I am just as happy with the carpet cleaning Prestige did for me as I was with their duct cleaning service. Rizaldo cleaned my carpets and I was blown away by the difference! I thought the carpets in my new home were beige-ish but they are actually a light green..who knew! He was able to restore my carpets to be comfortable to live with until they are ripped out once other renovations are completed. Really saved me some money and it was greatly appreciated. I love to see that all the technicians arrive in clean trucks wearing clean, professional uniforms. The service technician Shawn showed up on time and was extremely professional and took care while clearing the rooms and cleaning the carpets. Unlike many of the reviews here, Core Cleaning has actually CLEANED for me. They cleaned my house on many occasions, including once when I was preparing to sell. Absolutely stellar work. The carpets were spotless and the floors shined. They have done such great work consistently that I have hired them to come into my commercial office space and will do so again and again. I have always found the staff to be completely professional and while they are working, they do not stop for a moment. Please ignore the obvious liars who are leaving reviews here and hire this exceptional company. I have referred them many times to realtors trying to prepare homes to sell and have only heard compliments for their work.

I am stunned, shocked and angry that anyone would troll a company's Google review page making false claims not realizing there are legal repercussions for this. The team at Core has cleaned for me since June of 2014. I have *never* had an issue with them but I am confident if I found a crumb on the floor after a clean this would be addressed ASAP and handled accordingly next time. The one thing that always presents well time after time is my kitchen. I have all stainless steel appliances and an oven that I hate to clean. After all housekeeping appointments my kitchen looks like a showroom every single time. There is also great care to address cat hair even though I have never requested this - even the cat tree gets a vacuuming! Those who don't think their hourly rate is worth it probably don't have previous experiences with services to compare to. I've been using a service since 2005 and housecleaning is definitely a "get what you pay for" kind of reality. If you want a home and client relationship that is consistent and clean, you'll get that with this company.
