Wanted to wait a few months after purchasing a vehicle from here to post a review. Firstly, I want to thank Victor for his customer service and response time. He was truly great to work with. I am enjoying my new ride and have referred several family and friends to check out this place. When I picked up my vehicle they had put all new brakes on, however a few things were missed and that is why this review is 4 out of 5 stars. One month later I had to get an oil change, would have been a quick/cheap fix to do before I picked it up. As well the coolant and other fluids were low.

This review is after 11 months of ownership. First i will say that the customer service was good when I purchased vehicle. However after closer inspection through the 11 months there are things that i noticed. First is the front bumper needed to be fixed, which it was but the quality of the job is well below average. It was a horrible paint job as the paint is peeling already. Secondly the brakes needed to be replaced before pickup and again they were but they cheaped out and probably got the worst brakes that you could purchase. I have had some issues with the vehicle but luckily i purchased the extended warranty. So before purchase make sure they dont cheap out on things that need to be fixed

More than a decade ago I bought a used Jeep from Danny at Gaston's...loved the vehicle and the service. Sadly, about five years ago, it was hit and totalled and because I needed a vehicle quickly and saw what I wanted passing another lot, I impulse bought....big mistake. The quality of vehicle and the service paled very quickly in comparison to Gaston's. This past January, I decided to trade and the only lot I went to was Gaston's. Danny was totally fair on the trade and made sure I had my clean and SAFE Escape within a couple of days. When my water pump went recently, they got it in quickly and even though it was a challenge to replace and took a lot of time (thanks Sean), when I returned to get it they smiled, handed me the keys and said 'you're ready to go'..no charge. And that, my friends, is what great service looks like. Danny cares that you are making an investment not only in a vehicle, but in his reputation. When the time comes again, you will not see me looking anywhere other than Gaston's!

Such a great experience purchasing from these guys. I had my heart set on a Mazda 3 that was only a couple years old with specific model, low Kms, colour and features in mind. After meeting with them to tell them exactly what I wanted it was less than 10 days before they found what I had asked for. They were very knowledgeable about cars and showed me a few things upon delivery. Car had just been washed and cleaned inside, it felt just like a new car. Great service!

They lied to me and ripped me off big time a couple years ago. They eventually offered to take the car back for several hundred dollars less, but only after I threatened to go to the ucdc for mediation. I should have written a review at the time with the details while they were all fresh, but here we are. I thought this was all behind me but I am in the market for a vehicle and I keep seeing listings from Momo cars and it makes me angry every time. If Momo cars was the last remaining car lot I would be buying a bicycle. Edit April 2019 Thanks for taking the time to write that sarcastic and misleading response to my review. I am sure you do remember me well as we spent at least 10 hours back and forth on the phone. I bought the car as is on your word that all it needed was the timing chain put on and a special tool was required which is why your shop wasn't proceeding with the repair. After purchasing the tool and digging into the repair I discovered that there was a hole in the top of the piston and a badly damaged valve train from what I assume was a bad repair job by your shop. When I called you to discuss this you I was met with the same smug and arrogant tone as is displayed in your response. You are not a friend of mine you are a liar and a cheat in my honest opinion. The only point you were going to do anything for me is when I told you I was going to go to the ucdc for mediation. Thanks for the response. Hopefully people read mine as well.

In the last two weeks my wife and I have visited the dealership twice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Lincoln special event. The food, drinks, and entertainment were only surpassed by the sales staff. They are some of the best sales professionals I have ever had the pleasure to meet. And to top things off. The following Tuesday I had my Lincoln in for a recall related repair. The lounges are clean and comfortable, the newspapers fresh off the press, and great coffee. The service reps are courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond making sure that your needs are met. The shuttle drivers, yes drivers, more than one, are constantly making sure that no one is waiting for a ride. I'm pleasantly surprised by the sales and service departments. Great job!!! P.S. Whoever's doing the hiring made a great team.

Not only do they welcome me every time I step foot in the dealership, but they always go above and beyond what I’m there for. I needed a simple oil change and I got my truck back with the upholstery cleaned and vacuumed. I am not happy with the service dept handling of issues with my car. I had a seat belt problem for the spot in my car I place my child. I brought it in for service left my car for many hours. When I picked it up I was told the seat belt works. When I tried to belt my child in it did not. I was told a part then was needed to be ordered. I waited weeks then I called to see if it was in. It was but no one called to set up an appointment. The earliest appointment I could get was still. Week and half away. So that day I requested a shuttle to take me to work, I was told they could not guarantee me getting there on time. Not cool since the last time I needed a shuttle I waited a half hour missed an appointment and walked home. No one acknowledged that they never provided me a ride when I picked up my vehicle later. Ford had my car for the seatbelt repair from 7:30 am until 5:50pm. I called at 4:35pm and was told my ticket was still open and that I could talk to the service person involved only to be transferred to voice mail. I was still left at work and had to pick my child up from daycare downtown not walking distance for 5:30. I got a ride by a colleague to daycare picked my child up and walked a half hour home in the pouring rain. No one from Ford cared how I was managing without a car. Then when I was called I was a home cooking dinner still raining and Ford wants to know if I can come and get my car. I was not walking over no one offered a shuttle at this point so they drive it back thankfully. When I looked at my receipt there is no indication a new part was installed they unlatched the belt buckle with picks only. I have been inconvenienced by not having three operating belts in the back seat for over a month and had two service calls where they have my vehicle for extended periods of time only to have the problem solved very quickly and simply. This should have been taken care of a month ago without the aggravation. Now I am having a problem with my audio system. Another problem that has already had multiple service calls and part replacement.

Alison took the time to not only inform me of the car, but took the time to speak to me like a friend.She went above and beyond by letting me use a free loaner car while they were preparing my new( used) Cadillac- since my old car had a mechanical issue leaving me carless. This was the second time i have tried to deal with checkpoint chrysler and was snubbed again, The first time they lost a sale of THREE CARS (one for myself, one for my wife and one for my son who already said he will never be back at checkpoint again) Today May 2/17 i gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back again. MISTAKE. I was given somewhat high prices and said they where lower in Toronto. The young inexperienced salesperson just said THERE IS THE QEW AND GOOD LUCK never even wanting to work with me ( I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHECKPOINT CHRYSLER AGAIN)

First off, I have been to other Mercedes-Benz dealerships and by far this one was the best. Greeted with a smile, car was pulled out before we got there, Alex came into the car for the ride to really show us all the features that I wouldn't have known without him insisting to come on the drive. He was patient, calm and not pushy as usual sales associates are (which is what my last problem was at another location). He worked with us on getting the best deal. He brought down the manager for us to meet during the process. A reliable car dealership with a small and quickly rotating fleet of used cars. They quote fairly for services as well, and are very easy to deal with. It's tough to point this out, but sometimes as a female driver you can get charged more for work done than a man would be. However, both partners [Steve and Brent] actually quoted my husband and myself the same price, although we came separately [first my husband, then myself] and both had no idea the other had seen the same car. We weren't testing them, it just turned out that way, and I'm happy to vouch that if you're looking to get body work done on your vehicle for a fair price, you should take it to them. They're also a family-run business and it's a lot more pleasant to deal with these folks, and supporting the local economy at the same time.

Great Experience with the staff and management of CMH Auto SUPERSTORE. I have looked at their web-site on and off over the past several years but it wasn’t until recently I found the exact truck that I was looking for at a price that I could afford. We purchased a vehicle from here on March 02 2019 Lincoln MKX we were given the greatest service there and well taken care of. The organization on the lot was great to compare the same model across years/trims, and let me see models I hadn't even considered. Special thanks to Sam for his patience and suggestions. I couldn't find what I was looking for from a drivers feel, and he suggested a couple different cars. I test drove the ATS 3.6L, and really liked everything about it. Sam suggested to me that I test the 2.0T because of my commute, and said the power would feel surprisingly similar, and would cost $3k less. He was right! I am beyond impressed. He had the easy chance to upsell me, and actually got me into something that I would be happier with long term. To say the least, I will be coming back to CMH. He was great, answered all of our questions, and made sure the car was in great shape when I came to pick it up a few days later (they had just acquired it the day we came in looking). Chuck in the financing department made things easy to understand, walked us through the entire financing process, and gave us advice about general car maintenance as well. Just very friendly service from start to finish. There were a few minor deficiencies with the vehicle that I noticed in the first week of driving (cosmetic), but I brought it back in and everything was touched up on the spot without any hassle, and with a smile! I recently purchased a 2010 ford escape from Matt at Skyway. The entire process felt like minutes. All of the staff were very helpful and understanding. When my vehicle was ready to take home Matt went through the whole SUV with me so I would understand how all of the electronics work. Including helping me link my phone to the hands free and music upload. My vehicle left the lot that day in great condition. Not one spot on the carpet and a full tank of gas. After 24 hours of having my escape the trunk latch would not work. I messaged Matt to let him know what was happening. I received an immediate response to bring my escape back in. Naturally I assumed that I would be paying for a part as I had no extended warranty and the trunk did leave the lot in working condition. I arrived at 10:30 am the next day and by 12pm my escape was fixed. Matt put on a kids movie for my son and offered us drinks while we waited. When the whole process was finished I was told that there was no charge and that he sticks by his word. I could have cried. I will be recommending SkyWay fine cars to anyone I care about because I know they will be taken care of like family there. Thank you for the amazing experience!

I left my info for the salesman to contact me and reiterated how I was seriously looking and ready to buy. No call back last night or this morning. I used the suggested online text # and tried to follow up this afternoon. Again, no return contact. No eagerness to sell a car is rare to find at a car lot. I just returned from Upper James Toyota after purchasing the same car. The service at UJT was amazing. I would have bought from Skyway to support a local company, but they didn't seem interested in selling the car. The car was nice, the service and experience was rock bottom.

Great Cars, Fair Price, Honest People!! In today's economy, if you don't have the money to purchase brand new, Skyway is the place to go. They are honest and offer their vehicles for a fair price. They focus on placing the customer in the car of there choice and make sure it is a sound vehicle before leaving the lot. I would highly recommend Skyway to anyone.

Honest Truth

My car was eight years old and for the past 18 months, every time I went for an oil change it seemed my car needed something done to it. Finally the electrical was needed work and I decided to look for a loan even though my credit was meh because of my ex. Chuck at Skyway did a great job finding me a car loan at a great interest rate under 10%. I only had to put a few hundred down. I got a great deal on a 2009 Chevy with a pretty impressive warranty for a car being 5 years old and 79000km's. Matt was very open and honest and answered all my questions. He even was upfront that the vehicle I was purchasing had a $2600 claim against it back in 2013. Nothing is ever perfect so I will say the other review below does have truth to it. After a car wash, I did notice scratches appeared on the rear bumper. I also noticed some touch up paint was used that does not fully match the car on the rear and passenger side. The maintenance history of the car was not available to me. So we will see ... Overall not a terrible choice so far. Skyway is a place that works with everyone, whatever their financial situation...like in my case where an ex ruined my credit rating. Hopefully this car once paid off strengthens my credit and my next vehicle can be from a 'higher end' dealer if you know what I mean.

I had a great experience at the St Catharines Mazda dealership. This is not my first car, but it is my first experience at this dealership and I had a great time! As much as buying a new or used car can be stressful, my sales consultant, Chase Bell was amazing. He was very welcoming, full of information and did not pressure me at all. I was very surprised at how much time and patience he had to make me feel comfortable and aware of the whole process. He was the only one, out of all the other brand dealerships I went to before hand (I regret not coming to Mazda first), none of them actually had a salesperson that cares as much as Chase and was not just trying to get the sale! This Mazda dealership was a HUGE difference! Chase introduced himself right away, and within 5 minutes I was introduced to the used and new car managers. Very family like in this place! I would like to thank Chase for his patience and well done on the sale. I will be returning to this location for sure for my next car along with many referrals, because of the people I got to deal with. Kudos as well to the used car manager Jeff, along with Raymond the new cars manager, and Alecia, the financial services manager. Great team, great dealership, great time! I went for 96k km service today and was offered a shuttle as of 3.5 hr wait. When I got back to pick up my car; they only did oil change and summer tires rotation. Excuse was that car brakes, pads and rotors needs replacement. She didn't even call me to let me know about the change or replacement. I asked why didn't you call me and answer "there was no time". Technician didn't even bother to check correct PSI for tires. " Should I trust tech's recommendations? " highly unprofessional experience today. Complementary car wash is a joke as most time you will hear that if i have time will do it..
