Barb Lloyd is a terrific instructor and a highly knowledgeable and skilled dog behaviourist. From puppies to adult to senior dogs, she has the ability to hone in on the issue and help the handler to address any training challenge. Dog's Den offers a wide variety of classes for puppies and adult dogs in obedience, manners and puppy agility. Barb has been training and teaching for many years and participates in several dog sports herself. I highly recommend anyone with a dog, whether a puppy, adult or senior, take a class at Dog's Den. She has something to offer every dog/Handler from new to the family or has been in the family for years.

Izzie and Shayla are both wonderful, however I have had a terrible experience. I wrote a cheque to pay for my dogs daycare. I am not accusing Izzie or Shayla, but from the cheque I wrote to The Balanced Pack I have experienced cheque fraud and have had just under $4000 attempted to be stolen. I emailed and phoned The Balanced Pack and have gotten no response. As a business wouldn't you want to deal with this ASAP? It is beyond puzzling to me why I have not been contacted back for The Balanced Pack to try to rectify this- or at the very least apologize. I enjoyed sending my dog here, and had Izzie/Shayla contacted me back perhaps I would have continued to send my dog. However due to the lack of professionalism in handling an extremely concerning manner I will never be giving my business here again. I had previously highly recommended The Balanced Pack, but have made sure to inform all my dog owner friends about what has occurred.

Contacted them through their website said someone would call me to chat ended up I ended up missing the call. When I called back no one answered so I left a message. Their voicemail says Estevan dog training not the balanced pack. No one ever returned my call. So I call the number listed on google and it is also not the balanced pack. It should not be this hard to get ahold of someone to train my dog. If you can reply to emails quickly you should be able to return a phone call. If you even called me at all. Guess I'll find someone else.

Would have loved to send my dog to daycare here. Too bad I didn't get a response to any of my emails, phone calls where i left voicemails and Facebook messages over the course of 3 months. I was also interested in doing training classes, but the lack of professionalism has lost any business they could have ever got from me or anyone I know.

Good instructor for class, but class sizes are large. Facility: doesn't have the best parking (dirt/mud which is awful on raining days), floor is duck taped together, lots of echoes, no windows. Update after reading owner response - I tripped over the floor many times in the facility. The facility is fine, but in comparison to others that have mats sealed together, this is a cheap and ineffective way to put down flooring that doesn't work with potty accidents or client safety. Whether the facility is rented or owned is irrelevant to the state of the parking - it is not ideal.

Love bringing our fur baby here for daycare and we can't wait to start in on the next session of impulse training classes. Ashley and her staff are very professional and accommodating. Giving our pup the opportunity to learn to play with others and burn some energy in the process is totally worth it. 😊👍

Paid $120 for "impulse control " puppy classes that I was told would address the problem issues I have been having with my very large puppy. None of these issues have been touched on but the games provided I suppose would engage impulse control. However, the instructor was almost always late and one week probably didn't even show up. I'm 8 mth's pregnant and live 90min north of Regina and waited in my truck for 30min past when the class was supposed to start and the instructor hadn't shown up yet. So I left. I won't be returning after only attending half the classes because I refuse to drive that far in my condition just to have no one show up. Very disappointed and was a total waste of time and money.

Ashley is a terrific, highly knowledgeable and skilled dog trainer. From puppies to senior dogs, she has the ability to identify an the issue and help the owner address training challenges. The Hydeout offers a wide variety of classes for dogs of all ages in obedience, manners, rally and agility. They also have daycare for dogs; which my dogs love. They are treated very well and I would highly recommend anyone with a dog of any age to utilize the facility and expertise for daycare and/or classes.

I've been taking my dog to The Hydeout for classes for many months now. They offer interesting classes with small groups so you get the individual attention you will need. The trainers are great and always just a quick text away when you have questions about anything dog related!

Sharing for a friend.... she posted: The Hydeout Dog Training Center should be avoided at all costs. Murphy went to daycare at the Hydeout two weeks ago. He is a 7 month old puppy. My boyfriend picked him up after 8 hours of being there, to find my puppy with a diaper on. When the diaper was removed, urine came pouring out. Ashley Hyde told my boyfriend that Murphy "needed a bath" and laughed about it. Murphy had a giant rash above his Penis because of the urine filled diaper all day. My puppy was treated with zero respect and I want justice. I had paid 130$ for ten days worth of daycare. I have been bothering Ashley for two weeks to receive a reimbursement for the time I haven't used. She has now ghosted and won't reply to me or pay me back for my unused time. Please share so that others don't have to go through what we did.

I have trained with Regina Kennel Club before so I knew they had a more firm training philosophy. However I was absolutely appalled by how the instructor treated animals in the most recent obedience class I attended. The trainer was practically kneeing another owners dog in the face showing her how to be “more aggressive” when correcting the dog. I was absolutely disgusted as the dog yelped and she continued to ram her leg into the dog’s face while doing an about-turn. This woman should not be allowed to own animals let alone train them. The worst thing was that people said this wasn’t as bad as it had been before.

In the class we took they encouraged negative reinforcement (yanking on choke chains). I was surprised by this, and didn't realize it would be like that until we had already paid for the class. Maybe works for some people, but just isn't my style nor my dogs. She's a sensitive ACD and respond to this type of training at all, she shuts down and refuses to continue - and I don't blame her. We found a new place in our new city and she is excelling with the positive reinforcement training, we are both much happier.

I’ve taken classes in obedience, rally and agility from many different intructors and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I found them very adaptable and were open to teaching different methods with different dogs. I took a class with my son's bouncy large breed puppy at a place that used rewards only. It was a total disaster. That method was totally unsuitable for the dog but they were not willing to adapt so I quit after three classes. The trainers at Regina Kennel Club know,that it’s not "one size fits all" when it comes to training dogs. The classes are very reasonably priced compared with other training facilities.

The trainer I had there was incredibly rude to myself and the other owners there. She treated us like we were complete idiots. First, this trainer threatened to kick a person and their puppy out of the class because their puppy wanted to (shockingly) play with other puppies... Then, she told me my 3 month old puppy was going to be the bad dog of the group. Later, she asked us all (rudely, as we quickly found out was her only demeanour) if she was speaking a different language because no one was doing the exercise exactly like she had. Finally, she told 2 dog owners how difficult their dogs were going to be to train because of their breed and offered no hope or positivity of how it could be done. I left feeling hopeless, helpless, and thinking that I was a bad dog owner. That is NOT how someone should leave an obedience class. To be honest, it was such a bad experience that I couldn't even muster up the courage to go back.

You can join the club or you can sign up for lessons. Instructors are dog lovers, very experienced and always eager to help you find a solution to help you build a great relationship with your dog. The building is nice and clean and class sizes are appropriate

The best dog club training centre in the province. A great place to learn how to train and play with your dog in a positive reinforcement based, volunteer, non profit environment. They offer a supportive place to learn. They have a large, clean, bright facility. They offer a wide variety of classes including beginner obedience, advanced obedience, Rally-O, beginner agility, and advanced agility. They also do flyball and offer seminars too. KAOS Dogsports offers demos and large venue performances ranging from nursing home visits, community events, Agribition, to CFL halftime shows.

Great people who care about dogs, with a lot of knowledge. It's maybe a little cliche, but it doesn't look like much form the outside, but when you get in the door there is lots of room, with not only a gym for the dogs to work in, but also a seating area for family members to watch, helps the whole family take part in the process. Highly recommended for your training needs.

We've been very happy with KAOS for our dog training. We transferred from Wascana Dog Club and I feel that KAOS has a more relaxed training experience. Our pup loves the facility and he has excelled in our first class there.
