I looked online to find a window company and you never know what you will get. When I met with Peter (the owner) he was very honest and gave me more info than I needed. I had a good feeling! So we just got all of our windows done by these guys. 2 patio doors , a bay window added and they enlarged two of our existing windows. They did all of this in 3 days, they were punctual and SO kind. Peter the owner is a family man, true to his word and and knows what he is doing!!! They do not sub-contract, they do it all themselves! Their pricing was good also... I did some shopping around but even if I would have found less expensive elsewhere today, his work and service are worth more. Thanks again and we are so so so happy with the final result!

We are very satisfied with the product and service. I told my wife that I never feel that money is so worth spending. I replaced my windows in my previous house, it was a very bad experience. The window was thin and crappy. The installation was incorrect. So, I spent a lot of time to study the window and installation. Though I am traveling and haven't seen the window, my wife took pictures and communicated effectively when the service team installed the windows. In Montreal, to protect from the winter, a thick window is absolutely needed and should be sealed completely. That's exactly what I got from Factory Direct. Strongly recommend!!!

Our experience with Factory direct Montreal is very disappointing. We got the whole house full of Windows and doors installed and the front door was not installed properly and it started to leak water into the basement and even though we proved it's their door that was not installed properly,they gave us many excuses and didn't want to do anything about it after we had paid over $14,000 for the installation.It's been over 2 months and it's still not done. Now their service guy Alex is out of the country and as per his text someone was supposed to come and no one has showed up. On top of that no one wants to answer the phone call and we are still waiting. We only went to them based on their reviews and it's a disaster. We have no way of getting our money back and we have spent another $1000 out of our pocket trying to fix it. They are cheap and they don't want to do anything. I would never want to give them any business,

I emailed for a quote, got a quick call back all great... they had the glass in stock and price was reasonable plus same day appointment everything sounded awesome. Two hours later i showed up for appointment price nearly doubled, the reason "we are sorry we quoted you the wrong price" They were not willing to honor the price quoted, i found that beyond unprofessional. If you need a glass replacement save your time go elsewhere.

Excellent service someone broke my window. So I brought my new window and they installed it in 45 min. While the Subaru dealership would charge it for 2 hours of labour at 104$ an hour. So it was fast (45min) and inexpensive (70$) . So for me it was a great experience.

We were told the windows come with a 10 year warranty but in the fine print it clearly say 5 (lesson learned). Highly recommend, it's my second time, first time was the windshield and now the back door window. The service is excellent, all the personnel friendly, helpful and efiicient. Louis the technician knew my old (almost antique) car very well (the back door is quite complicated and differs from one model to another, easy to break things if you don't know it well), took the time to thorougly complete the job and patiently answered all my questions. I wish they were doing more than just the glass!

Went for a windshield replacement and had to deal with a condescending salesman who clearly thought I was an "idiot" for not taking any of his "obvious" upsell items (aquapel, cabin filters). I arrive home the same evening to discover the rearview mirror is already a bit loose. Poor customer service and low quality job. This shop really has nothing going for them. Avoid like the plague.

The worst experience I have ever received from a company. They lie constantly to get you business. They first told me a maximum of 14 days to get your blinds (still not received them after 18 days and now they tell me another week). Also make sure you know that they charge to do meseaurements. They did not tell me and when the gentleman came to do the measurements he charged me and i had no idea. Very rude, not accomodating and WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Had a Windshield crack and needed replacement last year. Went with Lebault. Cost me over 400$ and during my subsequent trip to Newfoundland, my badly re installed windshield wiper flew off at the stem on the drivers side. Like a fool, I called them again this year for a crack repair which they estimated at 120$ + tax. Finally I went to Techniglass. A small shop where they applied the exact same epoxy repair for 50$. No crack can be guaranteed, but they offer a 50$ rebate if the windshield fails. The cost of the window installed without the rebate is estimated at 240$ (190$ if repair fail)Almost half of Lebault. They say on there site there is no need for an appointment, but its a small shop and I recommend calling ahead.

Very satisfied with the service. A tree branch fell and smashed my windshield on a Friday night. I had the car towed to the repair shop Saturday morning, and the new windshield was installed and ready to go in less than 24 hours. They also vacuumed most of the broken glass out of the car. They have a mobile service during the week, but on weekends all work is done at the shop in Ville St. Laurent. Highly recommend for simple, fast service.
