Discussed my weight bearing issue with Dr. Roth. I was told i had sesamoiditis and it'd go away in time, no corrective action was needed. Hip started to hurt, sought a specialist opinion whom stated total foot reconstruction and hip surgery are now my only chance at mobility and a pain free living. I had stated to the Dr. that he was missing something, yet he was dismissive of my concerns.

They're a little slow getting you in but once they figure out which procedure they will preform for you they're very fast. Just be prepared to wait about half an hour in the waiting room.

When it comes to healthcare, we Canadians have the belief that our system is world class. In some aspects, it is. In others, not so much. One such area is customer service. Dr. Roth needs to slow down and start "listening" to the patient (customer). During my recent visit it was as if he had a couple of Red Bulls before my arrival, and had no desire to hear any of the information I was conveying. My orthopedics did not fit any of my dress shoes, and his countermeasure was to buy new shoes. Really? That's the answer. It was my issue and not the orthopedics. Here's the surprise ending. After no intention to address my issue, as I was about to leave, it came to my attention (from another source in the office) the the original order was for "athletic" running orthopedics. They ticked off the wrong box!! They were built wrong!! Now I know why he asked if I was a runner. After he was confronted, there was no reorder or refund. If this was Walmart, Canadian Tire, or any other service oriented business, it would have not even been a discussion. In the end , it was criminal, yes criminal, that he kept my $600 (insurance, yes, but you and I pay for it in the end) and deliver a flawed product. Shame on you Dr. Roth.

Very friendly and professional staff. Alexander and the "The king of foreign bodies" took out a piece of glass that had been in my foot after an accident that happened in Feb 2017. I had no idea the glass was there, I just had a very tiny wound that wouldn't heal. I had done an xray but it didn't detect the glass. They were both professional and helped me stay calm by the level of confidence and professionalism they showed. I'm very happy and grateful to them. Please book an appointment with them for all your feet related issues. The office space is clean and very well organised.

I have been about 8 times now. I noticed pain relief after my first appointment. The staff and management have been great so far in my experience. I have used there physio service and been sized for orthodics. They follow the rules and will not give free shoes. That's understandable. I truly enjoy my sessions.

I've given 2 stars because of the staff not because of management. This is the place to AVOID if you are going through car insurance after an MVA. They don't submit the correct paperwork for months but expect everything to be covered. They don't provide a care plan or follow procedures. Seems that they may be manipulating the process a bit, though they seem not to want to be paid since their invoice is still pending after months. Trying to get a call back to sort things out is pretty much impossible. I would not recommend this establishment

Would highly recommend! My first visit here was for an ingrown toenail. I was worried about the pain but the podiatrist was very gentle and removed it with minimal pain. I also appreciate that booking appointments can be done online and I hear a response very quickly. Raj is very warm and welcoming. She is also very accommodating of your schedule. Will definitely be back again!

I took my son in to see Dr.Petrusic because he had a bacterial infection beside his toenail. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and polite. Dr.Petrusic was warm and inviting from the moment we walked through the door. He cleaned out my son's toenail right away and got rid of the infection. He was so patient and gentle throughout the entire procedure, that it didn’t even hurt my little guy!! I would highly recommend visiting his office for any and all of your foot care needs.
