I have been a patient of Dr. Malik for about 10 years. I went to see her after trying to save my big tow from being amputated. I was back and forth to the hospital 3 times a week for a year. The first thing she did was tell me she could save my tow if I did what she said! I followed what she said and saved my tow. The great thing about her clinic is if you have an emergency they make every effort to get you in right away I am good example of that. The main thing I like is how much they care you can tell that by the way she talks to you. Some people may think she is a little harsh but it is only to let you know how serious it can be. For my foot care there is no other place to go except for Malik Podiatry and I have sent people to there and they agree.

I am going to rate this doctor as someone who only thinks about money and nothing else. I had a few warts on my toe nails which really bothered me, I decided to book an appointment with this doctor. You only would be seen if you pay an expensive fee for each visit, I think I paid around $90 or more prior to see the doctor. Shania Malik takes a quick a look at my toe nail, I was expecting to see a liquid hydrogen to freeze my warts. She only used a small nail file for each warts and used a buffer to clear the excess skin. I had lots of pain, each wart was bleeding and my skin became extremely red and itchy after filing. I was absolutely disgusted by this doctor who claims to be a professional, doesn’t have a knowledge and expertise to treat a small problem. Also, she uses this technique to charges patients for each visit which is very unprofessional and unnecessary. The fact I ended up having 10 more warts on my feet after that visit and I had to see a dermatologist who agreed to freeze all of them. This lady was that cheap that she could prescribed an over the counter lotion or ointment rather than taking a nail file. I didn’t come here to get a pedicure. It is kind of embarrassing to see people who claims to be professional, do things that kind of seem illegal in a sense.

Dr. Massicotte manipulated my foot in a way that after the visit, I developed more pain than I had when I walked in. I don't know what he did to my foot, but it hurt so bad that after 3 days of pain, I went to a walk-in cllinic to consult a doctor about this new pain.

I could literally see and feel the improvements. Her staff is as kind as her, I receive a confirmation by email for my appointments and they call on the phone to confirm too. Extremely rude receptionist. Saw Dr Radic a few years ago for a small issue and we were satisfied. When I called to make an appointment this time around, the receptionist was very discourteous. Then, the office called to cancel the appointment on us and said they would do their best to accommodate. When I called back to reschedule, I was greeting with the same contemptuous rudeness, no apology, and certainly no effort to accommodate.

Guys, basically I should have charged you for the time I wasted on your clinic. You have to understand that punctuality is one of the most important characteristics people evaluate. I was OK that my initial appointment was cancelled from your side, but I couldn't be OK when my second appointment was double booked and I couldn't be served at the reserved time and had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting. You knew that I had only 30 min for the visit due to my busy schedule and I was convinced that it would be enough. I even came 45 min in advance. So, I'm quite pissed off and don't want to come back.

My friend was also concerned about their privacy and your checking up the patient file to publicly justify your response on line was right on. I was waiting for my wart treatment to be over before leaving a review, as these things are pretty hard to get rid of, this took a while. But even though this can be a long and annoying process, Dr.Legault was amazing the entire time. You can tell he REALLY cares about the people he treats. He's very calm, collective and perfectly bilingual. He's patient and available, by that I mean that if you get worried during your healing process you can call during the office's open hours to ask a question and he will be there to answer you. He takes his time explaining every option carefully and what each of the healing process will be. He also has a very good reasonable price for his appointments and does not shy away from the prices of all the options available, meaning he also cares about your economical comfort. He is gentle with his tools, he cares very much to not put the patient through unnecessary pain. For example, I went through 2 different treatments. The first was an acid-like liquid which is the most common. My skin reacted very strongly to it though which is slightly unusual, which left me not walking properly for a week and a half. When I came back for my second treatment, he was surprised and deemed it unnecessary to be in that much pain when other options were available. We went for the cryoprobe which worked very well for me. I couldn't recommend Dr.Legault more! He's a great doctor and a splendid human being. I wish he could be my family doctor. haha!

Not impressed.... I made an appointment with her office, told the all I needed was corn removed. Once I saw Dr. Langlois, she told me that I should go back to my other podiatrist , because she only performs surgery . She wanted me to consider minor surgery to straighten my toe done at her office, $1,500 that my insurance would probably not cover. She did remove the corn, while still trying to sell me on the surgery. I will not return...EVER....

Make sure to ask how much things cost before you say okay. He seems to know what he's doing but each time I've gone to pay at the counter I feel like i'm being scammed! 120$ for consultation..90 to get a nail filed down .. Receptionist should also be giving you more information when you call to make an appointment for a toenail removal you'd think if you need to be off work the next few days they'd mention that..or wear flip flops or anything...Maybe some of this seems like common sense but i'm not impressed.

I was referred to this facility by my chiropractor because I was experiencing pain in my foot after several Chiropractic appointments. That was the BEST thing that could have happened.This Doctor wrote a letter to my family doctor telling him this is a VASCULAR blood flow issue.I brought hti letter to my family doctor & was sent to the Royal Victoria hospital as he finally REALIZED I had vascular disease & needed a surgery. The Podiatrist caught this issue my 1st & only visit.He even called my house a week later to see if I was okay & did my doctor do anything. That is the makings of a GREAT DOCTOR !! I cannot thank him enough.EXCELLENT PWERSON KNOWS HIS BUSINESS.

I just called regarding my 6:15pm appointment (it's currently 14:30pm). The receptionist rudely told me to reschedule because there is no professional on site today. I told her I was never notified & she just changed the subject by suggesting another time & day. I asked her if it was normal for them not to notify people of a cancellation and she replied "we confirm the appointments only". Luckily for them I already paid for my product and I need to pick it up anyway. This is very unprofessional, I have never seen this before.

They made me pay around 200$ the first time, (90$ Consultation and 90$ Treatment) which is agreeable. But the second time, they made me pay 200$ just for the treatment alone. THE SAME TREATMENT. Worst service ever the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. They wanted to charge me to pick-up my orthodics which was suppose to be included in the price, that they also never told me were ready 2 years prior. I asked repeatedly that if I was to be charged for something that I already payed over 500$ I do not want an appointment and she could never give me straight answer. I was seen by the podiatrist on my first appointment for fungus, which he treated by laser. I was told I had to do 4 treatments at $300 per session. The other 3 sessions were done by an assistant who knew nothing about feet (she didn't even know that toe nails grow four times slower than finger nails). The doctor never came to see me after the first session. I think those extra three sessions were unnecessary and I felt like I was being fleeced to fill up his wallet. I went to another podiatrist for a follow-up.

These people have no respect for their patient’s time. Lost all credibility when they gave me a 11:15 appointment and didn’t hear a word from any podiatrist for 30 mins. At 11:45 I walked up to the front desk and I was told the doctor is doing his rounds. So not professional. If you have no respect for my time, i don’t see why I’d purchase orthotics with you.

A very professional clinic. Every member of the team was efficient, caring and punctual. I have been to other clinics where I was rushed through with very little explanation of my condition. Not the case here. Dr.Bochi spent quality time to explain my situation. His nurse was super efficient with excellent communication and concern for my comfort. Great receptionists, payment options. The clinic is in a big building. It is hard to get in due to wrong code for the clinic in the list. I paid $90 for consultant. The podiatrist only took a few minutes to check my feet and gave me a quote of orthotics for insurance company’s evaluation with wrong name of patient and without put any explanation that why I need a pair of orthotics on the quote. His secretary was rude and refused to supply the reason for orthotics to my insurance company. For this reason, my insurance company did not pre-approve for the quote. Finally, I wasted $90 and time and got nothing.

So many goods things to say about this clinic! First of all, the service is prompt and efficient. In addition, the staff; from the secretaries to doctors, provide professional, personable and helpful service. On the day that I came for my appointment, I learned that the doctor had skipped his lunch break to look after some emergency patients. Despite this, the doctor took the time to fully explain my condition and to offer detailed medical advice. Awesome service - extremely happy with the results. We were initially hesitant to go here due to lack of many reviews but took a chance. Dr. Nuygen was very thorough in his examination and listened to all our concerns and questions. We saw him for my 3year old and he treated her very nicely and patiently. He even provided us with a free arch support for her until we arrange for new shoes. He even examined all the shoes my child wears which no other podiatrist even mentioned or offered when I called around originally for information. Also the Secretary was so nice and carried my heavy stroller down to the street level for me! Thanks. Would recommend this clinic to everyone... Especially if you need it for your child.
