pair of glasses from them were $900. And no, that is not a typo.

I have been a loyal customer of FYI for 5 years almost, despite they made mistakes on orders I still stayed with them and then twice this has happened in the last 4 years atleast that I was late to pick up my order and they put in my notes that I picked them up. Today the receptionist going by the notes made it sound like I am lieing and getting orders for free. I will not continue with them anymore as staff is unprofessional and makes bad notes with mistakes all the time.
