I by chance came across the bouquet of Morning melody as I was seeking purple flowers for my favorite teacher. Ladies at Flower's story were so kind and helpful to customize the bouquet for me and those lavender and pink roses are so amazingly beautiful and fresh. I just randomly searched out the shop and felt so happy with my experience at the very first purchase. I have also ordered the next two same bouquets for my other teachers. Fabulous flowers! I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday and it was stunningly beautiful. I could definitely tell that they only use top-notch fresh flowers for their creations seeing how long it actually lasted even without watering them properly. I ordered a simple bridal bouquet from this location for our elopement. While I had a very broad idea of what I wanted, they were helpful with recommendations. I was told at the time that my bouquet should be a minimum of 24 roses or it would look too small (more for a flower girl than bride), so that was what I ordered. It arrived with only 17 roses and while beautiful, it did seem a bit small. A minor detail on an otherwise perfect day.

I have never ordered from Daisy's before but they will be my go to...truly a stand alone flower shop that's obviously takes pride in their gift. 5 days later my bouquet looks just as fresh and lovely!

Recently bought a snake plant and loved it! Thought I would drop in again to purchase a string of pearls I noticed at my first visit. However, I wish I had better inspected the plant before purchasing. I noticed upon unpacking it at home, the stems are rotted or completely dead. I have tried to propagate the two slightly alive stems, but two nodes unfortunately isn't worth the money spent. In a nutshell, thoroughly check houseplants from this store!!

I would definatley recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a bouquet, single stem, flower arrangement, or any other thing that happens to do with flowers. They lasted phenomenalmy long, yet directions were followed to get the most life from the well put together bunch. Staff were pleaseant, store smelled obviously nice, eh ... it is a flower store, store was clean, and everything was well taken care of. My family ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral yesterday. Was very disappointed in the final product. The flowers looked nothing like what was ordered from the online photo. The vase did not match, it was suppose to be rectangular in shape but was a small round one instead. The flowers didn't match and there was also no bow like the photo had. It was a shame to give these as flowers to a family friend. We were embarrassed.

UPDATE: Long story short, my delivery order never arrived for my partner during Valentines. Frustrated, I wrote a review and the owner Mike reached out to my partner and I multiple times, to make amends. He explained Regency Florists uses an independent courier to deliver flowers and the blame falls with the courier. At first I was skeptical about this convenient excuse but I am persuaded by his sincere attempt to correct this mistake (they refunded my order and sent replacement flowers). My partner is pleased with the flowers and overall I feel the delivery fiasco was an unfortunate mistake that was out of Regency Florist's control.

Sisters went to Forest of Flowers and was treated human and much more reasonable. If you want to get ripped off go here. If you want the best deal and best quality go to Forest of Flowers. So very disappointed with Gammage Flowers in Byron they will never see me or my money again and I will refer Forest of Flowers to everyone now. If you cannot be competitive please get out of the business. I will tell everyone of my experience here. I guess from what I am told from others they are starving. I also phoned to complain and they never offered to rectify whatsoever. Just want your money.

We had a great experience working with Mary at Springhill Flowers for our wedding. While our wedding was small we had only 6 weeks to prepare from out of town, so it was a bit stressful. Even though we had to discuss the design over the phone rather than in person with examples, Mary understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. When the arrangement showed up at her girlfriends house, it was made up of a few pink mums, one yellow carnation and quit a bit of greens. It was one of the most unattractive bouquets of flowers I’ve ever seen. The petals are falling off of quite a few of the pink mums. This bouquet looks like a child put it together. In total it must’ve cost three dollars to make. They charged my daughter $53. Now in saying that, there was a balloon involved in the bouquet. So take five dollars off. When I called the store to tell them that we were unhappy the designer of this arrangements who’s named David, was over the top rude. You could tell that he instantly took offence that I might not think the bouquet was attractive or worth the money. Clearly David took advantage of an over the phone order. I’m sure he never thought that the recipient of the bouquet would take a picture and send it back to my daughter. After I listened to David rant for several minutes he agreed that he would refund my daughters money. He did not. He refunded only portion of it. If you’re going to use the Hyde Park location , I suggest you go in and pick your own flowers. As you most likely will get David arranging your bouquet for you and I can guarantee it will come as if a child made it. Better yet, go to Carrie at Remark. She’s amazing at handed tide bouquets. And considerably cheaper than one of David’s bouquets.

I sent some beautiful white roses to my wife's office on the one-month-anniversary of our wedding. The best part was that she was out of the office for a while, and the flowers beat her there. That meant there was plenty of time for her coworkers to see them and seethe with jealousy. And isn't that really the point? That and love, of course. They always help me out here. Buying flowers sucks because well I'm cheap and don't want to spend money on flowers, but when I go in here, all I really have to do is describe to them why and for whom I need the flowers and they help me with the rest. On Thursday, February 7th, I ordered the 'premium' selection of white roses for my parents 55th Wedding Anniversary. Quite a milestone. I have ordered flowers from this florist in the past and there have been some little hiccups on their part, but nothing major. When I contacted them a couple hours later to confirm they received my order (as I did not receive an email confirmation yet) I received nothing but attitude and I felt like I was inconveniencing them/bothering them, by calling. On the 8th, the day of my parents wedding anniversary, I contacted them about the fact that the message on the card (NOTE: I placed the order online including the message to be placed on the card) was somewhat incorrect. Instead of getting an apology, I received some rude 'attitude' and felt like I was inconveniencing the representative by calling with my concern about the mistakes on the card's message. I will NEVER order from this place again. Customer service this time was quite disappointing. When you order something online with certain instructions, you expect that they are followed through perfectly. I wasn't looking for a discount or anything like that. What I got was attitude and annoyance on the part of the representative. If there is a workshop on 'excellent customer service' I suggest that Jody (however her name is spelled), attend this workshop.

I ordered and pre-paid for a flower arrangement for my Christmas table centerpiece over two weeks ahead of time to be picked up Friday Dec 22nd. The owner wrote down my order and assured me that the arrangement would be ready on pick-up day by 1:00 pm. We showed up on pick-up day at around 1:30 pm or 30 minutes after the time I was told that the flowers would be arranged, finished, and ready for pick-up. At that point they had not started making the arrangement and forgot what flowers I had ordered. They promised me that they would call me when the arrangement would be ready and I could make a second trip over to pick it up. After 5 hours of waiting and not receiving a phone call I decided to drive to florist to see what was wrong. The store wasn’t busy, so I was surprised that at this point they had still had not started to do any work on my order. One of the employees was even standing, doing nothing. I was received by the owner in a hostile manner. I then stood there while she started and finished the arrangement. During the process I received one nasty comment after another. When I asked for the lilies to be put at the end of the long arrangement I was told that I could rearrange the flowers at my home whatever way I wanted. I left in tears because of the abuse. This arrangement was to be set on my Christmas table with joy, not sad memories. The lilies that were in the arrangement never came out and just died as buds. A few years ago I used this same flower shop for artificial arrangements and had a decent experience, but my recent Christmas experience was horrible. I gave plenty of notice and pre-paid. I don’t know what more I could have done at my end. Given that this was a single arrangement that they struggled with I doubt that this florist could handle anything as large as a wedding. I think brides would be in tears.

An order for a large (likely expensive) bouquet was made from overseas for my birthday in Nov 2018, here in Byron. It was a surprise, unbeknownst to me. However I was out all day. NO previous call or contact was made to my telephone or message machine. Bouquet was sent out early in the day, and left with my 94 yr old neighbour, respectfully, hard of hearing and living alone. When I arrived home after dark, there was a paper notice on my door citing that the flowers were left at with my neighbour. ( with NO indication of the sending florist), so I tried to contact my neighbour... no answer. She did not hear... after 3 attempts to contact her. (not her fault nor responsibility). She finally called me as she was off to bed and was a bit distressed about these flowers. At 10 PM that night, I finally got the fresh cut flowers after 8 -9 hours of them being out of water. Went to florist the next day, Flowers were not fresh, some dried out. (I had taken pictures). I had only at this time, found out the identity of the sender, whom I contacted with a photo of the flowers. He was irate and told me he would be seeking compensation for "merchandise, delivered damaged". When I reported this to the florist the next morning, he demanded the flowers be returned to him immediately. He came by and picked them up later that day. No effort was made to apologize or to try to "right" this. What an utter fiasco!!! So embarrassing to my friend overseas. And I felt terrible, as well as did my elderly neighbour. Never had such an experience. Could have been avoided if florist had called before to ensure someone could accept. Sloppy delivery policy and extremely poor service.

Absolutely the best experience at this shop. I went in early to get flowers for a dance recital my daughter was doing for school. I was only buying 6 gerbera daisies for the girls but the owner was so friendly and helpful you'd think I was buying everything there. It was spotlessly clean and neat but so welcoming at the same time. The freshness of the flowers.... the fact they are as local as can be, the world talented floral designer who works there and the attitude of the owner will make this my go to flower shop. It's a great spot and I am so glad they are there

I went to this forest of flower location multiple times for different occasions and Jolene never failed to impress me. I walked in her shop startled and anxious for being late to my occasion and she just knew how to take care of me. Extremely friendly and welcoming young lady, truly beautiful inside and out, and gave the best customer service I have ever seen. She loves her job and cause of that she is AMAZING at putting together stunning arrangements. I highly recommend this location, it is worth every penny!!! :)

Jolene was absolutely phenomenal. So friendly, kind and welcoming with amazing customer service. We showed an image of a flower arrangement from online and she made it right on the spot for us with fine attention to detail!
