Absolutely amazing work. I needed a door on my GMC terrain completely replaced. You would never be able to tell it wasn't the original door. Paint blending is flawless. They also detailed and cleaned my entire vehicle. It looks brand new. Everyone there is unbelievably kind and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anybody and will go back there in a second, if something ever happens to any of my vehicles in the future. If If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Practically replaced the entire side of our van, our van had lost both mirrors and the doors were practically covered in dents and scrapes. The van looked shiny and new when we got it back, they had completley fixed the doors, and you couldn't tell the diffrence in the paint. Not only was our van fixed, but it seemed they had also waxed the van, and cleaned the inside of the van, making it feel almost brand new. They worked with our incurance company very well, and we had to do very little work in the process. The only issue we experienced was a small mark on one of the mirrors they had replaced, however they agreed to fix it, despite it being small and only cosmetic. Great service, and a great job, I would definitely return.

Top marks to the Lakeridge team for restoring my Prius after it was damaged in a hit-and-run. Working with Whitby Toyota, they kept the body work costs down by restoring vs replacing the door panels and by salvaging a mirror vs installing a new one. I took both cars in for body repair in 2017 (My wife backed into my car). Did an ok job on my Toyota (which was brand new) but did a horrible job on my Mercedes. I can see where the body work was done in the sunlight and the paint job (black) was awful; it looks like flat paint and does not match the other paint on my car. I would not recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle into this body shop for a hit and run parking lot accident on the rear door of the driver’s side. Paul and his team fixed my vehicle’s door by replacing it with a ‘new’ door (not a used door from the auto scrap yard) and matched up the colour perfectly. Paul also replaced the chrome strips around the door with new chrome. Paul went beyond his duty by touching up a stone chip on the hood and washing my vehicle before returning it to me. It was an easy buying experience. Had a disappointing drive home as the check engine light came on shortly after leaving dealership. They are being helpful in trying to get the issue rectified however . Car was missing carpeted floor mats that were advertised but not sure what or anything they are doing about that. My engine light came on 4 days ago. I was working shift so couldn't get my truck in until Thursday. Of course when I was driving it over to the dealership the engine light had gone off. But they are able to see the history of the code. It was to do with low voltage to the ignition system. They had run into this before, a wire between the body and frame had corroded due to friction. Thankfully I had bought the extended warranty, it was all covered. While there I had some fluids flushed. The mechanic recommended I don't drive the truck until they fix the electrical problem, took them a bit longer than expected but it was all fixed. I've always had great service at Ontario Motor Sales.

My 2016 F150 purchased from Fraser Ford which is why I brought it here after an accident. Long story short the used large rivets to refasten the new bed panel. Rivets were not flush and all sitting on an angle. They spray painted my wheel wells to hide left damaged nstead of replacing the wheel well. Everyone I speak to just points fingers and try convincing you that's the best they can do for the repairs and what they do to every F150 they repair. My truck is at another shop to fixed properly. Never will I purchase another vehicle or deal with them after the way they handle my vehicle in there body shop also the excuses from the shop Manager and operation Manager. I will add to this review when the other shop has finished repairing my truck properly.

Had my truck there few years ago when first open had pretty good experience staff was great but truck was late getting finished and it’s all rusted out now 4 years later.So give them second chance staff were great van was late being done went to pick up the front bumper wasn’t touched still had all the scratches the shifter “inside” had been broken WOW....

overall had a good experience with carstar John was awesome and personally looked after my car, he fixed any issues I noticed after receiving the car, (the hood had to be adjusted and a plastic peice had the rubber messed up on it) They only fix what might had been broken from the crash, so don’t expect a new windshield if it’s cracked from a stone chip prier the crash. It was an insurance claim, $800 of other :/ on my bill But most shops would probably do the same because it’s an insurance claim They warranty their work for life So if the paint comes off over time they will repaint it for free Like i said overall i had a good experience They only had the car for a day later than expected

Van was sent there via TD insurance when it was ready I went to go pick it up and right away noticed missing screws, light on dash for low air pressure on after thet replaced a tire, fender was not aligned correctly. Set up another rental and dropped it of for the second time. Went back to get after they told me it was ready on arrival manager took me to the car to show me everything was done correctly now. We found the paint on the bumper had started to peel off. Now I have to take it back there a 3rd time to have this looked after.... horrible horrible attention to detail and no regard for people's time... definitely do not recommend this place...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, disrespectful of customer's time, manager does not take ownership of mistakes - body work was done to my car and it was filthy when it was returned to me. They offered me a complete detailing, once my car was cleaned, I identified over spray on trim, scratches, poor cleaning and my trunk hadn't been vacuumed out. The third time I went back to pick up my car, the trunk STILL had not been vacuumed out...I cannot believe after screwing up twice, management didn't bother to double check that the detailing was perfect. I wasted so much time going back and forth trying to pick up my car and every time made to feel like I was being an overly picky, pain in the a** customer. Seriously do not take your business to this location, you will regret it!

Went here after I had a fender bender. The employees were very courteous. Don Butt Auto Body quickly relayed the severity of the accident to my insurance company. When I went to pick up some items from the car one of the mechanics came out with me and gave me an idea of the severity of the damage, despite no one in my car getting injured. They are approved for insurance claims so if you live in the North part of Durham region, chances are your insurance company might use them.

Showed up there waited 15 minutes while the receptionist spoke on the phone... only to tell me that I needed an appointment for an estimate for a small fender repair. What a joke. Is this the way to run a business? I went to three other shops and got an immediate estimate no questions asked. I will never go to Fix Auto for anything.

Grrat repair wirk on my vehicle after an accident. Friendly staff and Don Sparks went above and beyond his job. I found out after returning that he hadnoticed a screw in my winter tire when i was changing to my summer tires and he just had the guys plug it without cost or even telling me. Very positive experience.

Terrible customer service! Went for a quote for my car that was damaged in an accident. These people were on the Recommended list from my ins co. They would not give me a quote until my ins co gave them some kind of form?. Ok...I said "forget the ins co can you still quote please? " I was told no they don't do that!!?? Pardon??? All I need is the repair cost? And the lady seemed amused I was not Happy??? Sounded like some kind of Insurance scam, if you ask me. Will not recommend and will be reporting this to my company. Very unprofessional.. !!! :-/

Best auto service for bodywork for your car!! My uncle is a mechanic and I know that time/labor is important to them and obviously, when they do work they charge you for their service. Candor (I butchered his name and spelling, sorry) was able to squeeze me in to get some screws for my front bottom bumper because it was literally hanging by a thread while I was driving. Paul did an AMAZING job with putting my front bumper back together which he didn’t have to because the issue was on the bottom . Thank you so much for your kindness and I will definitely be paying it forward by spreading your business to friends and family and coming back as a customer. Made my day, thanks again fellas!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP - ANT Auto is not in any means a mechanical shop however I Took my car to 2 different dealers for a mechanical problem and they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Shanghar had my car for a few days, and did not stop until he had figured out the issue. I can't thank him and his technicians enough!

Brought in a completely damaged bumper with scratches and peeling paint (black) to get repainted to the colour of my car (white). Originally I wanted it in 2 days, but they wanted to take their time and asked that I pick it up in 4. They took their time with the painting, made sure it was the right colour, and everything was proper. Day of, I took my car in to get it put on, and the job was done fast. The price of the paint and install was very reasonable considering the condition this bumper was in. These guys are very professional and friendly, I'll definitely be coming back here.

i was t-boned by a cement truck awhile back, brought my truck in, was quoted almost $3000 (covered by insurance) and when I went to pick it up I was blown away at how it looked like i was never in an accident. crazy work and interior was detailed. it was my passenger side doors, front and rear fenders and my mirror. planning on going here again for some repairs. highly recommend.

I had my jeep sent here on an insurance claim. Im fairly happy with the result I have some minor issues that have to be attended to after the paint has some more time to cure. I would say that this place is a 4.5 star more than a 5. My concern was the lack of communication at times. Sometimes a phone call to let the customer know it will be longer than they had previously guessed would be beneficial. That would be the reason for a lost half star. I would recommend them for service otherwise.

Bunch of criminals working here!! Took my vehicle here once for some extensive body work. It was in the shop for about a week. When I got my vehicle back I noticed that my wheel lock keys were missing from my glove box where I always kept them. I called and asked what they my did with them. The response was that they never touched them because they didn’t need to take any of my wheels off. This was a complete lie. Mid-week I stopped by to check on the progress and they had my vehicle up off the ground with both my back wheels removed. They accused me of losing them myself and wouldn’t replace them. After that I wasn’t able to remove any of my wheels when I had a flat tire. Never bring your vehicle here!! They will go through it and steal what ever they can find!!
