I have had a number of very positive experiences with provincial Chrysler over the past year. I purchased a used fiat in 2017 and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I had a few concerns in the beginning. I brought my car into the body shop and they exceeded my expectations. They addressed all of my concerns including scratches in the interior and scratches and a dent on the exterior. They returned my car to me spotless! I also brought my daughter’s avenger in to have dents removed and to have it repainted. When I picked it up the manager took the time to walk me through the repairs and also pointed out that her brakes were grinding and this may be a safety concern. Service affordably took care of it and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you to Provincial Chrysler!

Bad service. Quick lube is never quick and they have several @$$hole lube bay employees. Lied to my wife about work needing to be done that didn't need to be. When I complained to service manager he did NOTHING and didn't even attempt to act like anything would be done.

I inquired about a trade in value, Danny asked a thorough set of questions that made me comfortable that he and his manager Andy knew all the important aspects of the trade in so I wouldn’t be left wondering if I’ll have to renegotiate the deal after my 5 hour drive from Whitby. I got a competitive trade in value, added a set of winter tires and mats (again at a competitive price) and we agreed to the deal over the phone. Maybe you can't please everybody all of the time but the last time I was there I was very upset after picking up my car that was a big scratch on one side and of course they denied any parts of the. But my car was parked in their back lot waiting for pickup. As with most car dealerships hearts are ridiculously expensive and service is expensive. I recommend trying a smaller repair facility although it is advantageous to take your automobile there if you think that there might be a recall on your vehicle because they would have your vehicle in their computer system so that is a very big advantage.

I recently (2 months ago) purchased a vehicle from Sherwood, and was generally pleased leaving the lot. That is.. until: SIDEVIEW MIRROR- 2 days driving the mirror falls out of the housing. Lithium grease was used to hold it in place, giving the appearance it was in good condition. (80$) BATTERY- 1 week into owning and the truck wouldn't start (bad battery).Looks like I'm stuck. Sherwood did provide a replacement, which was much appreciated. CATALYTIC CONVERTER- There was a rattle coming from the exhaust which was noted upon purchase. I was told that the mechanic confirmed, "just a heat shield, it's all good". Well, 2 months later, still a rattle! My mechanic's inspection revealed that the Cat is toast. (quoted @ 600$ parts, 200$ labour) 2 months in= ~880$ in additional spending to ensure a SAFE ride. (Kinda seems like a lot for a mechanic to miss on a safety inspection, but you be the judge) If you read the reviews it's clear; either Sherwood, their mechanic, or both are cutting corners to save money, and not providing customers with an honest safety.

He told me he fixed all these issues before giving me the car, the same day I went to a mechanic to confirm they said half of the parts he told Me Havnt even been changed,. I have alot of lebanese friends , but he gives alot of them a bad name, he's fake he lies , hung up in my face when I called! I urge u guys to get the car checked, it's worth spending $75 for a inspection, if he claims he changed or fixed stuff, take it to a dealer, pay the 75 and get it confirmed because he's a scammer !!!!!

Was pretty skeptical about this dealership at first because there were only a few online reviews on Google but I'm glad I went to them because they're the most honest car dealership I've ever been to and they were also vouched for by our mechanic, as well as the MTO. I got a 2009 Nissan Rogue from Richie and Gerry and they handled everything professionally and ensured that the car they sold me was in A1 condition. They go above and beyond compared to every other car dealership I've been to. Legit super friendly staff and super great service.

I went in this morning, December 6th, to have both of the batteries in my key fob’s replaced. I walk in and an escorted right to the parts department by staff who are extremely pleasant and friendly, even though they appear busy. I have both of my keys replaced, however i then come to find that i have left my debit card at home. I tell her that i will only need a moment to call someone to grab it when the gentleman who changed my batteries says “Don’t worry about it, Merry Christmas.” I will be 100% a returning customer. Always wanting to make the process enjoyable not frustrating. She bought a used 2011 Honda CR-V Thank you Windsor Honda for putting the "Pleasure" back in buying a car. Oh and three months later I ended up buying a 2015 CR-V. Loved my wife's so much I had to have one too! Same great experience. UPDATE: Jan. 2018 Based on almost three years with Windsor Honda and experiencing the service garage as well as the buying experience my opinion remains it is a five star experience! This was my first time at Performance Ford. I was visiting Windsor from Ottawa. Had issue with air bag indicators. My representative, Elaine, was great. Waiting areas were clean. Shuttle service (drop off and pick up at home) was efficient, timely and friendly (Thanks Dave and I can’t remember the first drivers name, sorry). Service provided: two air bag wiring harnesses replaced under warranty. Issue resolved. Would recommend to a friend. Thanks Performance Ford for a very pleasant and positive experience.

I feel badly for Sue Wright who has been my appointment person for years. She has now been let down too many times by the work done by the service technicians. This last time I went in because the brake light was flickering on an off intermittently on my car. The back brake boots had some fluid and so a $400 plus tax service was done. I drove home feeling that my brake pedal was soft, and only pumping the brakes firmed them up. Things were confirmed when I stopped at an uphill slope at a set of traffic lights, and in order for my car to stop rolling backwards I ended up pushing the brake pedal all the way to the floor, and then having to pump the brakes. I returned to Ford. Sue jumped up and immediately went to get the technician. He did not want to believe me and suggested that you always have to pump brakes and apply the emergency brake a few times after a brake service!!!! He was talking to a woman who 40 years ago used to do her own brakes, so no sale there. He eventually took my car away, and I waited for friends to collect me feeling 'shaken'. While waiting, the technician returned having re-flushed the brake system, and a few bubbles came out. However, mechanically minded relatives have now looked and listened to the car with me, and the rear passenger side brake shoe/pad is applying when the car goes forward and making a grinding/rubbing nasty noise. I will not be returning for any more brake work at Fords; why go back a third time for a job they could not get right the first time. It's my life, and other's on the road at stake here; shame on your Ford. Sue, thanks for being so pleasant.

Had an issue with the window, and the car needed to be taken apart, so they provided a car in the meantime. Above and beyond there, very appreciated. Keep it up. The issue with window electrical problem has been addressed and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything is in order. Very satisfied with the service. YOUR CAR IS WORTH MORE!!! Me and my friend came to our local Mazda dealer to get my friend his dream Mazda 3 GT. My friend wanted to trade in his vehicle and they completely low balled us. Only offering 12k for his vehicle. We stood up immediately ready to leave just for the manager to say "hold on, the best we can do is $15,000" we left anyways. We then decided we should still look around at other Mazda dealers. Long story short, we had to drive 3 hours away to another Mazda dealer to get what we were looking for. We ended up getting his Mazda 3 GT fully loaded with a trade in value of $20,000 for my friends vehicle. Do your research and dont let car sales people push you around.

They were trying to sell me the vehicle for well above MSRP advertised on Mazda website with some unreasonably priced dealership add-ons that I don't care about. DO NOT buy parts from Windsor Mazda unless you dont plan on possibly returning them. They charge an outrageous 20% restocking fee no matter if you only have the part for an hour, a day or even a week. I got back only 2/3 of what I paid for the part I purchased. The part itself was not a special ordered item either, it was in stock on the shelf when i ordered it, but I understand it's an upsell (you dont want the part fine lol you only get a portion of your money back). First and last time I ever use or recommend Windsor Mazda for parts. I would rather wait for shipping buying a part online from another source in that case. Atleast if I return a part I get all my money back when buying from other sources.

They charge $658 on ALL their new/used cars for etching/nitrogen tires. Service dept charges $100 for diagnostic fee. Had a bad wheel bearing they wanted $100 to diagnose which bearing was bad. Told them the exact bearing to avoid $100 fee.

I’ve been bringing my car to Windsor Mazda since I purchased my car there. I don’t have anything bad to say about the service with a few exceptions, however I do question the pricing inconsistency of their service department. There is never any pricing that is posted for their services and I seem to pay something different every time I visit. I can understand pricing increasing over the years as inflation and cost of services and labour always go up. I guess my biggest issue would be lack of transparency in pricing and the rate at which each oil change has increased over that past few years. I use to pay $39 for and oil change and just recently paid $75 plus an additional environmental fee (not controlled by the dealership obviously) for the same service. I find it hard to believe that the costs of labour and parts have increased 92% over 6 years. After looking into other dealership prices there are better deals available for the same services. I would like to continue to do business with Windsor Mazda as I have always been satisfied with their service but the lack of transparency in pricing and non-competitive pricing makes it difficult for me to keep going here with my vehicle.

I came to get my car serviced recently at Premier and I really got the impression that the staff were looking out for my best interests. I was pleased enough to recommend Premier to my sister and she is equally happy. She was having problems with her battery in the extream cold and the service department was very helpful and honest with her. They recommended a battery soon but said it should be fine in normal temperatures for now. I was just very happy that they didn't try to sell her one when the old one still has life left. It shows that the staff is honest, looking out for their customers and not greedy. Thanks so much Premier !!

I got my car fixed here for years with no problem when it was Dan canes but ever since it became Premier Chevrolet and Cadillac it has been terrible service. They left my car out in the parking lot with the window down so it could get rained in because I wouldn't agree for them to charge me $400 for a battery that I could have bought somewhere else for $175. They claimed that they couldn't get any power to put the window back up so they left it like that(how can a professional garage not be able to get a window up?). After I complained that they cannot leave me car like that over night. One of the employees used his own vehicle after his shift to get enough power to me battery and I put the window back up. I'm glad that this happened because I won't ever briny my car back to them. Even though I knew they overcharged for the work I was still willing to bring my vehicle there bacause I they were professionals and would do a good job. Ever since it's Been Under new management it's like the stories you here about shady garage shops doing extra things so they can get more money from you has become them. I was almost willing to pay them the expensive price of $1600 they wanted to charge me for new rotors and brake pads...Until this happened. Never again and I usually don't leave reviews even when it bad but I expected more from this company especially with what they are charging customers. I rather take my chances with another shady garage for a lesser price. Good luck everyone and I hope they learned from this. I sure did.

Thow the dealership resolved my problem very quickly. The problem was due to an issue that I had no control over. And an issue that was not created by me in anyway or wrong usage of the vehicle. It forced me to bring my vehicle in basically because updates for my radio did not run. Which caused my radios hands-free steering wheel control as well as display of information on the temperature outside to go away. As well as showing that It showed I had a rear camera system which I did not have. They charged me one hour of labor to fix the situation that was basically the fault of the Radios Design with hands-free and display information. I really had no choice to pay to make it work again otherwise something that I paid for as an option on my car would stop working to no fault of me do to no wear and tear whatsoever. So basically the consumer gets a charge for something that they should not be charged for. Basically a defect in the way that the system updates the radio through the satellite. Great way to make consumers lose faith i the automotive dealership system

Had my first encounter with this place due to a friend ( a woman) having to get her car serviced. Her vehicle was purchased through Best Rate Auto. She had expressed concerns about the mechanic here, who had given her an attitude on multiple occasions, and was condescending in tone as well, he knew she needed her vehicle by the end of the day (5:00 p.m) and she called them at 4:30 p.m only to be told that her vehicle wasn't ready. I drove her there to pick up her vehicle and Dave; rudely, and distasetefully complained that he had to put her vehicle back together, and the issue wasn't fixed. KNOWING that the car was there since morning and was needed by the evening. He then; with his grown self, got into an argument with me, then soon after his henchman who was quiet the whole time decided to get involved. They are racist, sexist, disrespectful, lying crooks. There will be contact with Best Rate Auto and their DISGUSTING choice of working with these people.

Lot's of new inventory. Not much movement on prices. The price you see is what you pay kind of used car lot. Noticed that most of the inventory they carry have quite a bit of dents.

If you're also looking for a dealership that has zero interest in you saving money while providing a bad experience, Merrifield motors is your place. All in all my experience with this unprofessional auto sale has reminded me never to purchase a car here again. Side note: if you think you're getting a deal you're really not. I would look into every other auto sales place before considering Merrifield Motors
