Nice staff and doctor! The waiting area is great for the kids, lots of stuff to play with and books to read! They stayed occupied until they had their appointment! The building is quite nice. Free parking in the back off the side street. It seemed a little pricey but dentistry always does! We would go back.

We were not happy with the service; the whole point of taking a kid to a children dentistry is that you want the Doctor and the nurses understand how to work with kids specially if they are around 2 years old. The nurse was more worried of their new furniture than convincing my daughter that the place is safe for her and absolutely no skill in handling a kid (not a nice word), same was with the doctor. Learn some skills; playground next to the front desk is just the starting point.

Overpriced services, I recommend you ask for an estimate before you get serviced by these scammers. I brought my 2 years old daughter in for the first time, she wasnt use to it. She was crying all long and all they did was counting how many teeth she had, and brush her teeth and charged me 180$ for it. My benefit pay 100% based on the book but I still had to pay 80$ extra for a service that anybody could of done. They scam you when you have benefit, they overpriced their service because they know you love your kids. Those 2 girls working at the front desk are not professional as well, they should stay in the kitchen. My benefit already paid for the service and then charged me again, I went to my car, checked and realise that they charged for a service that was already paid by my benefit. I went back in and told them about the situation and they weren't happy, looked at me like I'm annoying them. HELLO!! U made a mistake, why give me that look?? Anyways, I asked them to refund me back to my method of payment (debit). They then asked me I could get a credit for my next service. I said no, I want it back to my debit. So they tried to put the money back to my debit. It took them almost 20 minutes. They didnt even know how to refund their customer back with that debit machine. I had to tell them what to press at one point, if not it woulda take another 20 minutes to get my money back. I hope you are reading this ladies, your customers help you keep that job, act more professional, smile more and keep that bad attitude at home. Anyways I do not recommend this place. Overpriced, scam and really bad customer service at the front desk. Find another place is my advice

Dr Payne and staff are absolutely amazing!! Our Daughter (12) and Son (71/2 non-verbal special needs) both visit this office. We've had nothing by positive experiences everytime throughout the years. From spacers, root canals, teeth pulled and check-ups. Our family recommends Dr Payne to everyone. They are kind, patient, supportive and even very understanding when it comes to special needs. We were referred to Children's Dentistry for my son to have a cavity filled however, after examining our son/reviewing his chart and x-rays, Dr. Payne was skeptical that my son actually had a cavity; a new picture was taken and we were ecstatic to find out that Dr. Payne was right - no cavity! We really appreciate Dr. Payne's thoroughness and honesty and that he did not subject our son to/charge us for an unnecessary procedure. While we were there, Dr. Payne was great with our son, kept him happy, and was very professional with us. Should either of my children actually develop cavities in the future, we will definitely return to Children's Dentistry!

We love this office! We were originally referred there when my (then) three year old was uncomfortable at our dentist office but needed treatment. Our dentist suggested using a paediatric dentist and he came highly recommended. He was instantly at ease with Dr. Weinberger and to this day has zero hesitation having his teeth worked on. Dr. W is so friendly and welcoming, and his staff are great as well. Highly recommend them! (They also submit insurance claims on your behalf for those who wonder).

Dr. Weinberger is an excellent pediatric dentist! He puts the best interest of the patient and his/her needs first which resulted in wonderful care for my 4 year old daughter. He is very friendly, helpful, and made my daughter feel comfortable while at the dentist. The other staff are also warm, helpful, and made me and my daughter feel comfortable while there. Everyone was very empathetic to how going to the dentist (and having dental work done) may be stressful for my daughter and made sure to provide an environment that helped her feel as relaxed as possible. My daughter had a substantial amount of work done and I am also extremely happy with the quality of the work from both Dr. Weinberger and the rest of the team - I highly recommend!

The most amazing pediatric dentist is definitely Dr. Weinberger! We took our 9 year old for a dental procedure and everything went so smooth , the staff is really friendly , caring and very helpful and the doctor is not only one of the most knowledgeable and professional but he is a very kind and friendly person and it’s impossible for the kids not to like him! We live in Kitchener and to go see dr Weinberger it’s a bit of a long drive but it’s definitely worth it, I wouldn’t choose any other doctor for my kids, he is definitely one of the best!

I had Dr. Pamela Wigle do a tooth restoration approximately 10 years ago before she opened her own practice and I thought to myself "That will never hold but low and behold; 10 years later the restoration still holds strong. During the process, Dr. Wigle explained everything to me and kept me well informed. During my recent visit to her new practice, I've found the Dr. Wigle and her experienced staff still offer exceptional service. I never thought there would be a time in my life where I look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. Wigle uses state of the art technology to offer a painless experience. I highly recommend.

I've been told by my many dentists that I have great teeth and I am their "easy case" of the day. I've spent thousands on proper dental care. Stepped into this place and immediately got told I now need laser treatment, whitening, retainers, and yo mske appointments every 3 months. I used to love the dentist office, but now fear it like my 5 year old does! Been to 5 appointments in 2 months and only got my top teeth cleaned so far. Very kind staff, just a waste of time and money grab.

My son sees Fancy Nancy as part of Smart Smiles childrens program. I was so concerned my son wouldn't participate and be upset the entire time. He LOVES going and is an active participant in the program. Nancy is engaging using many props and bells and whistles and very patient. The best part is at the end of the appointment the child gets to take something from the Bravery Box. Such a well thought out and developmentally appropriate program. Thank you Fancy Nancy for making a child's firsts so special!

Wonderful service! Always nice to be able to schedule appointments via email. The staff are fantastic and the office is always very clean, with a lot of amenities such as drinks in the waiting room which you hardly spend time in since they are very punctual with their appointments. I also really appreciate their flexible hours, and evening appointments- finally going to the dentist doesn't mean missing work to get a cleaning!

I was very nervous after the initial consult, the Dr suggested a lot of work was needed, and I left feeling a little overwhelmed. However, as went went through the paces, I saw how efficient this place is. The office did all of the work with our insurance company, and other applications, keeping in constant contact. Once everything was approved, I was contacted, given all of the options. Shelley was very patient, listened to my concerns, worked with me, and we set a plan I was happy with. The day of the procedure, both the Dentist and the anesthetist spoke with me before and after. Staff and Dr are just great, I left feeling so confident in the work and our choice of dentists.

I have to be honest, dentists aren't my fave place to go. So after years of neglecting my teeth I decided to make an appointment here because I live in the area and drive by all the time. After my cleaning I was shown all of the problem areas, I needed 4 visits for fillings and to have some pulled. Today was my last of the 4 visits and I have to say it wasn't bad at all - I wont be waiting 7 years again lol. I can finally eat and not be in pain or embarrassed with the holes in my teeth. I strongly recommend this office to anyone who like me was holding off out of fear.

Alba dental is a fresh, clean new office with bright and sunny staff, modern equipment and a nice waiting room. As one would expect the offices are spotless and show no signs of wear of replacement. The atmosphere is quiet and professional with the dental assistants and dentists all very polite and professional. Started with a tour of the facilities and a full explanation of what I could expect. Great treatment and the dentist took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. Used benefits so can't comment on price but I'd give them 10/10

The office is well-organized and efficient, the dental hygienist is superb, and my dentist is fast, very meticulous, and works to the highest standard I have experienced. Here I sit on my 3rd time at the office for one of my kids and just like the last 2 times I have now been siting in the waiting room for over 25 minutes and the haven't even gone back yet to start. To me this is completely Un professional. I have other things to do in my life and the entire point of making an appointment is so you don't sit and wait. I have been at least 5 minutes early every time to show the respect expected when you have an appointment. But it never seems they want to show you the same respect. I'm new to this dentist and after today I will again be looking for another dentist as the service of the office is not good enough. Funniest thing is I must have received at lest 4 texts about being on time for the appointment.it's now been half an hour. Now leaving though they were very helpful at the end I'm a lot more satisfied with the help and will be giving hem another chance! I appreciated the help at the end and the extra help. Much appreciated guys!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I'm usually not a fan of dentists but both dr baalbaki and dr asalbbagh have really looked after me and made me feel at complete ease. They took out two of my wisdom teeth seamlessly. All staff are so lovely and really understand how to make you feel comfortable and less anxious. One of the most professional dental clinics you'll deal with. Both dentist are extremely kind to their patients. They take the time to explain the work and options. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the systems in place for success. They even have a cerec to make the crowns, bridges and implants in-house! The clinic is clean and organised. Really great experience, will be moving my family to this dental office. Thank you doctor Al-Sabbagh. Update: since last visit, I've removed my 4 wisdom teeth here and it was awesome. I've been avoiding doing it for 5 years since I was scared of it. They made it easy and honestly I was healed in 3 days. Can't recommend them enough. I've also got a crown done on their cerec!
