Our kitchen sink decided that a Friday night would be a good time to plug & also start leaking! We called a few people and we were led to Mr Rooter as it sounded like we needed a drain cleaning as well as a plumber. Andrew showed up promptly the next day (Saturday) and after inspecting the job, gave me a few options which I liked as well as the fact that it could be done that afternoon. He quoted me a price and I felt it was quite reasonable for a professional job that was going to give us peace of mind again. He was very neat & tidy and even brought is own mat to wipe his feet on! I called westcan to come pump out my septic tank at my acreage. They came the same day. The cost was super affordable. The guy that pumped out the tank even asked me if I had a garden hose to clean out the bottom of the tank. I've had the same service from other companies but they just threw the hose down pumped it and left. They didn't even get all the waste at the bottom. The operator made sure I was satisfied with the service and left. Im definitely going to be calling them again.

We were experiencing sewer smell in our older home so we decided to hire two different sewer companies to investigate. Atlas was the company that was able to determine the cause after investigating in the most strategic and cost effective way. We also used Atlas at our rental property to scope and line a cracked sewer line under the house. Morgan and Phil were very professional and great to deal with. We would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing/sewer needs as they arise.

We had a plugged line. I called Atlas and they were were awesome to talk to on the phone and really helpful. They were able to send someone out the same day...I called at around noon...they said they said it would around 2 or 3 when they would be buy. And Nick showed up even earlier than that. Nick was great...really friendly and hard working. He got right at it and was real professional. Unplugged the line and cleaned up after himself put the toilet back on and was on his way. Adam has been out to our house now and he has been AMAZING. This whole time we thought it was our drain, when really it was the washing machine the whole entire time. Every time he came out he was VERY professional. VERY knowledgeable and VERY patient !!! I was very upset after flooding and clean up 50 hours straight, this last time he came and even though he knew what the issue was, for our peace of mind he went through and checked it all all over again, and he helped us diagnose the issue now we can actually fix the problem he even stood here and gave us peace of mind by making sure we knew what the problem was and we were satisfied. The gentleman showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly. I was told $140 plus tax to clear our our sewer line. There was a crack found in the joint that is near the front of the house. For some reason he puttered with trying to get threw it, but the crack wouldn’t let him so I only got half my line cleaned out and was charged $225. It’s definitely not his fault I had a crack in the line.....however I called Dukes, Told them what happened....they finished cleaning the line out all the way to the street for free for me, with no issues, they said they used an extendor so they didn’t even need to go in to the front line that had a crack. We then asked Dukes to fix the crack and all is good. I won’t be calling Roto Rooter agin since this is my second bad experience with them.

Colin recommend new York furnace , HRV and gas on demand hot water system and we also requested plumbing of new bathroom laundry in basement. The great thing is they provide honest assessment and if they say no need to change something they tell you. About 4 years ago I needed a plumber to install my gas fireplace, gas furnace in the garage and hookup a gas BBQ. Colin and Jason at Universal Plumbing were recommended to me.
