I had issues with my laptop with the screen being black. Brought it to a big box computer store first and they told me that it was my battery. Knowing a little bit about computers, I knew if couldn't of been the battery, because I was working on my laptop using battery only as my laptop wasn't charging by the outlet. So I went for a second opinion and I went to DF Computer Centre on Louth Street..and viola...fixed. They were amazing and the women who helped me was friendly, easy to talk to and she made me feel very comfortable, she was patient while I asked so many questions. I would recommend bringing your laptop computer issues to them. My laptop was fixed less than two days. Thank you.

Had my iPhone screen fixed here. They told me it was an original Apple screen. The next day it cracked, not from dropping it. The screen wasn't put on properly. Brought it back and they wouldn't repair it. Brought it to miki wireless, they said it was a cheap aftermarket screen and it was a pressure crack. Never again will i go to DF.

This is the same guy who briefly managed wintronics. There is nothing futuristic or techy about this shop. He employs people who lack the knowledge and common sense, who just flat out does not belong behind a tech bench. Attitude reflects leadership and he is running the shop. Go to DF computers on Welland Ave. and ask for Allan coz he is the best in the business.

Horrible customer service. Supplies fake iPhone OEM batteries, went through more than 10 batteries with them that they keep "warrantying" and giving me for free because they all burn out after 3 days. Broke my iPhone home button on my brand new iPhone 7 and wants to play a blame game with me, even tried to say "you left the store, damage is not on us" as soon as I walked back in after charging my phone they gave back to me DEAD. no time for that silly game. went to jump plus, an authorized apple retailer and got fixed up no hassle. I went to the Apple store in Burlington on my way home from work and was told it would be 2 hours before I could even talk to someone so I decided to drive home and go to the Mac Outpost store. My Mac would not turn on and they helped me obtain all my data from the drive (I am a teacher and had all my lesson plans on there). After realizing the issue was the logic board, they helped me figure out a way to fix my computer for little to no cost. I am so grateful for their help and the advice they gave me. They kept in touch with me via phone calls over the next week and got the new parts delivered very quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about the 2 lovely individuals who work here. Prompt care is the worst place you can take your system to. I went there for a virus removal and I lost EVERYTHING! I lost pictures of my late mother and grandmother that can never be replaced! They claimed they backed up my data, but when I got the computer back, they were all gone! They said they could not help me! These people over charged me and had the nerve to force me to pay for their services. Why would ANYONE want to pay YOU to delete my photos!? BUYER BEWARE! RUN AWAY! I should have went to Silvertown Electronics. I called a few other companies around town afterwards and now I wish I would have called around before all of this mess! HORRIBLE!

Thanks to the recent wind storm, my windows got corrupted due to blackouts. brought my PC in the next day and was repaired and windows re-installed the same day and my computer was back home on the same afternoon. Terrible service. I brought my phone to have the screen replaced and what I was handed back was a bunch of parts. The phone was brand new only 6 months old. They broke my phone while trying to replace the screen and claimed it is apples new software.... I took my phone elsewhere to have it looked at and they tried multiple screens with no luck. I've talked to multiple repair places who agree that they should take responsibility for this as it is not common. The manager would do nothing for me. He just made excuses and was not apologetic at all. I understand mistakes happen but I should or received some compensation. Terrible business with a terrible attitude and customer service. I wouldn't take any of my electronics here. I didn't realize that 12 year old boys were the ones carrying out the service, maybe thats the issue?
