For people that supposedly work in the CPAP field I was fed a lot of mis-information. I needed a new machine, and was told I would have to do a new sleep study first (true) but that they would get the results for the new pressure setting in a week after that (FALSE). I asked what would happen if my machine dies before I get the results and they just shrugged and 'guessed' they would have to loan me a machine! It also doesn't help when you mention Vital-Aire to your doctor and his first reaction is to grimace. From a business point of view, if a mask should be replaced every year, wouldn't you as a business call your client to remind them, and benefit from that sale? Or remind them that it's been over 2 years since their last sleep study? Even my eye doctor sends me a postcard reminding me if it's been a while since my last exam.

I have gotten my CPAP machine from this place in Cambridge well over eight years ago. I go back yearly to get masks etc. The advertised follow-up visits what's your clients which is never happen for me. To see if my machine is working correctly or check the da on my CPAP machine or anything like that. Never being done. I bought a new masks to try out. does not like kids so I brought us back to exchange it. But because that was 5 days past the 30 day limit they would notit' even consider exchanging a serious again after all the money I have actually spent at the store over the years very disappointing that's 5 days could not be overlooked for a long-lasting loyal client. Might have to start driving to Kitchener to get my supplies in the future
