I had a lot of work done in this place. The work overall is very good quality. However, they need to train staff on how to schedule appointments properly and allocate time needed for each client's appointment. Their doctors always running late...i cannot remember one time i was seen on time...i am talking about at least 30min to an hour wait...it is ok if some clients need to more time for the procedure or follow up, but it is disrespectful to have clients wait for hours... and a courtesy call would be nice if a doctor running very late with previous appointment.....

This place is snobby, inconsiderate and clearly does not care about its patient’s oral health. Do not waste your time and money here. I took my dad here for an initial consultation in late November to assess his eligibility for dental implants. While the initial assessment was fine (and took a long time), it was the clinic’s actions (or lack thereof) afterwards that was unacceptable! First, they made my elderly father come back for a CT scan, where he had to wait for OVER TWO HOURS despite him showing up for the appointment on time. He also had to pay $250 for this scan. Then after that - CRICKETS. We didn’t hear back from this clinic for OVER TWO MONTHS on next steps - I followed up once, my dad’s dentist did a second follow up, and it wasn’t until the third follow up that they finally asked my dad to come in in February to discuss results and next steps. Their excuse was that the original doctor, Dr. Gioulos, was away on holidays...then there were scheduling issues (even though they never reached out to schedule anything with us?)....and then we had to be switched over to another doctor. How is this acceptable, considering they market themselves as “committed” and “experienced”? My elderly father is suffering from loose teeth, and is having trouble eating everyday and dealing with infections - he should not have to wait around for the clinic to figure out “schedule issues” and holiday coverage. For a $50,000 TREATMENT, I expect better care and communication. Alas, we decided not to proceed with the treatment. Although they gave us a refund for the scan (which I had to request for), they were not apologetic. We will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best clinic I have ever been to. I am so impressed and very happy with the quality of workmanship and service I received from this clinic. I had a dental implant done and Dr. Jack Zosky and his staff did an excellent job. I wasn't put to sleep (wide awake), just got my mouth numb but didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. Dr. Zosky is not just friendly and kind-hearted Doctor but also very professional and well educated. I would highly recommend Chrysalis dental centres for anyone looking for implant. I would like to thank Michelle Ryckman and Farhana for all their help.

and now another broken tooth, 4th one since 2014) I do not understand how this keeps happening. I opted for not perfect teeth, actually took teeth that looked realistic and copied my own look . Maybe if you go for perfect teeth they are constructed correctly. Last time I went they told me it was because I had grind down my teeth, but this time I have re-booked service within 6 months and still I broke one tonight eating a soft meal. See the response below and know that I followed all the recommendations. My appointment for regular check ups was scheduled for January 23rd 2018 at 10:30 am. I called the emergency number to be told to call back tomorrow morning to see when I could get in. Why not just say call back during regular hours......honestly!

Yes, I can proudly say I am using dental implants made at the Chrysalis Dental Implant Center. And I mean proudly, because my implants look so natural and everything was done so efficiently that I cannot help it but smile. Dr. Janette MacDonald is exceptional, both in terms of professional care, and knowledge. There are no semi sincere hellos or how are yous. She is genuine, professional, and extremely conscientious. She listens carefully, and then gets to the point. Based on my experience I believe that her professionalism includes the virtues of high standards and real integrity. As for her skills, she brings a whole lot of experience, including in a hospital setting, to her work. The second best thing I (or anyone) can say about dental work is that there have been no issues concerning any of it. I have confidence in her skill. The most important thing is trust. i apprehensively took my three year old for his first visit today as previous visits to the dentist had not been enjoyable. As soon as we walked through the door the admin lady made us feel welcome and the dentist nurse immediately put my son at ease which resulted in my smiling throughout his appointment. He managed to stay still to have his teeth cleaned and polished. I highly recommend them. The only issue was that i struggled to get my pushchair up the steps and through the door due to no disability access but the receptionist was more than accommodating. They are a great team!!!

I did my implant at this clinic with Dr. Tom Nguyen. I was so impressed with his work that I went back to do a second implant. This dentist is definitely a skilled surgeon. His procedures were painless and done quickly. I recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who is looking to have an implant done or for a new dentist. I’ve been to other dentists who have ripped me off in the past so I still travel to this dental office for regular cleaning even though it’s not nearby my home. He always squeezes me in for appointments when I have any issues. The office is super clean and not to mention the cute receptionist at the front desk.

Please take the following with a grain of salt, I am going back for a second attempt to get help with my oral problems. However my first experience/impression of the hygienist staff that is employed at The Concourse Dental Centre explains why people dread going to the dentist. The oral hygienist Merry Su/Lu was nice enough and she did offer a lot of helpful advice, however the quality of her work can only be described as dreadful. If you find yourself in a situation where you are wondering if you should give this office a try. Go, and ask for your specific needs. Be vigilant and talk to the reception agents who are great at their job and will try to make your experience excellent. Do not be shy and speak your mind – we all deserve quality service. A brief summary of the experience: The appointment started by the hygienist knocking one of the tools on the ground. She quickly rinsed the equipment [no effort made to properly sanitize the tool] and proceeded with her workflow. I kept quiet, I wish I would have spoken up right there and then. The communication was mediocre, I felt as though the hygienist was rushing me, she gave me little time to express my concerns and pushed/suggested/implied a state of calmness/freshness/lightness instead of addressing my needs. Her technique was the worst part of the experience. To give an analogy: we all know the difference between a good/bad driver. To be a good driver you have to be attentive, responsible, and assertive. You need to have control of the vehicle and possess an intuitive feel for the car/road. If hygienist=driver then Merry was equivalent of someone who was scrambling to get home hitting other cars, pedestrians and every possible pot hole while making suggestions that it was my responsibility to control my pain tolerance. She had little control and seemed to have mild awareness of her actions, her jerky movements put me in a state of extreme discomfort. Mid way through the appointment I had to ask her to calm down and was about to walk out. I stuck through the session and was rewarded with a bloody mouth and helpful suggestions to rinse the damaged area with salt water. To be fair, I am not a model patient. I do have oral problems and I hope to get better. However, I expect better service. I expect dignity and quality [especially considering my condition].

Went to many dental offices but never been treated like a VIP as at the Swansea Dentistry. The whole crew is a very friendly and professional. My dental hygienist Olga is absolutely amazing! High Quality Dentist and Staff! I went to see Dr Pazouki initially for wisdom teeth removal. During that visit - We discovered I had some serious issues in my teeth. I was going to potentially need an extraction!! Needless to say I was incredibly caught off guard and extremely upset. They (Dr Pazouki and his Staff) took excellent care of me and reassured me. They took the time to care about me and my well being, that means a lot to me. We are currently working on saving the tooth in question. I couldn't be more grateful to this team!! I have started seeing Dr Pazouki as my dentist, and I am so happy I did. the only regret I have is not finding this dentist sooner. A bit about the office... They are all very professional team members. You can tell they enjoy working together. The office is kept beautifully clean. It is located on the edge of Bloor West village. Wowww. My experience was really amazing!! Dr. Lee and his staff make an amazing team. They work together efficiently and effectively! I went for a cleaning and another procedure that was (to be honest) a bit complex, for myself. Their skill, communication and friendliness helped me feel more relaxed. At times the staff and I had a laugh from time to time, but when it was time to get to business, they focused and had the job done in a timely manner. Their care and concern for my health and comfort was natural and not forced - something I like to see more of in the service industry. Their technology is advanced. Dr. Lee made an electronic x-ray of my teeth and instantly the x-ray was shown on the flat screen in the examination room, where he illustrated the exact status of my teeth - he explained what each of the light and dark sections of the x-ray meant. I was extremely impressed. Instantly, I knew I that was in good hands. He and his staff are very knowledgeable of their craft. I'm glad I found Dr. Edward Lee's office. He is my permanent dentist and there is no need to search anymore (whew!). The service here is so bad. I had my 4 wisdom teeth extraction in may and then had a root canal here. Now the root canal was undergoing an infection and the one of the wisdom teeth left a piece inside I have to go to emergency taking it out! And BAMBURG dental said nothing about this!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced 6 months ago. Based on reviews this looked like a great place to get my infant's ears pierced. When I asked them if the earrings they were using were safe for the babies, they told me that it was completely safe and baby will not be able to take them out. But yesterday I found my 10 month old daughter had taken one of her earrings out and she was trying to put it in her mouth. I was horrified and took off her other earring too. It was really scary for me to find my daughter trying to put the sharp earring in her mouth. I had never taken them out in these 6 months and I checked it daily during her bath-time to see if they were loose. I do not think these earrings are safe for babies and they should not falsely advertise themselves as specializing in infant and child ear piercing. I would strongly advise parents against going to this place to get their baby's ears pierced.

When I had a crown done it was actually a mini retreat. It was a longer appointment. I could have gone home for a couple of hours while I waited for the crown to be made, but I chose to stay. I sat in a massage chair, with a cozy blanket and watched a movie on Netflix. They put in my crown and off I went. No more waiting for couple of days and two appointments.

This is an amazing dental office it's like your at a spa. From the massage chair, being offered a beverage and a snack feels very nice when you are used to cold offices. I was hoping to become a new patient at this dental clinic, as it looks very pretty however the rude receptionist over the phone completely changed my mind. I called 20 minutes ago to ask about rates for dental cleanings, I get cleanings 3 times a year and take excellent care of my teeth. She gave me the individual rates and I asked for a total amount and she said "whatever those add up to" in a rude manner and when I pointed out how rude that response was, she gave me even more attitude saying she was not at her desk, etc. Not a polite person to be greeting or speaking with people. It's Friday - lighten up a little. You lost good business here as my whole family and I are looking for a new place to get our teeth checked and cleaned. Your loss!

We highly recommend Markham Dentistry for Children! We have been coming to Markham DFC since my boys were very little. We travel from Toronto because we think it's worth it. All the dentists and hygienists are great with the boys and Kim and team are incredibly efficient from booking appointments at preferred times to ensuring payments and paperwork are completed by the time my boys' appointments are done, saving me valuable time. All in all, we're very happy with DFC!

My little Daughter went to there to patch two teeth, but after we came back home found my daughter's mouth got swelled and there is scratch on the cheek, we went back next morning, the Dr. just said it was herself just bit her and got injured.
