Mike, our sales rep was awesome and took care of all details with full explanations right down to the financing, and he made it painless. Denise followed up and co-ordinated a flawless install, all with a joyful attitude. One week later, the final crew came and capped the frame. My only question now that it's all finished and looks awesome is, why didn't I do it three years ago? We highly recommend Dodds!!!

I highly recommend Dodds. My garage door spring was broken. Other shop was quoting me higher price and was trying to upsell the wheels as well. Dodds came the next day, quote me a better price and told me not to change the wheels on the doors as they are working fine. Very honest, quick service and unlike many garage repair services, Dodds balanced the door/spring promptly so is easy on opener (and myself when opener wouldn't work)

I ordered a garage door and opener from Dodds in Mississauga. The salesman promised me a certain price that was not honoured. Furthermore, someone changed the invoice and added on extra expenses. I was charged labour on top of labour. I was also charged for cables one year after I had the garage door installed (out of nowhere). They were not willing to discuss this, just kept charging credit card. I am not the only one that has had this complaint. I would seek another company,

I send quote to Dodds Garage at early March for my broken garage door with hardwares, they reply to me at same day and came for free estimate after 2 days, they are friendly and so professional for clearly answers everything we asked. We finally order a new garage door to replace my old one, they gave us a very good price and all hardwares it need with no extra charge. Few weeks later, they finally came and help us replace my old garage door, it took few hours, but the handyman done a excellent job. Dodds Garage is done so great and more professional than other I found before. Pictures below show what my garage door look like before and after.

Amazing experience! These guys had by far the best sales and customer service experience. They were the only ones to follow up on the quote they gave us (and their pricing is the same for everyone - right on the site), and they followed up after the install. We got quotes from three other reputable local companies, both large and small (including Costco). They explained why their product is the best. Only company to offer a Lifetime Warranty on everything! After the install, not only are the doors even better than we expected, but they were installed quickly and without any fuss or issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have never posted any type of review before, however, I moved into a new home recently and had nothing but issues with service providers and repairmen who were either apathetic, unknowledgeable or negligent. I was more than satistfied with Monte who attended to fix the cable on one of my garage doors. Admittedly, I am a perfectionist and have high expectations especially when I am paying for services. Monte was extremely knowledgable, courteous and answered all of my questions (and a I had many) and resolved not only the issue I called for in the first place, but resolved a programming issue which HomeLink (i.e. a car remote company) could not resolve for the past few months. He even went the extra mile to program my keypad to both doors...something I was not even aware was possible. Based on this one experience, I would absolutely recommend Garage Door Depot to friends, family and colleagues. David

From the first time I met with Dee to discuss my garage door options, all the way through to installation of Doors and cladding, I felt that Garage door Depot was fair and professional. Dee didn't try to upsell me, but instead recommended the best solution for my needs, (including the recommendation not to replace one of my old openers since it was in good shape) When the installer Mohammed arrived (within the timeframe promised) he explained to me exactly what he was going to do. He completed job within a few hours and even took away the old doors and hardware. The cladding installer (Mike) arrived a few days later and did an absolutely beautiful job installing the cladding.
