I've been prepping my bathroom for painting this past week and had used wall filler to cover up a few holes (and I was a little messy with it). The cleaner removed the excess filler from the wall. Seriously, who does that??? My place is now sparkling, but I particularly found that extra touch in the bathroom to be taking cleaning to the next level. Sent 1 fantastic cleaner in the beginning. Lady was amazing! Once she left for allegedly not being paid well the cleaners they sent were subpar, mediocre at the most. Then they sent 1 better one. After that, they had no cleaners "available in your area." Sorry, I can't recommend them. The 2 stars are for the fantastic cleaner they lost or they would have 0 if possible.

I’ve used this service sporadically over the years (it used to be consistent quality) but unfortunately it has greatly deteriorated. Twice I have paid $100 for three hours and caught staff only actually cleaning for 2 1/2 hours. Unless you are home to monitor the time you pay for, beware! The last visit was awful. The company called me at 1:25 (I had booked 1-4) to say the cleaning woman couldn’t get in. I just so happened to get home at that minute to show her how to open my unlocked door (?). At 3:45 she said she was finished, although she skipped one bedroom in its entirety. She said the company told her there was only one bedroom (?). She also told me she arrived promptly at 1:00, apparently forgetting the events of just two hours earlier. Sadly you no longer get what you pay for so I’ll have to look for another service.

Not pleased with the inconsistency, lack of speed, lack of effeciency or care. There is a huge problem when a pile of clothes and trash is left on the floor when the main part of your job is to sweep, vacuum and dust. I would not recommend using this company. Unfortunately they do not deliver the type of service that all the other companies provide and those other companies come with their own equipment and cleaning products. I've given these folks more than enough time to turn things around. If anyone knows of a good service i can use, please let me know.

We had a very poor experience with these cleaners. The job was not thorough (eg. did not wipe down our main dining table, a picture fell of the wall (not damaged) and we were not notified). They also quoted us once price and then charged for an additional hour. When my husband reached out to discuss all that was offered was a credit for future services, obviously we will not be using them in the future.

0 STARS! I have had their service for 3 + years now - have made several complaints to them but didn't terminate my account because I mostly dealt with Mike and he's a fairly reasonable person. The 2-3 times I have interacted with the other co-owner Angela, I must say this - she is the most arrogant service provider I have had to converse with. Every time I complained,(so far once every few months) I sent them clear pictures of how the house was not cleaned (especially if I leave the key for the cleaners and am not home). Then I have to make sure I am able to stay home for them to come do a redo - waste of my time and no, they don't pay me back for my time or give me discount for not cleaning properly! Most of their cleaners are chain smokers, they smoke right outside the house before entering. When they come in, they leave that disgusting smoke smell in my entire house - multiple times I had requested them to give me one team so I know who is coming and that I am not okay with smokers entering my house - they don't understand that so I had to finally tell them that my kid suffers from asthma so they cannot send smokers. I had two teams that were always good - they leave because obviously they also don't like arrogance in their boss. But this last incident was the final straw. My husband was home and they didn't clean anything. They literally have to clean 1 master bedroom with washroom upstairs and a family room, kitchen, half washroom and the laundry room downstairs. They were rushing throughout the clean - broke my wax warmer, one cleaner forgot her shoes in my house, they left their cleaning cloths all around the house and they did not clean anything. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed instead their vacuums left rubber marks on my carpet. The counter tops in my washroom and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was so much dust on my side tables and all my windows. I sent them an email with pictures - Angela calls me for a redo - at this time I have already cleaned my house because I had guest coming on the weekend. I ask her if I am going to be charged for this 'uncleaned' clean and she arrogantly says 'Yes , of course. We are offering you a redo'. Are you kidding me? She talks as if she is doing a big favour for me. Ridiculous ! It is stressful to work with their company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I highly recommend finding a better cleaning company. They obviously don't care about loyal customers or cleaning houses professionally.

Terrible cleaning job!!! mirror in bathroom not done, carpet not vacuumed and when asked to do so they used a floor attachment that left more dirt then it picked up. Floors were streaky and had to be redone and they were still streaky so they finally got a clean cloth and that fixed the problem. When I got the quote the day before they said they would be hand cleaning floors but they used a dirty dust mop to wash the floors???!. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and had to ask them to do it, there was still soap residue on the soap dish and walls and floor not cleaned. Table tops of glass were not cleaned, just dusted. windowsill in kitchen pass through was not even wiped. I noticed after they left that wall hangings were not dusted. Some baseboards were neglected after I had specified I wanted extra attention on the baseboards. A team of two girls came, Calissa was really cooperative and professional with redoing things and understood my concerns, Julia on the other hand had attitude and was very lazy. If I wasn't here when they were cleaning I would have been very upset when I reached home to know I paid all that money for a crappy job. Save your money, they don't clean properly and their vacuums were old and not sure they worked well. I will be redoing the vacuuming myself. In the end I ended up getting what I paid for but only after I had asked them to do things repeatedly that weren't done. Very stressful having to tell them constantly to do things that should be automatic. Will never use this service again. I tried to call management to discuss twice and my calls weren't answered. I received a text stating they couldn't talk right now. Enough said!

Ladies are very nice. However, the floors did not feel as if they were cleaned, or smell clean and it was very lightly dusted. They apparently only use hot water to clean, but should have asked if I wanted some sort of solution. The whole house didn't smell like it was cleaned. With 3 of them, it only took an hour for them to clean, but when the manager came to check, there were a few things that they had missed. The entire bathroom mirror wasnt even wiped down. I don't think I would use them again, as they were not very thorough and seemed to rush through their job to get to the next place.

This review is a bit overdue as we moved and had very hectic/busy days lately. I booked with Aspen because of the good reviews but I have to say unfortunately I was not happy with the service. Maybe the secret is if you leave a 5-star review, and the tip is on the house. Tip in general I believe should be optional left to the customers discretion to treat the company when they feel they received a good service. Giving you a bit more details: I required cleaning for my 3-bedroom house BEFORE we move in, so the house had no furniture in it. Now although it's a 3-bedroom house, which was not filthy, I specifically mentioned a few times that ALL I need is a thorough cleaning in the kitchen (exclude the floor), windows (5 of them, only interior) and ONLY the crawl space in the basement (and I asked to get rid of the spider webs). It took 4 hours for a team of 4 people (and almost $800 in cost) to NOT complete this. They mentioned they needed more time. After I returned I was told they didn't have time to clean behind the stove. Also although the crawl space was swept, the spider webs was untouched. Inside the cabinets were cleaned, but the cabinets doors were not cleaned properly. They did a good job with the windows and the fridge though. I feel 4 hours and 4 people and an $800 invoice should be sufficient to complete the job I've requested. I have tried other services before and I feel this was way too pricy and not worthwhile the service. I am disappointed that I had to complete the cleaning myself.

A bit delayed because of unpacking and real life stuff, but I had to leave a review. I booked Aspen Clean fairly last-minute to do a "move in/out" cleaning of my 1bdr condo on February 22, 2019. What attracted me to the company was the ratings/reviews, AND the fact that they could book me last-minute! Within a few hours of submitting their online form on Thursday the 21st, I had my confirmed arrival window for my cleaning team. On the morning of, I called customer service because I wasn't sure what sort of vehicle I should be keeping an eye out for. Customer service was VERY personable and answered my question for me, even tracked the vehicle to let me know where they were at that time, and even called back afterwards to let me know that the team should be showing up any minute. My team showed up on time, and set to work. Team #1, Sonora B & Cristian, thank you so, so much for the simply phenomenal job you did!!!!! You helped take such a load off my shoulders with your fine work. Everything looks beautiful, simply pristine! It was very dusty when I moved out, but after Team #1 finished, you wouldn't think someone had been living there for so long! There were no harsh chemical smells either, just a pleasant, fresh smell of clean. Again, thank you so much for the excellent work. As a first-time user of a cleaning service, I was very impressed, both by the cleaning and with the customer service of AspenClean, and I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to others. Generally dissatisfied with the weekly cleaning service. 1 individual named Kelly is a great cleaner. Unfortunately, my experience with other cleaners has not been very good. I initially left a positive review for the first clean, but have since adjusted this to better reflect my overall experience with the weekly clean, which I have since cancelled, and overall client service experience I was given from the owner over the last 4 months.

Ivan and Kimone came to clean my house today, and it is sparkling! They were very professional and self reliant -- when they arrived I was on a business call and so I just opened the door and let them in and left them to get started on their own while I finished the call. They got started right away with little direction from me and before I knew it my house was like new clean. They were kind and courteous. Very impressed!

I am so disappointed with my experience using Condos4Maids. I had Condos4Maids booked to come in to do a move-in clean. I chose this option because it had the works - inside the fridge, ovens, cabinets, cleaning the baseboards, etc. I came back after the clean was done and I'm not even sure at this point what was actually cleaned in my condo. The fridge and mirrors had smudges on them, I paid extra to have the balcony/windows done - they weren't even touched. Inside the fridge still had crumbs, the cupboards still had food marks and grease marks. In the bathroom there were facial hairs still covering the counter from the previous tenant. Not to mention the fact that the condo didn't even smell like it was clean. The condo was empty as I have not moved in yet - so it should have been a straight forward clean. When I reached out to Condos4Maids they offered to "make it right" by coming back to complete the balcony. I refused as this was a huge convenience to have to have to come back to drop off and pick up my only set of keys to let them - while also having to be at work. It should have been done correctly in the first place. I insisted I get a refund and only ended up getting back $60 for balcony clean that wasn't done. When in reality (taking a look at the pictures), I should have had a full refund. I ended up having to clean my condo myself, which was the whole point in getting them to clean it in the first place. I am blown away based on my experience, how many positive reviews they are. I am so disappointed - I will never be using again. The pictures speak for themselves.

I contacted Harmony Home cleaning with a special cleaning challenge after a contractor —doing balcony repair work at our condo— left concrete dust/splatter and paint splatter on our balcony furniture. The concrete/paint splatter was starting to adhere to the wicker with the colder weather so was thrilled when Norman was able to schedule a cleaning crew later that same day. All of my furniture was virtually brand new and now looked years old Michaela and Olivia arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They scrubbed and cleaned the furniture over and over until it looked new again. The grey layer of concrete/paint splatter was gone. It looked like it did the day I got it. And the price was seriously reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Norman was a pleasure to deal with and set us up with a post-construction, pre-baby house-cleaning and we could not be happier! Imelda, who did the cleaning for us did the cleaning for us, was friendly and very thorough, leaving the house smelling clean and not at all like harsh chemicals. Cleaner came today for the first time and didn't organize her time very well, leaving no time for key jobs like the bathroom or floors... That is not the brutal part... mistakes happen... and the owner offered to send someone over to finish the work... BUT... They are very disorganized and difficult to reach. We corresponded with them for 3 weeks and never got anyone to come over. They cancelled one appointment a few hours before they were set to come. Then they didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment. It has been at least 10 days and they have made no attempt to schedule. They obviously don't want our money, so there is no reason to think they'll want yours. Having a cleaning person is supposed to make your life easier, not more frustrating. Avoid at all costs.
