I contacted daytime domestics for a move out clean.. they recommended 3 hours so I agreed. I was told that the cleaner would be around to review the clean and after 3 hours was up.. not only did the cleaner arrive 15 minutes late, my husband showed up at 12:05 and the cleaner was gone. We went to the house to review it and get our remaining belongings- the basement wasn’t cleaned at all, completely neglected and I had to vacuum the stairs and the upstairs. Truly disappointed in this as I wanted a care free move out. Other than that, the house did look great and the woman who set up the appointment was great to work with.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT HIRE - THEFT Over $2000 worth of belongings were stolen from my home and no remedy was given. I filed a police report and spoke with management many times. They advertise that their employees are bonded but unless you have surveillance cameras installed in your home, there is no accountability. Myself and my roommates hired and paid this company to clean our home in preparation to move out. This was communicated to the cleaners themselves when they arrived as we told them we were still living there and not to throw anything out. We then came home to find our house basically unliveable. I can understand mistakes made but expensive select items were missing as well as standard items like our toilet paper, hand soap and bath towels.. Also missing was our expensive hair/face products (the cheap products were found in a garbage bag) blow dryer and hair straightener, wine glasses, alcohol, multiple pairs of shoes (only size 6), home decor, shoe rack and toolbox, to list a few. In addition to the theft, while certain areas of our home were wiped out (bathroom) other parts were not touched. In asking for our money back for both the theft and the unsatisfactory cleaning job, I was told that they “probably ran out of time” even though 4 hours was what was quoted for our home. It is twisted that time was spent stealing our belongings instead of cleaning our home - a request for a refund was also denied. For example: shelves where decor were taken from were still covered in dust; fridges where alcohol was taken had not been cleaned. My landlord had to hire another company to re-clean this house. I am putting this warning out to everyone because I wish I could have been warned. Do not hire this company because they knowingly employ thieves. These women who cleaned our house still work for this business so I advise that you do not trust this company or their employees in your home. Very, very disappointing. I do not doubt many people have had great experiences, as this company was recommended to us, but they cannot be trusted. Additionally, when I told management I would have to warn other people, their response was “We’ve had good business for over 30 years, so I don’t think that’s going to stop people from hiring us” - Please note that this was their attitude towards a young student customer who was although unhappy with their services, simply wanted her belongings returned. This company made me feel helpless after their employees wronged me. We did not expect to hire a professional company and end up out $2000 with no protection. Please learn from our mistake in trusting this company, and our misfortune as a result.

the managers are not nice people. they pick and choose who they like and who they do things for. they are very judgmental. they rip you off for tips and pay cheques. they lie to you, they use you to their full advantage. they are money hungry rude ignorant people. they hire anyone, most of the people they have hired are druggies and thief's. all the employees that have been hired in the last year have been fired or quit. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!! they have good cleaners but the company is not worth working for!!!

Couldn't be any happier with my experience with Sparkles. The office managers are super friendly and accommodated my schedule to have cleaning done every 2 weeks with the same ladies every time. When my teams comes out, they were very professional and polite and left my home literally sparking! They bring all of their own cleaning supplies so we do not have to provide anything. Would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.

So disappointed this morning. I was driving behind 2 of your cars this morning ones a smart car with way to many passengers and then a sedan that has complete rust holes. Their vehicles are not what I'm upset about I am upset that these 2 different sparkles vehicle felt their need to race the ambulance and cut me of numerous times between me and my daughter in the ambulance upfront of them. refusing to pull to the right like highway traffic laws require you to do the smart car then decided it would pullover blocking the entrance to the hospital plain disappointed

The worst cleaning service I have experienced in London, and not to mention one of the most expensive too. They didn't bother cleaning the floors or wiping surfaces. I think they actually left my house messier than it was to begin with. I'm extremely diasappointed and will definitely not be using this company or recommending it.

Just had a few members of the Domestic Diva staff do a deep Spring Clean for me - great experience! I had 3 staffers for 1.5 hours and they asked what my priorities were when they came in (bathroom, kitchen, living room deep clean....rather than a whole house surface clean) and they worked hard the full time. They were very friendly and the house didn't smell like anything when they finished - no chemicals, nothing. It just looked clean. Will definitely book again next time I need a good deep clean!

I had a very positive experience with this cleaning company today. The owner (I believe her name was Rosemary) answered my phone call and was able to accommodate a Saturday cleaning with less than 24 hours notice. She was expedient and courteous in her response. Fern showed up at my home right on time with all of her supplies and did an excellent job. I noticed that she worked very hard and didn't stop to take a break for the 4 hours she was there on a warm August day. I recommend this service to others who are looking for good work for reasonable price.

I was quoted 2 hours to clean my house and so that's what I paid but then was told it was going to take longer and wanted to charge me more money. I come back and the garbage in the kitchen wasn't taken out and areas weren't clean. I was very disappointed and will never use them again.

They used cheap carpet cleaner like that you'd get in the grocery stores, and used laundry soap instead of carpet cleaner. The carpet's still full of soap. Paid the bill, only because I felt sorry for the student who was assigned to do the job. They never returned any calls, after I tried 3 times. People beware!
