Dr.Rahim has been my doctor for more than 10 years. She is caring, attentive. She is quick to act and resolve the issue. She listens to you and try to find the best possible solution. Her team and receptionists are also great. They accommodate you with fastest appointments even though clinic is very busy. Her assistant Sheri is also very nice and knowledgeable. I was at the clinic and I called in to make sure the Dr was available. I was told if there are too many patients then we would not be allowed to see the Dr. We reached around 5:20 and the reception told us only 1 person can be treated as they and they had only 4-5 patients. So decided to have our 21 months son treated. After going inside I asked Dr.Couglan if I could be treated as well because if parents remain sick the Child is never gonna feel better. The same Dr. Is our family Dr as well. I was wondering if I have taken the right decision making her our family Dr. I don't see any Courtesy and humility towards us. I am not sure if this is how patients are to be treated?

My kids and I have seen Dr. Young, Dr. Coughlan, and Dr. Lipszyc as walk ins. They are all caring, patient, thorough, and skilled doctors. Wait time was short. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Free parking and accessible by TTC too. I drive so I love the free parking. I already have a family doctor elsewhere but I always have to pay for expensive parking whenever go I see him. The clinic is clean and tidy. Has many other medical services so I can get all my medical services done in one location instead of going to different places. Very convenient. If it’s not for the fact that my family already has a family doctor, I’d move my family’s medical care there. Highly recommended.

Called in during the morning, they scheduled a me for an Appointment at 12:30. Got there 12:20 and stood in front of the reception for 10 minutes, since I was ignored by both receptionist I decided to take a seat and wait. After another 10 mins decided to approach them and they finally acknowledged me and gave me a form to fill out. (12:40 by then). It wasn't until 1:54 that the Dr. finally called me. She was indeed helpful and nice. If you value your time or if you have time constraints I'd avoid it. The reception staff wasn't very courteous or helpful (that's what I extremely disliked about this place and why I'm not coming back)

I was referred to the AACU at women's college hospital. I have never received better care in my life. They did not try to rush me or down play what I was saying. Dr. Moffett was caring and thorough and when I left I knew what wasn't issues for me and what could be and a follow up plan to meet with a specialist there next week. I was in the unit from 8am until just before 6pm, every nurse and doctor I encountered treated me with respect and checked in on me because of how many tests and the meaning behind them. I am forever grateful for their help.

Best clinic ever. Period. I’ve been to countless clinics in the past and I’ve never enjoyed going to a clinic as much as this Cloud Clinic near Dundas Square. The staff is young, friendly, fast, efficient and happy. You can see employees like working there. I’ve seen all the doctors there and they are all great, knowledgeable, think outside the box, friendly, pay attention to what to tell them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that clinic!! The wait time is also much better than most clinics. Try going before 3/4pm it gets busier in the evenings.

I injured my back and shoulders because of heaving lifting and constantly mass producing breads and different baked goods. The physiotherapist Queenie Wu did an amazing job on helping me to recover, and taught me lots of exercises to strength up my core and muscle. Queenie is very professional, patient and friendly. She knew that I am interested in doing yoga, she taught me lots of different yoga moves to strength up my core and muscle that I always use during my work. There was not a single person in a clinic and i still had to wait for 30 minutes. Then a physician assistant came in saying she will be examining me and doctor will be called if required. I have asked for a doctor but he/she never showed up. Snd they swipe your OHIP! Also they are totally unprofessional. Diagnosted wrongly. Prescribed an unappropriate procedure. Will Never go there again

Even though the Drs. in this clinic are pretty good, but unless you really don't know English, please try other clinics. Been seeing my previous family doctor for 5 years in Bathurst Clinic, normal waiting there is more than 3hours even you have appointment time and they only check/talk to patients not longer than 3minutes. They said i have no any issues about my complain pain. But when i went to Enhance clinic just to accompany a friend i ended up having myself checked while i wait. On that same day, i was reffered to a dermatologist and a surgeon for two diffirent issues. I was treated right away and the treatment lasted more than a year on my right hand and my left hand (ring finger) tumor had been removed after a week of my visit to Enhance, i was so happy and greatful about the outcome. I suffered pain for the longest time and only this clinic diagnosed what was really going on with me. I know me and my family are in good hands here.

Unbelieveable! i have been calling for 3 days to get my results which are already 5 days old and then i called dyancare to find out they had my results 2 days after the tests were done and are still telling me they dont have it! shameful! and now even worse ! dynacare has told me they have faxed the results to the clinic and yet the clinic is saying they still dont have them , and maybe it is a failed fax!!!! what is wrong with this !? i have never had worse customer service from any clinic and at the first visit i was told they would call me with the results and now they are saying "when" the results show up i must see the doctor again. and now i find out the disconnect was the clinic entered my birthdate completely incorrectly and therefore my results have gone awall!!! thank you dyncare for helping me sort this out. finally after 2 more calls to the receptionist and demanding to speak to the clinic manager i received a phone call with my results as i was told i would have , and no apology for the delay of 3 days or mistake with recording my birthday completely incorrectly. shame that one can not receive decent care in a timely manner without having to fight to get answers. if i had not called myself 3 x to dynacare to hunt down why my results which were ready friday were stil, not available on tues i would likely never get a call from the clinic, if they cared they would have followed up directly. one and only visit to this clinic shame!

Really professional and topnotch workers who are working as hard and fast as they can as this piece can get a bit busy. Be prepared to wait a bit but the service is worth it. They're quick with paperwork and getting back to you with test results, plus there's a radiology clinic right across the street. Thanks to the amazing physician's assistant who was very determined to get that tiny and elusive piece of glass out of my foot, I appreciate your great work, guys, keep it up!

Called to book an appointment, the recording said I had to book online. Went to their website, booked the appointment, and after people from this office calling me to book the appointment on the phone... why you guys make people to waste their time? and then I had the appointment with their ENT Dr. Busato and he showed up late to the appointment, said everything was pshycological and when he saw I was mad then he changed the movie, gave me some sprays and asked me to come in a month, and at the end of the appointment he confessed he was leaving the clinic, so I will meet anyways with someone else... means he just wanted to get rid of me because he did not care at all about the last patients he was seeing. All in all, a huge lack of professionalism from both, front desk and doctors. Please go away from this place, I already request to change facility to be treated.

In short: This place DOES NOT care about your health! Go somewhere else. Full: The wait time was great - there was only 1 other person beside my friend and myself. The front desk was actually kind to me, unlike the other reviews I read here. They were great and helpful. BUT, I had a very UNPLEASANT experience with the doctor. Unless you live within a 3 minutes walking distance and cannot go to any other walk-in clinic by any other means, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The vibe I got from the doctor was that they seemed unprofessional and was just in a rush to get me out the door. It was a "what do you have? ... okay, here's the prescription." I also had to get a check-up for something on the same day. The doctor's instructions were "Go to the bathroom and everything will be there." Leaving me confused. Upon going to the bathroom, nothing was there. I went back to the room, the doctor was gone. After waiting about 5 minutes by the bathroom, the girl in the front desk finally saw me waiting and helped me. As for waiting for the results, it has been almost a month... 29 DAYS to be exact and still not a word. (Estimated time for other clinics is 3 business days to 7 business days.) At this point, I do not want to hear from them. I don't think I can even trust the results they give me, if I even get it at all. GO TO A DIFFERENT CLINIC. They will actually look at what you think you have, give you tips & tricks on how to take care of it, but mostly they will call you back much faster than 29 days & still counting. By the way, I am trying to call the clinic to see why there is such a delay with getting the results to my check-up and can't reach anyone on the phone.

I just called to see if this office was accepting patients and was met with the rudest and most apathetic reaction from the receptionist. I asked if the doctor was accepting patients and she said "uh, yes, from the Toronto area". Then I said "ok, I'm in Toronto, what do you mean by the Toronto area?". The she said in an accusatory tone "...you have a 613 number...". Then I said "yes, because I just moved from Ottawa". Then she said "Ok... sure" in the most apathetic-I-don't-care-about-you-or-why-you're-here tone. ...Seriously? This is who the office has on reception??? Based on this first interaction, I decided to look elsewhere because I was so upset about how I was treated. So, to be clear, this rating has nothing to do with the Doctor's competence, but with the training and competence of his staff. A HORRIBLE first impression. No thank you.

I have been going to this clinic for medical care for a while. So far I really like this clinic. Staff are friendly and courteous. I like the fact that I can find doctors and health practitioners who can communicate in Chinese for myself and my parents in North York area. Also, I always get reminders about my appointments whereas a lot of clinics and hospitals do not offer that service. The clinic is clean and tidy. Good location. Easy access by TTC buses. Free parking is available in the back. A plaza is just across the street for running errands if I would be waiting long in the line.

I have my family doctor at this clinic for over 6 months but I only had chance to see my family doctor twice because her appointment wait time was too long. Most recently I just realized that she's no longer with the clinic which means I don't have a family doc again. However, the clinic didn't bother to inform me until I called in for an appointment last week, which I wasn't every happy already. They introduced me a new doctor they have as my new family doctor, so I had my first appointment with her. That wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. She didn't seem to care about me at all during the entire short appointment. I told her I just had a surgery in my home country and I have some exam reports would like to give it to her to review and keep file. She only glanced and saw the heading was in Chinese then she immediately said she can't read it that's another language. I told her the entire report is in English but she just denied it and asked me to just give it to the receptionist to scan. At that point I only wanted to leave so I left. The next day I decided to call the clinic to tell them my experience, but the lady answer the call wasn't very helpful at all. She just said that's the conversation between me and my doctor and if I don't like her I can always walk in to see other doctors or sign up the email list to wait for another family doctor once available. I really couldn't believe what I had heard. My impression about this clinic went from 4 star directly down to 0, if I have that choice her.

The clinic is good, clean, fast lines. However, it depends on what day you come in, as doctors change. On my first visit the doctor was great and very helpful she deservers 5 stras. However, on my second visit the doctor was a little mean and not very helpful, very disappointing.

I’ve been Dr. Lai’s patient for over two years and my baby daughter is almost a year. For the past year we’ve been seeing Dr. Lai on the regular basis and I can’t say enough how helpful and attentive Dr. Lai is. We never had problems with emergency visits. My family doctor here is great but calling in for quick info or to confirm an appointment will take at least 10 minutes waiting on hold. When they answer they will put you on hold immediately. Completely unacceptable.

This is the best and most comprehensive family doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Bandukwala listens and seems engaged in your healthcare, which I find is rare. They have lots of programs to help with various aspects of your healthcare, a LifeLabs is in the basement and an x-ray/ultrasound clinic is a few streets over, so you don't have to venture too far for tests. The secretary was very impatient and non friendly! She did not greet, or even asked the reason of my sister's call. She was also rude and inconsiderate of her situation saying "NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK IN FROM THE ROAD TO SEE THE DOCTOR"! I dont think that's a nice way of talking to someone calling your office for the first time! Ruined my sister's day! I dont think Dr. Edward would want such behaviour in his office either!

Excellent physician with an expert ability to listen, observe, take a deep interest in your issues to the point of even discovering an underlying issue that might not even be related to what you feel you have come in to see him about. This takes real expertise to be able to detect and then to priorities what is the focus and to help me determine what makes sense in my best overall health interest as a course of action. He is also highly empathetic just in his overall demeanour and let’s you know he cares about your needs not simple as a patient file of his but as someone whose health he is invested in and who he cares about. I’ve always walked away with that feeling that he cares! I also felt he uses the joint approach of working together with the patient in discussing cause, effect, and recourse, rather than a top down ‘old school’ approach of the clinician to patient dynamic.

First I'd like to mention Dr. Keith Wong's office. The receptionist are mainly okay but also some rude ones. The waiting area is clean not overly busy like in other clinics. Dr. Keith Wong is a English-speaking man of Asian descent. At first his bedside manner was good but got worse and worse. Has no patience and feels like he only cares about money.

He looks young, but professional,every time we have some problem he matches good treatment and after Israel's really good medicine I can say that I found a GOOD DOCTOR ! And he is always happy to see you, that not less important when you feel bad ! Very recommend!
