The Best Hotels in Windsor

Very clean and attractive rooms. No ugly floral patterned coverlets. The only negative is there aren't microwaves in the rooms. I'm the kind of person that takes half my meal from a restaurant to eat later because of stomach issues.

My husband and I visited Windsor, ON last April 2018 and stayed in Stonecroft Inn. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to return this April 2019. The things that we appreciate the most at Stonecroft Inn are the following, but not limited to: the reasonable price; the room (impeccable cleanliness and amazing comfort); the outstanding customer service; free parking; central location; free wifi; and complimentary coffee. Thank you to the staff of Stonecroft Inn for your hospitality! Please keep it up!

I stay here once a month when I'm traveling for work staff is always very friendly and the rooms are very nice! I've stayed more expensive hotels but this place always amazes me at how nice and clean the rooms are and they have a bar attached to the hotel itself and it's close by everything! If you stay here you won't be disappointed

Excellent bed and breakfast. Hard working staff and the owner Ted loves homemade salami and capicolo. Had to add that! Hope to come back there soon.

The nicest Hotel I've stayed at while visiting Windsor. Their rooms are clean, spacious and updated. Rates are reasonable and the included breakfast is appreciated. Highly recommended.

Southside is their Restaurant and it has great good. The breakfast is also very good. Seniors get a 25% discount of their bill on Sundays. Specials everyday. Good value.

The friendly staff, the design of the hotel and how modern it was. It is rated as a 2 star but it definitely exceeded its rating.

Positive: Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Very clean and modern and the price was right. . Negative: This is a very weak complaint and that is only that the restaurant menu was a tough navigation for anyone with a wheat allergy or with dietary restrictions of any sort. I found something and it was absolutely fine and they were very accommodating but that was it.

Very clean but you should remove your AC from the rooms and seal properly the holes because we can hear cars passing by like if there was an open window...not good for business when you can't sleep well because the idea to sleep at a hotel is to rest. Fix that one problem and and it would be a 5star hotel.

Nice motel, just alittle noisy at night.

The bed was very clean and the bathroom too. There is a large tub to soak in.

Nice clean room, no complaints whatsoever. We definitely checked the room for bedbugs, nothing found. Room & bathroom was clean. The parking lot and entrance was in the back, no access from main road. The man at the front desk was nice. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars because it needed update. Other than that no issues whatsoever.

Positive: Go somewhere else unless you just want a roof.. Negative: Everything is done on a shoestring. Cheap cheap cheap. And you get less than what you pay for.

A cross between a motel/hotel. The reception was very friendly. Not the most comfortable and TV is outdated but it's a suitable enough stay for a couple nights

Positive: Decor in the room was modern except for carpets. Very clean and bright.. Negative: Upon arrival there was a strong cooking smell which worried me, but was not an issue in the room. Pillows were hard.

Staff are absolutely amazing. They bend over backwards for you. I wish i could remember the clerks name that helped us. Nonetheless he was of Indian (the country, not native Canadian) descent. This guy was absolutely incredible. He made our stay so informative and enjoyable. They also had more than reasonable prices. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service. Was at work all day and i tried to call my hotel 7 times and they never answered. So i called the 1800 number and had to get them to patch me through. The house keepers ignore the "do not disturb" sign as well. One just walked into my room while i was there and sign was on the door handle for all to see. Would not recommend staying there.

Staff are very approachable and helpful. Any concern was dealt promptly. Room is clean. Breakfast was good. No hassle check in and check out. Close to e everything.||Parking is free, which is a good thing. ||

Fair hotel. Not dissapointed. Staff could definitely be more helpful over the phone.

Stayed here for work. Nice and clean good free breakfast. But every now and then there was a bit of a stench in my room.

Not bad.. The beds where comfortable and The the room was clean. The front desk was knowledgeable and very friendly..

The prices were ok. The rooms looked great & tidy, but you may wanna make sure there's no bed bugs & rodents crawling around the room. My one guest with me got bed bug bites overnight & had to get meds. The hotel did pay here back though for the inconvenience & some of our weekend trip there was not charged for that night. Place looks great though. Just gotta exterminate a few pests & the place would be a good place to stay. Their morning breakfast line was pretty good too.

Very nice hotel, loved the atmosphere there! Shootout to the lady at the front disk (Julia) she was really helpful. Made my day better with her sweet smile ^_^ keep the good work! Going there again for sure whenever I am in Windsor!

Clean comfortable bed and facilities. A/C didn't really catch up til into the night. Breakfast ran out with more than an hour left.

would have been nicer if their dryers hadn't caught fire, for like 2 hours in the middle of the night had to stand outside in the rain

Room was nice and clean. Got the Jacuzzi suit, tub was large and jets were great. However the breaker would sometimes switch off when using the jets in the tub. Loved the pancakes for breakfast! Friendly staff

Went with 27 students and hotel staff was great. Nice free breakfast and clean rooms.

Absolutely worst "hotel" I've ever seen. Did not expect much due to the price but I wouldve rather just slept in my car and spent the $60 running the engine all day. Incredibly rude staff. Meth house next door. No free parking. Seriously anywhere but here and you will have a 10x better sleep. Room smelled of urine and cigarettes.

We called the hotel as we were pulling in to clarify where parking was and not even 5 minutes later we were at the door yet there wasn’t even anyone in the “office”. We called the same number that we previously used not even five minutes ago and it kept going straight to voice mail. And the numbers they had posted on the wall went straight to voicemail too. We never got checked in and had to find another hotel. The crummy place had the nerve to charge us for the room. I’d give negative stars if it were possible.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. It had a microwave oven, but if you use it, you can't use the refrigerator.. Negative: Staff was rather rude. Room was very chilly. No bathtub plug. Remote control didn't work. Parking sketchy. No room key, just a code you must remember to take with you. Not very safe feeling, since the main floor hallway is open to all who may walk into the unlocked main lobby door. Arranged to check in a bit early, yet nobody was there. There were phone numbers posted on the door that you could call, but nobody answered either number. I waited an hour to check in. Remote control problem easily solved, but I had to wait 30 minutes before that happened. Only good thing was that the location is right downtown.

No Tables or chairs,Not a very safe atmosphere. No one at the reception. Very limited service. No customer service or responsible person to contact.

Very close to downtown. Good price. Some problems with hotel staff- we had to call two different numbers to get someone to unlock the office so we could check in (we arrived at 5, office was supposedly open until 8). Once he arrived, the employee was very polite and apologized for the delay. The following morning, we had to check out by 11. At 10:30 we attempted to return to the office, which was once again locked. Calling the same two numbers went straight to voicemail and we could not find a single employee in the entire building. We, like another guest in the hotel, just left our key in the lock of our door and hoped for the best.

Positive: The staff was very helpful . He was available by phone middle of the night when I had to call him to increase the temperature of the room.. Negative: I was told there will be a small kitchen in the family room as I had children. But we were given a room even without a microwave. The staff was nice enough to get us one. But there was no way of boiling water as I had a 6months old who needed milk. If I knew there won't be a kitchen I would have came prepared.
