They obstructed our driveway with their truck in the morning, sneered when they were asked to back up so we could get out of our driveway and then parked their trailer on our newly done driveway while we were away. Helpful neighbours informed us of the heavy trailer parked on our pavers. When approached to address the issue, the owner was rather discourteous. Belgrave (Rick Thompson and Brandon Gillet) just replaced my old roof shingles with new BP Everest fiberglass shingles, after laying down a fresh layer of OSB wood over the original CDX. The result is beautiful, and nicely matches the color of my neighbors roof. The roofing crew worked hard in brutal heat, but protected my deck and stairs, and cleaned up all the debris nicely afterwards. A+ work!

Nick the sales representative was a great help. He not only encouraged us to file a claim on our existing shingle roof, but he helped us by taking the pictures, filing the paper work and ensuring that all was done properly and go us money back to us towards the new roof. Billy and his crew are amazing! Had leak on my garage roof and gave Billy a call. I'm on the road as a trucker and Billy set my mind at ease by telling "don't worry I will take care of it". Even though i was out of town for another 2 weeks! Happy wife happy life! The leaky garage was no longer a burden for my wife. 2 days later Billy, true to his word, took care of it,no leaks since. I was so impressed with his customer service and work that I asked Billy and his team to return for an asphalt roof that was in high need of redoing ...he looked after everything, guided me through dealing with hydro (due to a close power wire to roof line) was thorough and cleaned up the job afterwards. I couldn't be happier...if you need a roofer Billy and his crew are who you want to work with, hands down!!
