At the age of 54 I decided to go see Dr. Pasquale about Invisalign braces. It was the best thing I have ever done!! He is very informative and really takes the time to explain your case. Dr. Pasquale's Team are AWESOME ladies and they take the time to get to know you. I would highly recommend Dr. Pasquale for any Orthodontic work!!!

Great staff. Went into to get a custom mouth guard for boxing, and I was very pleased with how I was taken care of. Went in for my appointment, right into the room waiting with all of the equipment, fitted, and out the door inside of 15 minutes. A few days later, a mouth piece that fit perfect. Very clean place. Has some good options to keep kids busy as well.

Absolutely the best place to go to have orthodontic treatment. The staff is incredible, kind, always pleasant and make you feel as though you are part of their team. The office is clean and well maintained. I don’t particularly enjoy some of the members of the front desk staff, as I feel like every time I’m there, there’s a select few who are always gossiping about patients - which is rather unprofessional. Twice they were so busy gossiping, they forgot to enter my arrival in the system and I sat there for over half an hour. That said, Rachael (the hygienist) noticed me sitting there both times and brought it to their attention. If you’re lucky enough to get Rachael once you’re past the doors, your visit is sure to be a pleasant one. She is definitely the highlight of my trips there! She’s kind, personable and knows her stuff. Watching her interact with patients (especially children) is a pleasure. It’s rare to see genuine kindness like that in the workplace these days! Thanks, Rachael!

My youngest son finished his treatment today and it is a little bitter sweet! We will miss Dr. Pershad, but happy both boys have beautiful smiles because of his expertise! We were a little apprehensive at first and were not pushed into anything we didn't feel necessary which was so appreciated. Every one of the girls in the office and the hygenist's in the back took wonderful care of the boys. This is such an efficient office as well, we never had to wait long for an appointment and were in and out to not miss much school much to my boys chagrin! Thanks so much for the wonderful care!

I have been extremely happy with Dr Pershad. My teeth were an exceptional case and required a huge amount of movement to get them lined up. I'm very pleased with the end result. The staff are very friendly and will take the time to answer questions when asked. Appointments are prompt. I typically only waited a couple minutes before being called in. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dr. Pershad and his team to anyone needing orthodontic work. Everyone there is helpful, understanding, and highly skilled. Coming from another orthodontist's office with a bad experience, I was referred to Dr. Pershad by my dentist. Not only was he reasonable ($1800 less than the other orthodontist was going to charge), he was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend him.

If you have lots of time as a parent to take time off work to bring your kid(s) in then this is the place for you. It is not appropriate to take my kids out of school for ortho work. There should be way more convenience for the customer for the significant money that one is paying (more evenings, maybe even Saturdays). My comments pertain to the Niagara Falls office but when discussing on the phone, it seems the same inconvenience is offered at the St Catharines office.

Dr Delia is the best. Dr Delia and Zammit are both punctual, caring, and takes time to explain procedures and always has time to answer questions and concerns. He and Dr Zammit always returns calls ASAP. Very caring staff and the receptionist are top notch and courteous also. A great team. The only negative is parking at times can be limited and or tricky.
