I ordered an item off their eBay store. Messaged them multiple times about picking up locally since we both live in Windsor. Didn't hear back so I called the store. The owner told me he would be in and out of the store throughout the day and he wasn't lying. He was randomly gone from 11:30-1:30 then again in the afternoon for a couple hours. He said if he did leave the store he would leave my item in the mailbox. I stopped by the store twice and both times the item was not there. Terrible service. Terrible communication.

Gave them a star cause you cant go negative. Brought my laptip in with a black screen of death. They fixated on a small drop of coffee on the bottom that happened months ago and i don't believe they heard what I said. The guy decided my 9 month old laptop was terminal before I left the store and it wasn't until I picked up my laptop and stated my experience in computers and telecommunications that he stopped with water damage and tossed up 3 other possible issues. Not impressed. Especially since they offered to recycle my laptop ... ya right .. no thanx

These guys know their parts well and their build work is quality. From cable management to support. If you don't know what to buy, tell they why you're buying and they'll know what you need. Extremely happy with the professionalism here. I came in to buy just a case and power supply, and the person manning the counter informed me his supplier was giving him a discount of $30 on a high end case, and he was more than pleased to pass that entire discount onto us, costing us $110 instead of $140, despite the fact he could have totally profited from it. Their hours are great too, and they stock a fair number of stuff. Ended up grabbing a bunch of more things. I own and operate a local business and have been looking for a vendor of record, I will definitely be coming back. My only gripe is the site kinda sucks and gave me a poor opinion, but luckily that proved to not be representative of the actual business. Thanks guys!!!!

The rating comes with disappointment My husband brought in a computer along with my father’s almost a year ago , yes it was our fault for Forgetting it was there but we suddenly lost our father so we were dealing with an upsetting matter , no one called us to remind us , call mention to us “you have 2 computers here “ nothing - if they called in the beginning they do not follow up again - one and done Well one day I realized no computers , gosh ding dong we left them with Wayne at PC outfitters , and immediately went in - well let me tell you Wayne was not there and wow they were unhelpful , unfriendly and stated basically lucky they didn’t throw them out Really .. you don’t call - great service - In disappointment again I get home, my father who passed his computer has no adaptor cord , they did not give it back - so I return and pick up my computer this time that needed a cleaning and called prior about my father’s lost adaptor (no notes were even on my account about this ) the person was even unfriendly then the last. Basically again , lucky your computer was even here after a year - so now I have a Sony computer with no adaptor they lost and there was. I care in the world . Horrible Being a person in the service industry this kind of service is unacceptable Yes i can accept the fact our computer was left there for almost a year , however instead of stating lucky it’s even here , and sorry your outta luck with your adaptor think about the service you just provided to me and everyone I think there could have been alerternate friendly solutions

Most trustworthy person you can take your laptop to get fixed. I had my screen backlight go off on just over a year old dell. I was looking at a screen replacement from other places, but not laptop doctor. He took on the challenge to fix the backlight issue without replacing the screen and found the problem with the capacitor overheating and causing the issues. Saved me a lot of money by not replacing the screen, which would have been an easy fix for him plus more money. I was very impressed with his service and quality of work!

Even when they were closing up shop, one of the repair technicians stayed back to help me transfer all my stuff from my old phone to my new one. Much appreciated! They are the best in Windsor for everything pc related . The first time I went I was highly satisfied with my video card . But after my last visit my computer is running flawlessly . It's faster now in every way from turning on to playing games ect . I highly recommend them to everyone with computers .

I brought in my computer on Monday dec 4th. With ishewes related to graphics problems i could turn on my computer with out my graphics card installed in to its pci slot. Windows would load I would enter my password and i would get a blue screen and windows would collect information and restart in a endless loop. If i put my graphics card in my computer would turn on but would get no output to any of my moniters. So i had them run their free diagnostic on it. The worker said everything checked out. So he attempted to figure out what was going on with it. When i called saterday dec 9th. He told me that my motherboard is now fryed and i now need to replace it. And charged me $45.00. So lets see if i got this right then. Diagnostic showed everything was good and running properly. Yet. 5 days later my motherboard is fryrd. Varry pissed off clearly something happened to it well in their care. Now im out computer. Thanks PC Outlet will never use yous again. It would of been nice knowing if your corporate policy is such that. If we brake it well its in our care. We are not responsible to replace what we brake.

If you're looking for reliable work done by devoted workers definitely check them out. The young lad the serviced me was very throughout in his inspection and it was manageable on my bank account!

The guys working here go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that you are leaving as a satisfied customer. Daniel and Frank always have a positive attitude and put their customers first when it comes to an issue with your electronics . 16 months ago I purchased what I was told was a "New" Dell laptop but with an old Pentium processor. I was charged $550.00 +. Today, the laptop is toast - no power to it at all. Since when does an unused "new" laptop die in 16 short months. There was a one year warranty on this "new" computer. I had many problems with it during that time and know I will run into a brick wall to even mention it to them. They have my money and I have a brick wall. Never again. I also had purchased an external hard drive for back up from them many years earlier, which was properly connected and used with Time Machine. There was absolutely nothing on this hard drive, while checking the operation of Time Machine was perfect. They don't hone up on their English language, skills, which , in my experience was their excuse for not totally understanding me, and when I needed to understand, , their accent got a little thicker. IM ANGRY WITH THIS OUTFIT AND DEFINITELY TELL ANY BUYER B E W A R E!! MAY 22, 2017 This entire situation was an unfortunate series of event that upset me. I didn't take any problems back to TCC because they were on the opposite end of the city and I had a problem understanding their dialect. They have assured me had I taken the problems to them they would have assisted me. When the computer totally died, it was four months past the warranty and that too upset me, but was also the reason that I didn't take it back to TCC, as I didn't expect they could do anything past the warranty. As well the non functioning external hard drive added to my problems. I have had communication with TCC and we are now at a better understanding. I will take back the caution of "Buyer Beware". These people are very interested in giving good service to their customers.

I am very dissatisfied with the present management at TCC computers They sold me a useless Dell computer which Informed them several times was utterly useless in its performance. They said it had a 250 GIG hard drive but when I got home I discovered it was only a 125 gig It's performance was pitiful and I asked then several times to trade me up on a better model as I couldn't use the computer for anything other than simple internet. They said that on the 199.00 I paid for the piece of junk Dell would only give me 100.00 on a 400.00 computer. I ended up dealing with another company with a high rating and got a excellent deal on a powerful laptop I would TCC COMPUTERS a rating of 2 out of 5 I and my family will not deal with TCC and i tell everybody to deal with other high rating companies I gave them every chance to make amends but they refused and don't care what their customers feel or go through

Terrible service, the owner\repair man has no idea what hes doing in regards to repairing the computers and will repair one thing while also damaging another key component of your laptop\desktop etc. He sent my laptop back to me with paper clips twisted to hold screw in place and random screws that were not stock to the computer, i suggest you do not go to this computer store unless your okay with terrible service and a garuntee of continuos payments for fixing your once working laptop with minor problrem to a laptop with a spectrum of problems.
