I was referred to Dr. Lovegrove for a suspected rare ulcer wound after battling with it for 18 months and surprisingly, the wait to see her was only about two and a half to three months, even my GP was impressed with the time frame. (I was more than happy to go to London after a not so pleasant experience with a Dermatologist in Sarnia.) One of her assistants, Alex is dealing my case (it's nice to see the same person each time who is familiar with your situation) with Dr. Lovegrove overseeing all aspects. It was taken very seriously immediately, biopsies and a plan of action with regular injections being needed. Again, I am happy to make the drive as needed regularly for competent care. The office itself is very nice and clean, well maintained, modern yet comfortable at the same time. All staff I have encountered are extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, the front desk staff is great. Alex has been very kind and walks me through each step as well as suggestions made by Dr. Lovegrove, I feel very comfortable with her. Dr. Lovegrove herself is kind, compassionate and definitely knowledgeable...I feel confident being in her care and in her a staff's as well. I am quite relieved to have been referred here and feel optimistic for the first time in a while. If you need any form of dermatology help, elective or otherwise, I would highly recommend Lovegrove Dermatology without question.

Extremely disgusted by the cleanliness of the room I was treated in. First I noticed a used needle/syringe left on the table, then I noticed the tray they put their Equipment on was covered in dirt and white residue. Looked like someone had just finished sanding the walls!!! Dust everywhere on shelves and floor. The table you lay on was covered in dirt and a white substance. The room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time!!! I mentioned to the nurse that the table you lay on was very dirty and her response was...its fine the paper you lay on is clean. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Also it took over an hour for the doctor to actually see me. I was there for almost 2 hours!!!

I did an observership for 2 weeks at DermEffects, and it was fantastic from every aspect! From my experience I found Dr. Loo to be a wonderful teacher and practitioner, she truly listened to her patients, and I could tell that she really did everything she can to make sure that every condition she saw was well addressed and properly looked after. The staff were also amazing, and very welcoming! They were always ready to answer any of my, or the patient's, questions with equal vigor. In addition, the clinic was absolutely beautiful and the environment was very professional. All in all I had an amazing experience and I hope to be back again!

Doctor didn't even make eye contact with me or look at my skin. Wrote me a prescription and bolted out the door. I was in the room for a total of 45 seconds after getting a referral and waiting 3 months for an appointment. I will never return here.

RUN AWAY WHEIL YOU CAN they wont answer any call what so ever!!! You have a question?! Butter wait till your actual appointment to get an answer!!! Considering reschedule ?! Go physically and do it, because they are too busy to answer the phone I had to ask my boss for an hour off just to go there and ask if they accept insurance. And guess what?!! they do not. It was waste of time and money

Said I had rosacea and to keep taking antibiotics forever because there was no other solution and then discharged me. Realized years later that I did not have rosacea but had a compromised moisture skin barrier. Could have been remedied with the right guidance. Waste of time and made things worse.

Went for consultation this morning to remove fatty deposits under my eye She tells me machine is broken and not sure when or if it will ever be fixed ... Why didnt they tell me that when I was making appt. Instead charged $75. Plus tax I got quotes on juvedurm and botox and lazer hair removal I will not be going back there

I have been into Cumberland laser clinic a few times, but yesterday was an unpleasant experience. I had a consult in January to discuss options for an area on my face and booked an appointment for March to have the simple procedure done. When I arrived, I was called out of the waiting room at 11 but Dr. Cumberland did not enter my room until 1:00 pm. So I waited 2 hours with no apology whatsoever. Then Dr. Cumberland proceeded to tell me that the filler I wanted to have done would not do what I expected, despite the fact that in my consult in January she said it would give me some results, enough to satisfy me until I can get another, more effective treatment done. Then she told me that her time was valuable, completely oblivious to the fact that I was left waiting for 2 hours in the room with no apology, for an appointment that didn't happen. She made me feel like I was the one who misunderstood the consult, when I know that I did not. I give 1 star only because I have to. I would give zero if I could.

I am writing this review for my Mom. Dr Cumberland keeps her looking beautiful and younger. She believes everyone in their golden years should get the Co2 Laser Treatment as well as Fraxul treatments. The staff are very helpful, happy and knowledgeable. Every appointment I have, I have to wait in the exam room for at least an hour for the doctor to show up. I have had MiraDry, a mole removal, Botox and Juvederm done here. MiraDry went well, I only sweat a little bit now. Highly recommend. However my experience with the injectables wasn’t as smooth. I had a consultation for Botox and Juvederm, where Dr Chaddah told me she would use 8 units of Botox @ $10/unit and give me 1/2 syringe of Juvederm @ $240. I went into my appointment and she added 4 extra units of Botox without telling me. I then went to pay and the woman told me I owed double what I was quoted before. I did not have the quote with me and had to argue with the woman for a bit. She eventually spoke to Dr Chaddah and agreed to charge me what I had been quoted. Dr Chaddah was supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy to stop cold sores from appearing after the trauma to my lips. That prescription was never sent through. A month afterwards I went in to have a mole removed. It went okay. However, at the end Dr Chaddah was upset that I had paid our agreed upon pricing for the injectables in my prior visit and demanded that I pay the difference of $60 that very day. I was happy with the MiraDry and Botox, but I will not be back.

I went a few years ago I got charged the 70. for the for the first visit and then they said come in for the smooth bean which was 200.00 so I went and got told when I was there for the smooth beam that wont do you have a lot of redness you need the other beam for 400.00 then come back for another 300.00 or so. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off the facials were great but when it comes to getting something done I don't like being toyed with and I had no redness at all so taken advantage of me wasn't going to work never went back ill keep my money thanks.

I am absolutely amazed by Dr.John Bennett, the treatment, and the staff!! Dr. Bennett's professional treatment is far beyond my expectation! Since his clinic is so popular, I had to be in waiting list for almost one year to get to the first meeting. But his consultation was conducted so thoroughly and professionally, with his super clear explanation for my problem and my options, I walked out with full awareness of what should be done! It is super important to know how severe your problem is and how many local veins are affected!! Then I had 2 treatments, which were again unexpectedly amazing! I would say they were like magic! I felt very little pain and discomfort! Plus Dr. and nurses' humor and kindness during the procedure, I had two very pleasant "surgery experiences"! I don't know how to describe...but its like watching a fun movie about saying goodbye with my so called life time curse "varicose veins"..., which for the passing 20 years I thought that could only be done with knives, scars or high expenses! But no! life did give nice surprise once for a while! Its gone and gone with so much ease and fun! So grateful for Dr. Bennett, his knowledge, his professional practices, and his clinic!! I am so happy that I moved to London Ontario!(Because he is the only one who does this!!) I would suggest all my friends with the same problem go for it!!
