The staff will answer your call and have a lawyer best suited to your situation call you back. You will have an initial meeting at no charge and if they take your case you only pay if you win. Don't sit in pain and worry about how you're going to pay your bills. Give them a call and release that stress.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to share a moment that warmed my heart and I have not been able to get off my mind.The other day I noticed two individuals leave the St. Vincent De Paul food kitchen downtown Kingston and they were wearing Bergeron Clifford shirts. I stopped to talk to them briefly as I was curious as to why lawyers would be anywhere near a food kitchen for the needy let alone coming out from it. BUT what I heard next was one of the most heartwarming moments I have experienced! It turns out they volunteer there EVERY Friday for the past 5 years.Imagine that, a law firm taking time out of there Friday's to volunteer for those who need assistance. I could never image a lawyer doing that but I have to post because it was one of the nicest things I have heard. It is great to see a local firm giving back to the community and putting the needs of others before themselves. I have not used an injury lawyer but I think that says TONS about their character. In a world where we continuously hear bad news, it is TRULY wonderful to see something like this. Thank you from one citizen to another !!!

When he did finally call me back and it was not a good time for me and I asked him if I could call him back in 10 minutes he said that's fine call back multiple times and never got an answer. Left a voicemail finally called me back the next day later on in the day. It wasn't a fantastic time I make time for him and when I just wanted to ask simple questions he was very Snappy and just wanted to get off the phone. After speaking with him definitely not going to use him. Had to ask same question 4 times to get the answer.

I used this firm and paid for consult in a family matter. Then the lawyer left the firm and when I came for further consult, the firm had to be chased and finally responded by saying they were to busy and it did not matter that I was a client. Don't trust them! In their response below they lied again....I asked for a referral and they would not give me one and the owner who called because I wrote this review did not offer a referral either. Don't trust them.
