The spring broke on our overhead door one evening. We called in at 8:30 AM the next day and a tech was onsite within an hour! It was fixed quickly and they brought the correct parts with them. Called Bonnie at the office and explained we had a door stuck half open at our detail shop. Help! Bonnie was on it right away, gave a 2 hour window to be on site and resolve and her technician Les was just awesome! My garage door springs failed. I called Creative Doors and they were great to deal with from the first phone call. I had an appointment the next day and Bart, who was fantastic, came in and had the springs replaced, adjusted the door and lubricated all the hinges. The girl on the end of the phone was pleasant and got us a next day appointment and let us know a time frame on when the technician would arrive (Which we appriciated). I recieved a call by Noah prior to 8:00 indicating he would be there at 8:00 sharp, which he was. Noah walked me through what exactly needed to be corrected and followed up when he was done! Had a repair I needed done on my residential garage door. I called them Sat morning and was pleasantly surprised to find out the tech could make it out later Monday morning. The tech was awesome, very friendly and did a great job fixing everything up. He was also very good at explaining everything he did afterwards and what to watch for to prevent it from happening again. Great customer service and I'd highly recommend these guys!

Completely terrible. My expensive door took 4 weeks longer then they claimed. Once it finally arrived the did a terrible job installing it with missing parts. Then wouldn't finish the installation until next time they were in the neighborhood installing another custom door. I actually had to get angry over the phone to have them come back and finish the installation. I felt when I spend $4,500 on 1 garage door I should have better service then I did.

I contacted Windows and Doors Direct about replacing an exisitng patio door. The sales rep, Terry, was prompt and pleasant to deal with. He examined the door and listened to my reasons for wanting to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised when he suggested I might want to try it for another winter with just a few minor changes since the door is actually in good shape. The only issue is that the door is old and not energy efficient. If I do decide the replace the door next year I will definitely go with Windows and Doors Direct!

Replacement of living floor windows and garden door on a log home. Measuring of window replacement was poor. Company stated that they had experience with log homes, this was not the case. Windows were undersized. Delivery was slow. Fit and finish on trim was poor. Windows themselves were good quality but installation was poor. For the price we were disappointed.

I built a new home in Medicine Hat and had Durabuilt Windows installed. I was assured they were an upgrade and the front door was very expensive. My problem is the install or the seals as I have a lot of condensation on the windows and frost a half inch thick inside the front door...in the winter...it is ruining my hardwood floors. They put new weather stripping on the door but that didn't help. I am wondering if the front door was warped. Unfortunately, i have never had issues like these with any of my houses in Medicine Hat or Calgary so feel that the Windows are the problem...sorry Durabuilt.

Absolutely terrible. Windows won’t last 10 years without failing. Replacement windows come in the wrong size, scratched, wrong glass, etc. Avoid!
