They even helped us find a professional window washer. I’ve been using Merry Maids for over a year now. As a busy mom of young kids, it’s a huge relief knowing my home gets the TLC I don’t seem to have the time or energy for these days. I love when Terry comes to my home. He’s always super polite and friendly and even my 18 month old loves him and lights up when he comes. They’re always super friendly and don’t seem bothered when sometimes I feel we’re in the way. I’m not sure what the products used are but I LOVE the smell of my home after it’s cleaned. It’s not chemically or overwhelming but a nice clean smell. They do magic on my hardwood floors.

terrible! Dust under cupboards, floors streaky, glass streaky, one bathroom not done. They said there time was up! we had a viewing for our house and the photographer was coming, the realtor said she never saw such a unfinished house when being cleaned! We had to follow up with Manager and there was no empathy at all! If you want a professional job look elsewhere. They also take your credit card number before the clean. ( I think this may have happened many times) Very upsetting and now house is delayed on showing!!

My call to Merry Maids was initiated due to the fact that we required the services of a move out clean. I provided my credit card to reserve the appointment and left my key outside the house for the ladies to collect to render the requested services. After the service was complete, I did an inspection of the house and it was completely and utterly disappointing. The bottom portion of the fridge was not wiped out, the window sills and baseboards were not wiped, the floors were dirty and the liners inside the cupboards were crumpled up and thrown into the trash can. I called Kelly and explained by cause for concern and she said she would return to the house to rectify the issues. After her visit, I reinspected the house and there was still spots of dirt on the floor (which indicated that mopping was not done). In addition I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me, and she notified me that she would do so that afternoon. I didn't get a receipt until the next evening. I certainly won't have the company return and render any cleaning services again. For the cost of $350 + tax, the service is certainly not worth a penny. Photos of the services that were completed are available upon request.

Terrible experience. Too bad because we were looking for a regular cleaning company and they are reasonably priced. I asked for a move out deep clean, and detailed all problematic areas. I wanted to make sure everything was sparkling clean because we have an infant and the previous tenants in our rental had pets. I asked on the phone to remove all cobwebs, clean inside of cabinets and wash all the floors and baseboards and bannisters, as well as clean the bathrooms and the ceiling fans. They said no problem, it’s all on the checklist. They came and DIDN’T CLEAN the cabinets outside of the kitchen, DIDN’T CLEAN ANY BASEBOARDS anywhere nor did they clean the bannister, and left all the cobwebs. I called and asked them to come back, complained about the lack of detail. Normally, when someone makes a mistake, they would offer a discount, but instead they ended up coming back to fix their own mistake and CHARGED ME EXTRA time. I do not recommend this cleaning company if you are looking for attention to detail and sparkling clean services.

Not impressed. My wife hired them for a one time clearing before the holidays. They lied about the time they got to the house and then they ask for more money to finish the job Over $550 plus tax to be more exact. I guess they think we are not regulars and they do not care. We also wanted the floors to be steamed and we mentioned over the phone but when the 2 cleaners arrived they did not have the equipment with them (they blamed their office- did not even apologize). We never got a call back from the office and they never followed -up. Their fancy video from their website sold my wife in picking up the phone and hiring them. Big mistake.

I received an estimate on Aug 22, 2017 for gutter installation to start on Aug 24, 2017. Contract was sent to me by Damien Maze. Damien contacted me in the evening at Aug 22 to confirm the workers would be there on Aug 24. Nobody showed up and no call on Aug 24; I had stayed home from work that day to assist in the installation. I tried to contact Damien but got no answer. Left him a text message. Tried again on Aug 25, no reply. Called head office on Aug 28 and explained what happened. The lady on the phone said she would look into why nobody showed up or didn't call me and she would get back to me that day. Here we are, Aug 29 and still no explanation or re-schedule of the work outlined in the contract. Horrible service. Going with another company. Only gave them a one star because that's the lowest rating I can give them.
