I have had sessions with Isabelle (massage therapist) and Pierre-Luc (physiotherapist). The clinic is friendly and professional, the therapists are excellent and engaging, and the facility is clean, bright, and comfortable! Only a few blocks from downtown Hull. The only downside is lack of parking, but there are a few spaces available as long as you call ahead to arrange a parking pass.

The location is very convenience, office is very clean and always smells really good and staffs are friendly all the time. You can also grab a bite to eat or do some shopping while at the mall. Dr.Karim Ali is a very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and gentle Doctor of Chiropractic. Your overall health is very important to him, and it shows. I always feel better after having seen him. He’s been making adjustments to my back,neck and even my feet. This is my 3rd week treatment I think or less than that, and I am amazed by the results in such a short timeframe. I do not remember the last time I have felt this great. I wake up in the morning and I dont feel any pain, I go to bed at night and I dont feel any pain as well. Dr.Karim Ali helped me posture and lower back pain. I know he stays up-to-date with the lates information in the field. I've been going to this clinic for over a year now and always have a positive experience. My back had gotten so bad that I was unable to continue to lift weights, practice yoga and even complete day to day tasks. Dr. Lee helped me to get my back healthy and to get through the day without pain! I continue to see Dr. Lee for maintenance and will continue to do so. I'm so grateful he was able to help me improve my back health and to give me the knowledge I need to stay pain free! The staff are also incredible. I've been traveling and not near my regular chiropractor. I called to see if I could get in on the same day. There was not an official opening but the receptionist called Dr. Ali and he was willing to add an extra time for me. He is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever gone to! My whole back was out of alignment from a long car ride and a not so graceful fall off a dock which injured my shoulder. He read my doctor’s “listing” and treatment report, did some basic reflex tests and asked a bunch of questions before starting the treatment. He put electric stim pads on my low back, heat packs on my whole back and let that all sit there for about 10 minutes before any adjustments. He then followed the adjustments with massaging in some Biofreeze. He then had me sit up and tended to my shoulder. A little more electric stim on it, the Biofreeze massage, followed by 2 strips of K-Tape for extra support. It all felt wonderful! He also made an extra appointment time for me to be seen the following day! He helped my back and shoulder pain enormously and I was more than pleased with his treatments! I would highly recommend he and his clinic for any of your chiropractic needs!

Unfortunately must have had a one-off mistake; went in for a first time assessment and adjustment. Was charged $160 for the assessment/xrays however after my first adjustment was in major pain. Started with major neck pain and have been suffering from headaches for over a month now. Going to physiotherapy, instead, for help. UPDATE: over a year later, still having consistent pains and headaches due to what happened; as someone who never had neck pain or headaches like this before I am very unhappy I am permanently damaged due to trusting a chiropractor.

Excellent care! I’ve been seeing Dr. McIntosh for three months now. He’s got very effective yet gentle hands. The office uses an open concept and is flooded with natural light. I had a displaced rib and didn't know where to go, but luckily when I called Wellness House the very nice administrator who answered the phone was able to slip me in for an emergency appointment within 30 minutes despite it being very busy. Dr. Nicole Fournier was warm, helpful, and explained everything clearly, including providing me with strength exercises. She knew exactly what had happened as was able to return my rib to its place with minimal pain. I recommend Wellness House for anyone needing a chiropractor and will definitely return for acupuncture and general check ups.

Dr. Hall is an experienced chiropractor. I went to see Dr. John Hall since last month for my hip joint dislocation. The hip joint pain of my right side was gone after three adjustments, Dr. Hall did very detailed adjustments for my other bones in need. His treatments were accurate and effective. Without his treatments I would have a low guality of life confined to my house. Wellness House also does Orthonics, my feet were hurting me, Although I bought store brand insoles they didn't work. After getting a pair from them in only 3 weeks I have no foot pain. Like walking on air. I would not go to anyother Chiropractic Clinic in Ottawa.

After seeing multiple doctors and specialists for my lower back/tailbone pain Sarah one of the physiotherapists here was able to determine the source of my pain. In my opinion the guy does not give enough warning before he does the maneuvers. He is also is in such a hurry he does not give enough information, time for you to actually be able to ask questions/ understand what he is going to do, wich on the end does not allow you to give real informed consent . . . . Also when I posted this review the man I am referring to found it appropriate to contact me using the information I left on file ( with the personal understanding that it would be used only for booking or medical related comments) In order to tell me that he was disappointed with what I had said in my review. This gave me quite a shock and feels very intimidating. If he has done this to other former Clients, in my opinion no wonder there are very few other negative reviews.

I am absolutely grateful to have discovered this clinic. I first went in because I was experiencing dizzy spells, which I knew were attributed to my spinal health. My symptoms were the climax of neglectful choices over a period of 2-2.5 years. It started with a broken boot sole I was too frugal to repair right away, so my body was forced to compensate, with my heals not being level. Logically, the distortion moved up my spine until one day I sneezed and felt and strong pinch between my shoulder blades. From then on I would have to square off my posture every time I felt a sneeze come on, afraid of injuring myself further. From there, I noticed more and more that I couldn't yawn anymore. The breath could not travel up far enough for me to be able to finish a yawn, so I'd end up looking like a fish out of water! But now... after regular visits since the month of May (we're now in October) I feel much better! I have become more aware of my limitations and mindful of my posture (which is rooted in the feet). I can yawn again, I don't have dizzy spells anymore, and am no longer worried about sneezing. My legs have stopped going numb for no reason, and my feet don't perspire as much as before, even though I know there's still work to be done there (anxiety)... Overall, I am very pleased with my overall health now. It's the small things that matter! Dr. Bourgaize, Eleonore and Katrina make it such a pleasant, comprehensive and smooth process. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is curious about their spinal health and wish to deepen their understanding of the impact everyday choices (and outlook on things) can have on our wellbeing. Obviously, once you set your mind to find BALANCE again, the rest follows suit. My story, About 2 years ago I began to develop numb hands to the point that I would begin dropping tools when I worked and could not wake them up. My first action was to go to the doctor, and after a hospital visit I was told I seemed to have carpal tunnel syndrome in both my hands at the same time. Something that seemed very strange to have both hands affected at the same time. Surgery was not something I was willing to consider but there were not many options available and my situation was getting worse almost weekly .So after speaking with friends I was advised to see Paul. I was hesitant having never gone to a chiropractor I was wondering how they could help. But I had few options and little to loose by trying so I booked my appointment. That appointment has changed my life. I am very happy to say that both my hands now work fine and I have not had a re occurrence of them falling asleep since I began seeing him. On top this my posture has improved and back pains have gone away. Paul has changed my life I can stand straight work all day and have very little pain and of course most importantly my hands work again. Dr. Hudson helped me immensely with my lower back pain. I had gone to physio + chiro for 3-4 months before seeing Dr. Hudson and the change in treatment made a massive difference. I had really plateau'd and still found walking, sitting, standing, driving, etc. painful every single day (was dealing with disc bulges, nerve impingements and disc degeneration/dehydration). After about 12 sessions, I'm no longer consumed by the pain, forget about my injuries completely sometimes and am even riding my bike a lot! That's a huge change from waking up in tears every 2-3 hours. I seen two Chiropractors before Dr, Delorme and they never helped much, but Dr, Delorme is amazing! I had a unfortunate accident in 2017 and have been in chronic pain since. I was dependent of toradol and tylenol, heat and cold pack, and i was suffering with pretty back depression because of it. But! After 12 weeks i'm still in painm but it is wayyy less and severe. The depression is gone, and i am able to go back to work. He also helped me with a birth defect in my left hip and for the first time in my life i am able to cross my left leg! He also helped my daughter who is three and has suffered with constipation her whole life, she got her first hemorrhoid at 18 months. She would cry when she had to poop, but after a few weeks with Dr. Delorme she is pooping by herself, pain free for the first time! He has even helped my husband who has 3 herniated disks in his back from a decade of being in the army, and even he is having great success with his regular chiropractic care! I cant express how amazed and thankful we are to Dr, Delorme and his whole team, they are amazing!!

I think it is way too busy for the chiropractor to take time to hear you out and provide personal care. They also pretty much force you to go to an orientation session which is only held at 6 oclock at night for 2 hours to explain the the doctors background and what is a chiroprator. This information could have been provided in a brochure to save the patients time. They also sell you a payment plans to save money for a 1 year contract... which is very typical of Chiros... I had difficulty getting my receipt has they prefer not to give them to you after each visit because they are too busy... After a couple of months, I kept mentioning that I started having severe migraines after the treatments and was told to drink more water (which I already did) I stopped going and I actually feel better. Instead Im seeing an osteopath who takes time to hear my symptoms and treat me on a need to basis.
