This clinic is so beautiful! The staff are friendly, helpful and always professional. The services are top notch and they keep me coming back. I have tried many treatments and the results have been outstanding every time. The key is the free consultation. The consultants are highly knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all of your questions. They are very keen on making sure you are a viable candidate before anything is done so as to not waste your money!!! And they always make sure I am waiting enough time in between treatments. I had to write a review about this place- I am usually not one who likes to review a place unless I receive service or treatment way beyond my expectations. Skin Vitality has been amazing. I have come for Botox and Dermal filler on a few occasions now and I love the staff. They always make me feel amazing about myself and my Botox and Filler are always done to how I want them. I feel totally scammed. I feel terrible about myself for letting myself get pressured into a procedure I didn’t want and spending double what I usually, do even with the 10 free units which were NOT free. Either their product is watered down so they sell you more units and you spend more money, or they inject you with way more than you need. I had this procedure done for at least 10 years at another place by a licensed physician, and never needed the amount of units for my eyes are as I did here Just the fact that you are dealing with 5 different people from start to finish is disorienting and feels like an assembly line. I just wanted to get out of there. A clinic like this should make a woman feel good not go home and cry her eyes out for being stupid and feel conned. Serves me right for falling for the FREE units scam!! Lesson learned.

I've always wanted to try a Turkish bath. From what my Turkish friends tell me, this bath is a luxurious treat. As a first timer to the spa and experiencing the bath, I must say I enjoyed my experience. The attendants were very helpful and accommodating. The steam room was really hot, but I actually appreciated that. The Turkish bath was indeed soothing and it was definitely an indulgent fun experience. The snacks, baklava, and tea afterward were an extra added touch that I liked.

I had a great visit at the Hammam Spa. Toby my RMT was amazing. He had great hospitality and I had one of my best massages with him. He gave the exact pressure I wanted and I was super relaxed after my visit. Lesley at the front desk was amazing too. One of the best massages that I've had in Toronto. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Also really enjoyed the snacks. Though they are limited to tea, apples and roasted almonds, it provided a nice snack between steams. I came here when I started to get a tickle in my throat and the steam room offered much needed relief. Would definitely return (though leave your car at home. Parking is a pain down this way)

Overall ambience was good. Massages were good but not the best ever had. Disconnect between the hostess and therapists. The therapists didn’t know where to find us although we were told they would look in either the lounge or steam room. A shower was then also required after the steam which took time away from the massage which of course we would have steamed after or got out in advance of the massage to be ready.

Moreover, the treatments are well worth their value, and in-fact, it was more than what I was expecting for their moderate prices. The steam room opens your pores and refreshes them as there is essential oil mixed in with the water.....Overall a wonderful experience

I wouldn't say I'm a regular customer but I do visit Hammam at least 5-6 times a year for a 60-minute massage. I booked an appointment for 4pm and my RMT was 10 minutes late, which was fine because I thought he would make up for the time. Right at 5:01pm (FYI - I kept track of the time because I carried my cellphone in my robe), he stopped and told me that our session was finished. I didn't want to make a scene when I checked out, paid the $180 and I was even nice enough to give him tips BUT I want to let you guys know that you won't see me at your spa so often anymore. It's not about the money, it's more about the principal and I left leaving being really disappointed at last evening's appointment.

I strongly encourage other victims of this place to come forward. Misleading information and empty promises. Maybe their other locations are different, but this one fed me pretty promises one after another. All smiles and no delivery. One disappointment after another. If this is a location specific issue, someone from the head office, please contact me. The sales, nurse, and their consultants provided me with inconsistent information. Nurse couldn't find my vein and stabbed me a few times till I bruised badly at night. I asked a couple questions on the procedure because the info they gave me were confusing and inconsistent. it was a big investment and involved risks. as a consumer, that's my basic rights. I was hurried out after a short conversation, saying their day was packed and they had no time for me. I set aside a full day of my weekend, drove from pretty far to them, and I was polite, friendly and courteous. they treated me like I am some nuisance. I even paid in full before the appointment, and the treatment didn't even happen because of their botched blood draw. Someone called me afterwards, fed me a lot of nice words, and after learning I would not have the confidence in them to walk through that door again, she offered me a refund, stating it would only take "a couple days". It's been a couple weeks. In fact, almost a month after my bad experience with them. Nothing. They avoided my phonecalls. Never returned my voice mail, never replied back to my email. If someone can offer some legal advice, please let me know. Thank you.

The nurse irene was very knowledgeable and ensured me it is very common for men to have this type of procedure done. I barely felt the needle during the whole thing. She had a very soft touch. Disgusting and deplorable conditions. This place is not only dark and dingy but it refuses to take care of guests and employees. I received service that was not bad but as I left I was covered in bites. They are infested with something and I will be telling friends that are other long time clients. Nasty.

Been here once...Haven't been back since and don't plan on it. First they say they have a front entrance I've never seen it as I used the back entrance which basically was a exterior door once you open it there is another door and a bell you have to ring for them to come and let you in.I felt like I was delivering produce to a grocery store haha. The one girl I had could barely speak good english and she kept wanting more money out of me to which I declined.The showers were very faint warm water...it was more cold then warm.Not the best place to visit.

I went to Oggi Spa with my girlfriend for a spa day before christmas. We teated ourself to the Oggi Refresh Experience! The facial was amazing and very relaxing,I really felt and noticed the difference after the treatment and my skin has never looked better, the pedicure was the best I ever had and my manicure still looks fresh and its been well over a week! This was my first visit to Tonyc Salon. I chose it based on the google reviews and convenient location in downtown Toronto. I was booked with Natasha for haircut and blow dry. I wanted a short bob as I had shortish hair with two distinct layers that looked like an 80s mullet. Natasha advised me to go with tapered asymmetrical kind of bob as I have a somewhat full roundish to oval type of face and a tapered cut would be more flattering to my face type. The end result was stunning! It was clear as Natasha was cutting my hair that she knew exactly what she was doing and how to give me a haircut that best suited my face. This really was the very best haircut I had in years!! Thanks Natasha, you’re the best and you made my day 😊.

Needed to get a haircut, so called and got the appointment for the same day, the receptionist was really accommodating. Got the cut from Rina, thought she is a level 1 stylist, she listened and understood the kind of haircut I wanted. Spent a good amount of time styling my hair. Usually hairstylist of other salons don't do a good job at styling, Rina really seemed to do her job seriously. Love my new haircut.

never returning. I went in for a trim - chin length. she cut it alt least 2 inches shorter (to my ear). the cut she gave me was a very blunt but (not what I had before asking to be but in a similar fashion). the cut in no way works with my curly/wavy hair and cannot be fixed. DO NOT GET A MANICURE HERE.... I gave the lady a shot. I corrected everything I noticed at the store but she kept blaming fluff in the bottle except that she actually never asked me to wash my hands so it was completely her fault. I get my nails done very often and this was the WORST manicure I have ever received in my life. All my coworkers that i showed said it was horrible and due to the thickness of the polish and the fact that the polish was going over my cuticles, they peeled the very next day. Receptionists are kind of dismissive and I can assure you I will never step foot in that salon again. FIRE HER she does not know what she is doing.

I booked my first appointment at Tonyc with Aintoinette, based on all the positive reviews of her on Google, and I was very happy I did. She corrected my colour exactly to my natural shade, and she did exactly what I wanted for my cut. I have fine hair and it requires very specific techniques to cut it well. She took all my suggestions and was great with communicating what she was going to do. I had very little anxiety about my visit with her. Would definitely recommend.

I had many issues with my initial procedure, but thanks to the wonderful care and professionalism I received from Angel, it restored my faith in this company. Angel's work is truly exceptional. She made me feel at home and in good hands. She is truly a gem! Head office should be following up more diligently with problems encountered by patients and in a timely manner. I have visited skin vitality on four separate occasions for lip fillers. The first two, I saw Louise, the NP. Lovely woman and knowledgeable. My third visit I had an RPN inject my lips. Upon healing, the injections were too high and above my natural lip line and I had a visible indentation and notable line near my Cupid’s bow. Skin vitality assessed the damage and initially said that nothing could be done unless I paid for another syringe. If I had not persisted, my emails would have continued to be ignored and phone calls not answered. My lips were fixed. Albeit in an unfriendly environment for some reason. As a practicing RN and service recipient, I would recommend the following before choosing this provider (and others) for any service. 1. Ensure you understand that if you are not happy with a result, for example with my lips, that YOU will have to pay to have them fixed at Skin Vitality despite how often of a customer you are, have been, or would have been. 2. Ask about experience/portfolio/references for the injector. There are many of them with inconsistent quality in service provision, and you want to be sure you will be happy with who you have to prevent being unhappy with your results. 3. Meet and consult with a few providers prior to selecting a company. Just because they are at the top of an advertisement or a large corporation, doesn’t always make them better. Remember that this is my individual experience. Good luck in finding your right provider!

Nothing but great things can be said about this salon. My girlfriend and I had hair emergencies the day prior to leaving on vacation down south and sadly we both received horrible haircuts from a so called hair stylist operating out of her house.. I called up valvano salon early morning explaining what had happened to us and the staff usually operates only by appointments, took us immediately after opening in the morning and fixed both our horrible cuts. Saving us and our photos for our vacation... What an amazing knowledgeable staff in their field of work... You truly do get what you pay for... Definitely worth the costs... and will be coming back again and never going the cheap route... Thanks again valvano staff

I'm always impressed with how well they listen to what you want and how perfect our cuts always are. They're friendly and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I'm particularly appreciative of how patient they are with our 2 year old (who has wild hair and needs it cut often!). Meaghan, the salon coordinator, is literally the sweetest, she makes sure to find the perfect appointment times for us, and is super understanding if we need to change them last minute. I can't recommend this team enough!

I LOVE Scizzions! Geri is the first hairdresser that has known what to do with my hair. I have baby fine and very thin hair which puts off most hairdressers...they just put their hands up in the air and shrug. Not Geri. In fact she sees it as a challenge and has worked with me over the years to strengthen and revitalize my hair. When I first started to go to the salon instinct told Geri that I wasn't happy with my colour...it was a little red and all I could see was copper. She waited a couple of days and had Meghan call me to see how I felt once I had slept on it a few days, and I fessed up I didn't like it. Geri brought me right in, we re-did the colour and conditioned it, no charge. I would have lived with it for the six weeks until my next appointment, and maybe not even have shown up for that next appointment. What Geri did there was solidify our relationship permanently and I've trusted her ever since. It's been five years. I won't go to anyone else. I've been going long enough that I feel like family and I think that's one of the things I like the best, all Geri's staff are long term, they all seem to have a good friendly relationship and it spills over to the clients. I can't recommend it any higher!

While the treatment was OK for a couples massage (no deep tissue, or working on issues - just relaxation), the aftermath of trying to claim it was horrible. Only after I paid more than $300 (for 2) for the massage, was notified that it wasn't done by an RMT. I only booked this for the benefit of being able to claim it. Before I booked, I was told massages were done by RMT's. I guess I should have read the pamphlet instead of listening to the booking person. As they state in the pamphlet "it clearly outlines in our brochure which massages are done by RMT's". Stilly me, thought the booking agent would know the details when I asked! The spa has offered me 25% off my next treatment. No thanks - won't be returning.

I am not impressed with my experience today. I booked an appointment over a month ago for a wash, cut, and style. One of the stylists called in sick so they were short staffed. This was the first time I had been to the salon for a hair appointment. The stylist I had was rushed, which I understand based on another stylist being unable to come in. However, this stylist barely trimmed my hair, rushed through a blow dry and straighten and then "cleaned up" my layers. I have very thick,curly hair so a normal hair appointment normally takes 90 minutes. This appointment was roughly 30 minutes. My hair was frizzy when I left and the top layers were wavy, not straight, even after the stylist using a straightener. I noticed when I got home that my hair is completely uneven. I've never had to wash and style my own hair after getting it done at a salon, but I had to today. I received the spa package as a gift, but I definitely will not be returning for any type of hair service. I would have said something when leaving, but I had my three year old daughter with me. I have had my nails done before and was very satisfied with the service. Today was just unfortunate.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced 6 months ago. Based on reviews this looked like a great place to get my infant's ears pierced. When I asked them if the earrings they were using were safe for the babies, they told me that it was completely safe and baby will not be able to take them out. But yesterday I found my 10 month old daughter had taken one of her earrings out and she was trying to put it in her mouth. I was horrified and took off her other earring too. It was really scary for me to find my daughter trying to put the sharp earring in her mouth. I had never taken them out in these 6 months and I checked it daily during her bath-time to see if they were loose. I do not think these earrings are safe for babies and they should not falsely advertise themselves as specializing in infant and child ear piercing. I would strongly advise parents against going to this place to get their baby's ears pierced.

This is my second time coming, the first time was alright. Friendly staff etc. The second time my nails were done by this other tech, the shape and size of each nail is completely different. Tech cut it way shorter that I had asked and put so much nail polish that my thumbs look like they’re swollen. They were using that machine to cut my nails which I asked please not to because I could see it was way shorter than I wanted.... but tech kept using it :( It really depends which tech you get, they are really nice and friendly but I’m just so disappointed on how my nails look this time.
