My boyfriend and I came here last Saturday to buy a mattress. We had already been to Sleep Country and IKEA that day. We found they were either overselling or not really interested in selling at all. Needless to say we were tired and unsure if we were going to find a mattress that day. From the point that we walked into this store, everything was different. We were served by Carmella and found her to be incredibly helpful and kind. She offered the perfect combination of service - letting my boyfriend and I try the beds and discuss the choices between us while also answering all of our questions and pointing out key differences among the mattresses. We chose an amazing mattress at a really great price. Carmella also helped us pick out some really nice pillows and a mattress cover. The following week, Carmella called us (and we’re pretty sure it was her day off) to let us choose a delivery date. The mattress came today at the beginning of the window they advised us of and the people who delivered were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the plastic off and put the mattress right on the bed. We are overjoyed by our new bed and our experience with The Brick Mattress Store! From start to finish, this was a really positive experience. Thank you!

I recently bough 4 beautiful dining room chairs. The service was outstanding with our Sales Rep Raman K. He was so helpful in every way. Everything happened timely and I was able to get my chairs for exactly when I needed them. A month or two later I decided to add 2 more chairs to the collection and very easily I was able to talk with Raman and order 2 more chairs and this all happened most efficiently. I love The Brick and Raman is the best Sales Rep. I will buy other things moving forward. Thanks for outstanding customer service and great products and deliveries.

We came to this store just because our friend suggested to check this place out. We already decided with the purchase from the other store, but we gave it shot. And that was actually very good that we did that as the quality of the products at The Brick are better. The customer service Carmella Angel provided was absolutely perfect, she suggested different options to save money and gave all the necessary information we needed. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for good deals and excellent service. I cannot say anything about the other employees, but if we need to buy anything else in this store, we will approach Carmella for sure!

Bought a $2000 mattress here that supposedly has a 20 year warranty. After 10 months we noticed it was sagging. Repair person came out took measurements. He said it had only sunk in 1 inch. That wasn't enough to warent a replacement?

Me and my partner went in this store yesterday since we saw online that they have sale for bedroom set. At first we notice that the store for that kind of business is kindda small and we might not find what we are looking for, but when Ms. Carmella Angel started assisting us she really exceed our expectations. Me and my partner is very lucky because she helped us a lot to decide, giving options, whats good and all that knowing that me and my partner is just starting to buy something for our place as our own investment. She is very well suited in her position, very knowledgeable, kind, honest and really sweet like a mother type person, very easy to deal with. We are super satisfied and happy even when we left the store already, we still have that smile in our face which only means that she provide excellent service. I would like to share my experience working with Store Manager (The Queensway Brick, Etobicoke ) Carmella Angel. My story started 10 years ago when I bought my first mattress in The Queensway Brick. As many of others I don’t buy this kind of staff each week like food and b’s of that it was difficult to made decision what I really need – too many different brands and staff in store. Carmella serve me ( I see her name in my bill) and I remember she helped me too much to do right choice. I remember it b’s this it was expensive staff. She spent around 30 minutes showing me 3-4 mattresses which fitted to my requirements and finally I chose SEALY Posturepedic Firm support by her recommendation and by my budget. I was completely satisfied during 4 years until problem with manufacturer started. This year (after almost 10 years) I came in same Brick location and was surprised that Carmella still working here. I came other day when she was on duty and again she help me too much. She found out that my case with Sealy was lost and immediately open new one. She booked appointment (it was second appointment !) with SEALY representative again. But then happened one thing which push me fo rshare my experience here . Same day, she gave me a call around 10 PM. !!!! and let me know when SEALY representative came to my apartment. Never ever before from my past experience nobody care too much about me as a customer when I had problems. Imagine - she spent her own time after job hours to work with customer. She really cares about business. That was main reason why I decided to share my positive experience with her in this post. Normally, nowadays store clerks and especially Managers are too fat and too lazy to work with customers. We had to call them too many times and very often hard to reach them. But, it is not end of my story. SEALY visited me and ….. promised to call me in 10 days. Time gona end Sealy was quiet. I again visited Carmella and again she helped me - she find out that SEALY did nothing and start communicate with them to help me. It was not her responsibility! She just doing well her job. Other clerks, I’m sure, just would tell me – waitfor call from manufacturer! Carmella tries to help me. Guys, If you decided to by mattress in The Queensway Brick - check out when Carmella’s Angel shift and work with her. I think my experience will be helpful – she is real professional! If I’d be BRICK owner I’d put on this store logo – Best managed Brick store. I have another interesting story about warranty SEALY mattresses. I share with you later – now too early b’s everything still in progress with manufacturer.

This is the 2nd time I do my business at this little great Brick Store tucked away beside the big jiant Ikea in the area. You walk into this place, you feel welcomed and relaxed - THERE ARE SO MANY NICE MATTRESSES TO LAY DOWN ON is one reason to relax but thats not all. You will be met with this amazing store manager Mrs. Angel - a perfect fitting name. She is absolutely amazing and wonderful. I will recommand this store to anyone . Never ever will I go again to this store or any other branch of The Brick. Couple months ago I've made a purchase preliminary discussed the return policy. And guess what? I couldn't make a return. The guy at the store said that they have a "no-return policy" while eating a banana.Banana!Seriously? What kind of service is that? I actually wanted to make an exchange but after he was eating and laughing at my face I just didn't want to have any business with them anymore. Please note that it wasn't his launch time and they have a separate room for staff.The Brick "policy" states: "I acknowledge by signing that I have received the taken items markdown/accessories/health guards no exchanges/no refunds". My purchase wasn't markdown/accessory/ health guard. After that I've tried to contact The Brick numerous times by phone and email. Nobody replied to me. Ever. This is not a company. This is a joke. I can't believe they still operate. Probably because of such people like me who never had business with them before and never thought what kind of experience would get. No customer service, the quality of their products is low, no management. This is a disaster. Never.Ever.Again.Stay away

Saw some negative reviews online, am happy to say, it was the opposite. Hisham is a very patient salesman with lots of ideas regarding products and tastes. The furniture arrived on time, and the delivery guys were very careful with the walls and items they were delivering. Have no hesitation to revisit.

Pedram is the best!! We were looking for a sectional couch and he was the most helpful salesman I've ever met! He moved each piece around just how we wanted so we could get a complete visual of what it'd look like in our basement! At the small talk of also wanting an ottoman, he right away went across the store and carried it over his head to bring to us just so we could see it if fit in! Just amazing service overall and so friendly!!

Had the absolute worst delivery experience ever in my life!! After waiting for 4 hours in the lobby of a building I never received my delivery. I even kept an eye out for the delivery truck as I did receive an email letting me know they were on their way. I also received a couple of calls from the driver to make sure I was there but unfortunately I was on a call and missed them, but I was sitting in the lobby on the phone so I could see when they pulled in! I then received an email saying that my delivery was complete and to fill in a survey on how well they did!? What? No truck ever pulled into the driveway so how could they have been here? I called the delivery office and all they kept saying was sorry for the inconvenience BUT "we were there". They even told me the driver had a picture of the building as the truck was at the the loading dock. Not sure how they got there as it never pulled into the driveway! I ended up figuring out that the truck pulled up to the back side of the building on a major roadway with NO driveway access to the building. At this point I asked the manager why the driver would not have gotten out of the truck and entered the building. I was told that customers do not like the drivers to do that and people complain that they did not give them permission to enter. What is this nonsense?? When I have ordered from ANY other company, the drivers have always come into the driveway, gotten out of their truck and come inside to the security/reception desk and said they had a delivery, where are they supposed to go to unload? Throughout my 20 min conversation with the manager he continually tried to make ME feel that it was MY fault they did not complete the delivery. To make matters worse, he tried to make me feel bad that they would have to delay some of their customers deliveries for the next day so that they could "squeeze me in". Once again, I have NEVER had such a bad delivery experience as I did with this company and will never set foot in another Leon's every again!

After a disappointing experience at another Leons location, I tried the Leon’s in Scarborough as it is close my work. The Salesperson Pramod helped me out, he was kind and very helpful. I explained to him what previously happened at the other Leon’s and how frustrated I was, he went on to explain that the other salesperson should not have said misleading things (delivery issue). Pramod went a step further and called the delivery department to try and accommodate for my small delivery window, he didn’t make any promises but said they would do their best. We chose a time and they “delivered” :) I am enjoying my couch and my new mattress.. I LOVE my new mattress! Oh ya and the delivery team was very efficient , working in a small space and being very careful not to break anything. Thanks to the Scarborough team! Oh ya they have a huge Clearance section at this location! I bought everything new and at full price, and to make the story even better, the next day the couch was half off! They refunded the difference.. again great work Leon’s team at Scarborough! :)

The worst store, if you are planning buying something for your home, never come here. A waste of time plus bad experience. Poor customer service from staff, very unfriendly. Bad layout in the store for sofa, bad, wash machine and everything. Close so early at 6 for Saturday. They dont want make you happy at all. Bad location, not entering from Markham road at all.

The Scarborough location did a half decent job taking care of a mattress issue we had. However a salesperson named Shabbir went above and beyond to help us out. A truly sincere person and I hope Leon’s recognizes he is a great asset to their company. 5 stars for Shabbir!

We went into the store just to look at couches and we liked one. The sales lady told us to come a week later for VIP event so we could get a better deal. We purchased the couch for 1700. About a month after delivery there was a midnight sale event for 4 hours I came in because I saw our couch in the add advertising the event for 800. I asked for the difference to be refunded but I was told that since our couch was already delivered and this was their special event they will not refund me any money (I asked for at least a partial refund since 900 difference is huge amount) :( I am very disappointed that we overpaid so much, will not shop there again.

Came with my family to look at applicances and a very nice gentlemen offered assistance. We told him we would call him once we were ready. He left and went to help others. About 20 minutes later a second men came over, he was very pushy and rude. We told him somebody was already helping us and we would call them when ready. The guy refused to leave, claimed the first guy didn’t know anything. He referred to the first gentlemen with names directed at his weight. He finally left a but waited around the corner a few feet away. He looked at us with a mean look on his face. My family left just when we had decided on an appliance. We ended up buying it online. I’m not giving you one star because the first gentlemen was very nice.

Poor quality furniture and service!!! We bought a dinning table with 4 chairs a week ago., but after using it for 3 days noticed some stains on the table from salad dressing. We have tried to remove them with soap, soda , but nothing worked. The stains of oil were absorbed by a material or that table! It looks liked it was not water or stain resistant. We looked at the policy of The Brick and realised that we can't return this set after 3 days of delivery . We had to find a solution to fix that problem and went to Home Depot and bought some nude water and stain resistant liquid , which covers stains , but also it has made the table look darker. (( We were so unhappy with all that experience and came back to the store,where we got that set to let know about very poor quality of furniture they sell. The girl at the desk got all the information and told us that her manager is going to call us on Monday, but nobody called back. Looks like they don't care about the quality of furniture they sell as long as they get your money. After my bad review we were contacted by The Brick and they offered to replace the table for the same one, but we have to pay 200 more!!!!! For THE SAME TABLE, which is not water and stain resistant . So next time,people, if you go shopping to The Brick, bring some oil and water to check their furniture.))

Let good money walk out the door. Bought a Dish washer a year ago here, great experience, willingness to make a deal. Went in there looking to buy a combo washer and dryer, just not willingness to make a deal, could only drop it $100, and still charge $85 for delivery, which on their website are offering free delivery on the same product, so net-net only a $15 discount. Insulting. Got a better deal at Home Depot, with free delivery. Don't waste your time.

Came here to purchase some appliances and look at some furniture. I didn't feel that the sales staff were very knowledgeable about the differences between the products. Once our selection was made we were taken up to the front where it took almost an hour to process our order for four appliances. Seemed that the staff at the counter were not very confident in the checkout process. Also very disappointed that they will not take away old appliances when bringing new ones.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY EXPERIENCE FROM THIS LOCATION! My wife and I bought our mattress and bedroom set last year from this location and of course delivery took forever, and when it got delivered we received broken pieces and missing parts. The customer service was not very helpful when it comes to exchanges and delivery time. We have to go back to the store and deal with them personally to get service and action. Four weeks ago we came back to purchase sofa set and assured us for 2-3 weeks delivery. we will get the items before Christmas. Guess what? It’s almost new year and still waiting all day for the delivery. Just hoping the items are not damage so we don’t have to deal with customer service and their slow a** delivery ever again. DEFINITELY not going back to this location or LEONS ever again! 100% not recommended!

I recently made a few purchases at this location. I had an amazing experience with the sales staff dealing with AJ and Jesse. Once the items were delivered there was a slight part mix up. I called in and spoke to Chi Chi who handled the situation flawlessly. She even stayed an hour after her scheduled work hours to ensure that I was happy and everything was taken care of. I purchased a table and 6 chairs in 2015 from a sales rep named Kevin, at the Guelph Brick. We still love the set and decided to buy 2 more chairs so that we could play cards when the table is fully extended. these are the worst horrible liars ever. they just keep telling you how comfortable everything is going to be about their product and delivery and after sale services. but when it really comes to living up to those words they take less than a second to change their stand. I bought a set of two sofas. the sales person sold me the protection coverage for five years and told me if they couldn't repair any damage during the five years and couldn't replace the product then they take the whole set back and give full refund. but then the product was delivered in damaged condition. When I approached them for solving it they couldn't repair it so offered me a replacement and the replacement also they realized that its damaged, when I asked to return the whole set back. they would say its not in the company's policy to take the whole set back and issue refund. so now shamelessly they are asking me to keep a loner sofa and look stupid to the whole world because they can not live upto their words. The product was delivered to me in damaged condition, and I shouldn't be forced to keep half of the set. this is stupid and insensible decision by Leons.

I purchased from Leon’s. I set the expectations clearly from the beginning that I required Furniture Feb 1st as I was moving my family into our condo with new furniture. Being in retail for over 15 plus years I understand things happen but to find out from the delivery person 2 minutes prior to delivery that we’re getting half a sectional was unacceptable. I had to drive with a moving truck over to the warehouse showroom on Britannia in order to straighten at first they offered me a delivery next week then a 50 dollar gift certificate. Eventually they gave me the other half of my sectional but insisted it was not in stock there when I first got there. I had to deliver my own product to my own home with no compensation very poor customer service even though they costed me hundreds of dollars in additional moving costs. They were not going to take away the garbage until my wife insisted and but the legs on crooked so today I had to take them off and fix them. Warehouse person tells me sales guys do this all the time. I have not recieved a follow up call or anything terrible customer service. We were very specific with them from the get go.

I went in just to look around talked to him for a few minutes he showed me a couple of items in my price range, when I told him I was just starting to look for a new couch and this was my first day looking he did not try to pressure me into anything instead invited me back on another day where they would be having more sales. I sat on one couch near the exit as I was leaving that he had showed me and decided to get it, I quickly found Nasair again to say let's do it. He was very helpful in helping me pick color and the side of chaise.

Viewed the items I wanted online but decided to go into the store. For someone who has never been it seemed to be well laid out and easy to see what all the items look like before purchasing. I only had to go to two sections but I’m sure you could spend the whole day walking through there, but there is beds to take a nap on. Checkout was fast and easy on a weekday but may get busier on weekends I would think.

As always, easy to get lost in. However, if you did your research ahead of time, you can be in and out rather quickly. Their beautiful home decor items scattered around and constant whiff of cinnamon rolls makes it SO easy to keep your drawn in, picking up things you don’t need. Great selection and always stocked up. Lines can be long, especially the returns areas. The underground parking is a blessing in this winter.

Parking is available on two levels and the restaurant is clean, with good service. Horrible quality of furniture. IKEA quality is better. Will never shop there again. I have purchased 4 dinning chairs, "Plank" style, and the Marble Elm dinning table and paid over $1000 for it. After a short period of time the dinning chair fell apart at the seam. I got it replaced but now the wood is peeling off the legs of the chairs. I do not recommend their furniture to anyone as it's not worth the price!

It would have been a 5, and maybe I'm being unfairly picky given my decision to purchase open box, but a big stain on the seat and back, extensive pilling on the seating surface and two popped button tufts made the Versailles sofa the most expensive piece of Goodwill furniture I have ever bought. My history with Structure is long, purchases numerous and my satisfaction is typically high. I would/will go back. This purchase is, however, a lesson learned for me.

Purchased a mattress and frame in July. A little bit on the pricey end but it was worth the investment. The delivery people were prompt and quick to bring the merchandise right to my door. The assembly required was very easy to follow. Took me about 3 hours (since I did it alone). The mattress and bed have still held up -so far- and I have not heard any squeaks or cracks.

Went to this location on a Friday night and 2 sales associates were on the floor. Greeted by a male SA a few minutes after we entered and he immediately attended to our needs. He showed us the floor model of the sofa bed we had been eyeing on and he was very honest with us from the start that the model we liked was not very well built (sofa bed STAN - great look, poorly designed). He suggested other models that suited our needs and gave us the locations they’re available at. We didn’t leave with a sofa bed but we were pleased with the service that was all smiles and honest :)

Furniture was great as advertised. However, the service was EXCELLENT, specifically a fellow named Marvin York (not 100% sure on spelling) at the North York location. We had multiple changes and additions to our order and he handled it quickly and with great understanding of our purchase goals. He made great recommendations on pieces and how to strategically order with consideration given to out of stock items. He also showed great care for his customers by remembering our order through a 1.5 month period and always prioritizing our purchase goals including our timing requirements of our order. I went into this store Tuesday December 11 2018 in the morning. There were 3 men and 1 woman working. While I walked in the 3 men were drinking coffee, standing behind counter and 1 was sitting talking about the avanger movies. I was only greeted by the lady working with the red curly hair (I can’t remember her name but she did give it to me). I can’t believe the guys had used bad language while I was there and the lady who was speaking to me apologized for their behavior. Apparently it was her first day and those are the people she was stuck working with. I did not find what I was looking for and I gave 1 star rating based on the poor and disgusting bahavior of the guys who were working. But I would give 5 stars to the lady with the red curly hair as she asked me what I was looking for and helped me and did a great job. While I was in store 3 more people came in and this lady was the only one helping and greeting the customers while those guys did nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way by the time I left the store the guys conversation had changed from the avengers to the walking dead! So unprofessional and if I did return to shop I would only deal with the lady who helped me and had to put up with that sort of behavior from the employees around her and on her first day ..... seriously. 5 stars to her but 0 stars to those guys!!

I have ordered from structube two times now. The first time we ordered about 5 pieces for our home (bed frame, cabinet, dresser, and 2 side tables). When the furniture finally arrived each piece came with multiple boxes in order to put together the final product. lets say we have 10 boxes total, about 8 of them were damaged. By the time the company picked up the broken products, certain items were no longer in stock. we then had to wait an additional amount of time for the products to be delivered. months have gone by and we ordered two more pieces. first off it said that it would be delivered a few months later because it wasnt in stock. that wasn't an issue for us. once it was in stock we requested an AM delivery. The company called us the day before the scheduled drop off and said they were coming in the PM. luckily enough we were home and we were able to retrieve it. the men who dropped off our packages walked through our house with dirty boots, and dirtied all of our floors. and to much of our surprise one of the packages are damaged AGAIN. so now we have to wait for a delivery person to come pick up them up and wait for another delivery person to drop off the new products. This company is continuing to disappoint which is a shame as the products are nice and solid. After this distastes for the second time, i will not be ordering from this site again.

This review is only in regards to online orders. I placed an order on Nov-13 to be picked up in-store on Dec-12. After a month had passed with no updates, I called and I was told that the in-stock date for my item was pushed back another month, until Feb-3. Today, Feb-4, I called and I was told that my item was pushed back again until Apr-26. Understandably frustrated, I asked the customer support agent if I, the customer, was expected to purchase something in November and wait 2 to 6 months for my product to arrive. He told me that he could not offer me and support other than, "You can either cancel your order, or wait and hope that it comes soon, as back-in-stock dates are only an estimate." Overall, after waiting almost 3 months for my product, and being offered no support or updates I have cancelled my order. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store online, you should only purchase in store.

Looking for diningroom furniture on a Saturday morning on College/Bathurst. There wasn't a lot of foot traffic at the time. Walked in the store, not as much as a hello or good morning. There were two associates sitting at their computers who could care less. Walking the show room I had various questions, but again there was no one in sight to assist. Had a conversation with another customer who commented the same thing. I'm giving this place a 3 because the visual esthetic of the store was amazing, koodos to visual merchandiser. If you're looking to speak with an associate, perhaps try emailing them since they're at their computers.

Worst customer experience ever. Do yourself a huge favor shop literally anywhere else. You will be treated rudely, they will take your money make it impossible to return an item, and then never respond when you try to contact them. Customer service ends the second you pay. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I was a little put off on the phone by a guy who kept raising difficulties to my picking up a table at the store on Yonge Street. It turned out he was right, just being very emphatic about size and weight. The service at the store was very friendly and helpful -it's something I value, to be able to have significantly positive interactions with other human beings rather than just ordering online. The table is great! Not at all difficult to assemble and sturdy, well-made, beautiful and easy to clean, too - just as I had anticipated from the photos and description. After looking into thousands of possibilities everywhere, this was really the perfect one for me. And the sofa I bought there almost one year ago is great, too, and standing well the test of time! A great place.

Very disappointed with Structube. I placed an order online for an item to be picked up at this store. I was led to believe the item is in stock. A week passed with no update. Now that I've reached out to them I'm told it will take 10 days until I can pick it up! This was not disclosed to me when I placed the order online. If I knew this, I would have shopped somewhere else. Never again.

Overall, a very bad customer service not specifically in this store. I cancelled my order because they changed the delivery time by two months since they found it was not in-stock once the placed the order. Based on what I read from different websites, it seems this is a very common thing for this company to delay the delivery time. I highly recommend trying a local store such as "Interior Essentials Furniture".

****PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY**** This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ordering a bed frame with structube. I have ordered my bed frame on November 26th 2018 and at the time the bed frame's estimated delivery was December 6th. I understand that delays do happen which is very understandable if it was a week/two. However we are now sitting at the end of December 30th (OVER A MONTH) and I have called the warehouse various times AND the online number just earlier to be told that this is yet AGAIN delayed "to arrive on Jan 7th". The estimated dates that you provide your customers help determine how we plan on our end based on this. I had moved places and based on the delivery times you had provided I had not moved my old bed frame to my new place because at the most, even with delays I would be without a bed frame for a week-2 weeks tops. However this product Versailles have been delayed not just once, not just twice but now three times. I have called and no one is able to provide me with any sort of compensation or even a effort to make this situation better other than "you have to wait" "there's nothing we can do" "the date on the delivery is just an estimation" All points are valid however at this rate, knowing that it's FAR from the estimated date, the company should be making an effort to rectify this situation whether it's providing some sort of money back or a free delivery or something to make up for this massive delay. This is my first experience with structube and it has clearly been severely tainted. I will think twice if i were to EVER order from you guys EVER again. I will also be advising my friends/family to do the same. It is an unacceptable way to operate business despite the fact that you have "reasonable prices" and decent styles. In hindsight I would have rather paid a bit more at another competitive store to save on all of this hassle/disappointment/frustration. To have better customer service and to actually receive the product that I paid for at a reasonable time. Please DO NOT order online OR preferably not AT ALL from this company in general (locations do not matter).

A lot of good furniture and lights. Prices are reasonable in most cases. We bought a light for $125. Just up the street there was a similar light for almost $800. Not the same name but very similar in appearance and looks just fine in our place.

I purchased the slimline pendant and a Cello sectional from Victoria on King St. in Toronto. The service and product quality was excellent. Victoria was able to cater to my timeline as I was in the process of a renovation and was always available via email or phone for any questions I had. I recently had a great shopping experience at EQ3! I was looking on-line to purchase a couch for my small living room and found the SALEMA apartment sized couch - which was a perfect fit. When I went into the store I was able to test the couch for comfort and quality and choose from a big selection of fabrics. My new couch has since been made and delivered and it looks and feels beautiful! The two gentlemen who delivered the couch were also courteous and efficient. Overall, great customer service from beginning to end and a couch that I am very happy with!

Allow me to save you 200 bucks by saying... DO NOT Buy their Lyla stools!! This stool COLLAPSED out of nowhere while my friend was sitting on it, which was scary. When you fall from that height, it hurts. This stool lasted me a year and one month, and the customer care said the warranty is only for a year (how convenient...) I know it looks super sleek and all but it’s not worth the money and the risk of hurting yourself.

Good size location that is easily accessible with an ample amount of parking. I have only shopped at this location one time, but the staff all seemed very pleasant, and Waheeda (apologies if I'm spelling that incorrectly from memory), who helped us was very accommodating and pleasant. She took great care wrapping the floor model of the accent table we bought (out of stock item), and did mot hesitate to apply a 10% discount for that reason.

Structube is comparable to Ikea. The furniture and accessories are affordable and you have to build it yourself. My only complaint would be that most of the furniture pieces have to be shipped from their warehouse in Montreal and can take up to a week to receive it. Beware if you are expecting to take your purchase home the same day or if you need it urgently to give yourself extra time.

store seems cool, people working there are nice, items seem ok too. my issue was that anything that was worth buying there, was sold out and not available for at least several weeks even though floor model was just sitting there. this happened with about 3-4 items we wanted there

Walked in on an empty store with 5 employees and did not even get any acknowledgement. Not even an eye contact from anybody. I thought I was a ghost the whole 10 mins I was inside. Too bad this store (not this specific location) was highly recommended by a couple of friends. Maybe the other locations are better. I'll pay a visit to another store and perhaps they'll deserve my business.
