It would help if she worked in regina more than 1 day a week.

The Staff was patient and kind and very informative eye exams and glasses. The Doctor was very informative and able to answer our questions so that we could understand. A plus was that they cleaned my glasses when I arrived and they submitted the costs to our insurance company so that we didn’t have to do it ourselves. I had an eye exam with the young Dr.Kelly because I need to get more contact lenses. He suggested me to try some other brands at his clinic since my current brand is over 10 years old. I asked for some brand names but he was not interested at all to listen to my question because I told him that I usually buy from elsewhere. He didn't give other brand names and just said I can seek for other places. Isn't my question part of an eye exam session! He took me out of the office as soon as he knows I wasn't interested in buying lenses from him and led me straight to the glasses retail WITHOUT giving me a minute to put my contact lenses back to my eyes. I know that my comment won't hurt their business. I just represent for people around me whom also had the same experience from this clinic. This is also not my first time experiencing this treatment at this clinic. Best services go a long way. Don't be too eager to make the money! I could take the service somewhere else next time and every patient should be treated better with more considerate doctors and staff.

The optometrist was friendly. I wanted contacts they didn't do a fitting which was weird since they usually do at other places I've been. They started being rude when I asked for my prescription only, sluffing me off. I had to wait and keep asking for someone to get it. Went to costco they did a fitting, had two trials till I got ones that were the most comfortable with my new prescription. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Very bad experience with their customer service. I usually dont like giving less than one star. But the way they are handling my request, forced me to give them negative reviews. I got my eye test done at their location in 2018 and i ask them for prescription for that test as i dont live in regina any more and need to get new glasses as mine is broken.. it all started 9 in the morning when they open, i called them and they said, they will email me. I waited for 2 hrs and called again, customer service said, she just put in request and someone else will do tht, once they have a minute as its very busy.. i called again in afternoon and they apologize and let somebody called me, and she said you got your eye test done in some other location, please contact them. I told her that i got this done here, she again bargain a time and called me back saying yes it was done but in 2015 and it is expired and i again enlighten her about my 2018 visit. Finally she found me and then took my email address wrong and didnt even confirm back. Second day i again called in at 1030 and find out tht she didnt took my right email address. Again called 3 times in a day giving my email address and fax no. But I didnt recieve anything and nobody have a bit of responsbility to call me back and follow up. Very poor service and here i am waiting so i can see properly. I do drive n if in case i met with an accident, who will be responsible.

All staff was efficient and knowledgeable. I have two small children and was worried about how this would go with their busy minds and hands! I was extremely impressed with Dr.Hogan. He was patient with the kids and even entertained them all while getting the job done! He took a lot of time to explain what he was doing and what that meant for my children. Overall a great experience. We will certainly be going back to see Dr.Hogan and the staff at FYiDoctors Victoria Square Mall.

Scheduled an appointment online for Wednesday March 6th at 945 am and missed it, which was totally my bad. Phoned and apologized and then rebooked. They squeezed me in for today, March 8th at 10 am. Went in this morning for my eye appointment and they looked at me and said "actually, you're appointment was on the 6th". I said I know, I phoned and rebooked at around 12 pm that same day. And they proceeded to make ME feel stupid and like I was the one who screwed up. Leaving I was in tears and very angry and I remembered I phoned once around noon to rebook, then again around 2pm to confirm the price of the appointment. Looked through my phone history and sure enough the two phone calls were there. I don't know what happened.. if she didn't put my appointment in the computer or what but I know I WILL NOT be going back. They weren't accommodating or apologetic for their mistake whatsoever.

Their contact lens department never answers their phone and takes days to respond to messages (if they do at all). I got fed up and asked a manager to call me and never got a call back. The optometrist himself was fantastic - clinic operations needs serious work.

The optometrist told us that we have good vision but some glasses will help crisp up some edges and he was showing me examples that barely made a difference. I guess I just felt like they were pushing their products.

Was in at the hospital on a Wednesday morning for an abrasion on my eye. I only wear contacts and my glasses were 6 years old. While I was waiting for a prescription I walked into the store and was helped with a rush order on my glasses that were put together and delivered to the store less than 5 hours later. They also allowed a friend to pick up and deliver my glasses to me at my rural home as I was unable to drive with my injury. Very Satisfied.

You can make your self comfortable and have complimentary access to different variant of coffee. In addition staff was so rude ... and wasn't concerned at all. Furthermore, male staff member approached and asked if i touched few frames. He was confronted by another staff that those frames were handled by her. During my visit they had 6 six staff members who were sitting and laughing ..... This guy was only interested to serve beautiful ladies..... Moreover, I felt the high rudeness due to diversity, i felt that being a person of color they did not like me. I would not recommend this place until and unless its urgent. You will be wasting your money. In the end i asked the staff member to print me my previous year eye examination result. The body expressions and tone she displayed seems like i have asked her to run 30km marathon. Highly disappointed @ fyi doctors this time ...... if they are charging us $100 per visit, one should look for better options

I paid 600.00 just for lenses not even frames and they could not spare a small bottle of cleaning solution and a clean cloth to care for them. Coming from Saskatoon that has never happened.

I just wanted to mention how disappointed I am with the quality of your service, I have purchased a set of glasses and paid $700.00 to get a set of glasses with the promise of having it done within 4 weeks and I had that done on march 5th, almost 2 months has passed and today I get the news that the frame has arrived my issues are the following -if I knew it would take 2 months to get a frame I would have ordered a different set -I was contacted and told that the set will be delayed and an offer to place on a temp frame was offered (great job) but no follow up was done and never happened -when I called to follow up I was given the run around first person who picked up clearly told me that they were not installed yet and if I would like to install them then passed to the manager who told me that they were installed and waiting for me to pick up and contradicted the first person and in a polite way turned things around and blamed me and what ticked me the most was there was no apology in the entire conversation no one has said I am sorry for the mistake I will take care of that just to let you know I got a similar pair and I am paying $100 extra only not to have their services

Dr. Robertson saw my little girl.. did an exceptionally thorough examination.. treated her and myself with respect, explaining everything. Put an order through for her glasses on rush, and is seeing her for a repeat examination in a couple of weeks. Front staff was polite, and efficient. A welcome relief after poor service at another retailer where my daughter was even misdiagnosed. My only complaint is that Dr. Robertson is quitting this year and moving on to other things.. :( Great doctor!

First time prescription eyewear buyer. And I am pretty thorough when making a purchase. I had visited a number of different eye glass businesses and I stopped into the Rochdale location on kind if a last whim. There I ket Rochene (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and, let me tell you, this girl has the patience of a saint as she proceeded to help me look through at least 30 pair of frames. When I had finally made my decision, a week later, Angelique helped with final fitting and ordering. A great part is, they do direct billing on my health benefits from work. Angelique, just as patient and personable as Rochene. I was told my order would take a couple weeks but they were in sooner than expected. Smooth ordering, very helpful, personable, great side conversation..both amazing ladies were professional sales getting ne the right product and putting up with my search with a smile. The store itself has a great selection or can order what may have become sold out in your search. I highly recommend the staff at Factory Optical and Factory Optical as a great location for any eyewear needs.

We had previously been going to the NW location for years. I made an appointment for my daughter for a sat. When I got there, I was told by the receptionist that i was late, and my appointment had been made for a different time, so I would have to re make the appointment. I showed her the e-mail they sent me which proved that I was right about the appointment, and she still refused my daughters appointment saying the nearest one I could get would be in two weeks. Frustrated I made an appointment with a different doctor, where I also found out that in all likelihood, my daughter was misdiagnosed several years prior when I was told her vision was perfect. I brought her in to the new clinic myself and witnessed the test. She needed glasses, has a perscription far stronger then mine. I can accept that her vision may have changed.. although very rapidly .. but she also has a lazy eye. To the best of my knowledge that is something that they should have caught before. Either way.. poor service by 2 for 1.

Received terrible service. Their associate refused to order the contacts I requested, claiming that they knew better about what I wanted than I did. When I finally returned after such a terrible experience to order the contacts that were part of my 2 for 1 deal they said I have to get a brand new prescription and won’t order them for me - even though they’re the reason my contacts were not ordered when requested. Will not return to a place that tries to cheat me out of my purchase.

I went to the east location before this one, where they did not help at all. I was brushed off and when I asked for help the girl pointed at the wall and said "those are the women's frames" and turned her back to me. At the Rochdale location (this review), I was greeted by a young woman named Christian (I think that's her name) and she was extremely helpful and I got two frames picked out within half hour. I told her I was on a budget and she picked frames that were within that, and also told me about Groupon and I saved even more! She called me the next day (when they received my prescription) and told me the exact calculated cost. I am very happy with my experience here 😊

I made a visit to this store today and ordered one designer eyeglass frame.(with prescription) After half an hour i called them and told them that i wanna change my frame. They told me it can't be possible. I been to their store to talk and they gave me my new eyeglasses that i ordered just 2 hours ago. They were done with my eyeglasses in just 2 hours just because they don't want me to change the frame. hope everybody is getting their eyeglasses done in 2 hours ...I don't wanna go to that store again it was a terrible experience

Terrible service, their premium lenses are garbage, and I'm 95% percent confident my prescription is wrong. Their 2 for 1 "deal" is a pure gimmick. I wont buy there again.

Looked at glasses for 20 minutes with ZERO service. My fiancé walked over to the men’s section and was greeted and asked if he needed help. My Fiancé said no but my girlfriend does as she’s looking for new glasses. The worker said oh ok and walked away and did not come to assist me. Are men not aloud to help women find glasses? Bought a groupon with intention of getting glasses but I don’t think I will be using it or going back.

Kudos to Nicole Janier and Ryan Velado! Nicole was very personable and made us feel good about our visit. Ryan on the other hand, was very thorough and knowledgable in assisting me and my wife. He provided us options and educated us in things that we have to look into when it come to eye care. Great job guys!

Probably will never go back. I can't say the customer service was bad because it didn't exist. Tried on glasses for about 20 mins and no one bothered to talk to us. I would Recommend FYI Eye Doctors across the street in the Vic Square Mall instead.

She really knows her patients and her staff is always very helpful. My and my family's care has always been top flight and both my boys look forward to seeing her every year. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. The people who work here should be fired. I took an eye exam here by Dr. Thomas Nguyen, and he did a very rough job. They seem to have absolutely 0 experience. The entire exam only took 5 MINUTES. Other eye exams normally take 20-30 minutes, which just goes to show how lazy and horrible these people are at their job. They ended up giving me a prescription MUCH lower than what it should have been. Suspicious, I went to a different eye doctor where they took time and dedication into my exam. The results I got were accurate and that's when I realised that the results I got from here were completely INACCURATE and WRONG. If I were to follow the prescription I got from here, I would've gotten lenses that didn't suit my eyes and my vision would've become worse. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN ACCURATE PRESCRIPTION. Please avoid this place at all costs. I am very disappointed.

Have not been yet, but I can say Joanna the receptionist is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Give her a raise. *Update* Joanna is great, but after visiting I am sorry to have to say this is a very bad place to get an eye exam. Felt rushed, the girl at the counter was very very rude and I was really disappointed.
