Had them in to look at my tank. Was told the wall was crumbling and need a new tank for $5000. Had 2 other companies out and both claimed the tank was old but fine. Makes me wonder how many other have had this issue?

Very disrespectful! He got in my mothers face and started yelling. He showed up to the house i rent and would not tell me who he was! He told me to get a job and buy my own house, and start paying property taxes! I had to call the police on him!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Appointment was scheduled at 9:30. No one showed up. Called them few times, every time I was promised another 30 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting I had to cancel the order. Total disrespect, stay away!

A fellow teaching colleague recommended Drain City to me. I needed to waterproof the foundation of my home. They sent out a specialist team to determine the best solution for my needs. My options were explained in great detail, as well as the pros and cons. I was surprised there were options and went with recommendation. It turned out to be not as extensive a job I had initially expected. Everyone was professional, courteous and qualified. Only a section of my weepings tiles needed replacement and they regraded the land in that area as well as made suggestions for where my eaves should be draining to aid in preventing future problems. A major crack was also repaired and they sealed the problem area. My place was left in tip-top shape. They get my full recommendation.

Poor customer service. I called Drain city and made an appointment, No one showed up and they stopped answering the phone. Companies that show this type of work ethic should not be in business. A simple phone call saying they couldn't do the job would've been satisfactory.

I had issues with etransfers from our bank where they received more than one payment by mistake and I received a phone call and emails advising me of this costly mistake.
