The Best Limo service in Kingston

My family has been using this service for more than a few years now. When my parents flew into Toronto a couple of weeks ago, expecting to be picked up according to their reservation, there was no limo to bring them home. When we called the after hours line, we were told to get home any way we could and that our cost would be paid for. This was not the case. They did not take responsibility for the error or pay for the transportation to get home. It blows my mind that in a town as small as Kingston, that a business refuses to make it right with the customer. Word of mouth can be very damaging, and I can say that at least 20-50 people have been told about this. My entire extended family that uses this service multiple times each year to get to and from the airport will now use another company.

This company is so unreliable. We took it for a work event, and our driver was rude, and took WAY too long to get to our destination. Four hours to get to Ottawa from Kingston to be exact. THEN we get back and get billed and they took it upon themselves to add a tip we did not authorize (a couple hundred bucks) because it was the worst human interaction we had ever had. The driver refused to use a GPS and gave us the run around even when we offered to put the address in. Quite frankly if ZERO stars was an option, or better yet -3, I would have chosen that. Then for a cherry on top, it’s taken since November to get this resolved. Our entire company knows to never use this service again. I advise you learn some customer service skills and how to interact with people that are your customers. The driver was rude and literally had a full on argument with my boss about the destination. So innappropriate.

Absolutely Awesome Service! This was the ONLY company that would pick up Elmer my Basset Hound after spinal surgery in Toronto - there was loads of space to place his bed for a comfy ride back to home to Sunbury ... and Kendall is a great guy as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Bermuda Limo. Five days before my daughter's wedding we discovered the Limo company we had booked for the wedding had gone under. My daughter was so disappointed, since there was absolutely no chance of booking another limo so close to the wedding date. I thought I would give it a try anyway. I called all the other limo companies and although they were sympathetic, all said there was nothing they could do to help. I called Bermuda Limo, and Kendall immediately said he would see what he could do. Even though we had to work around another pickup, my daughter had her limo for the most important day of her life. We got a bit of an upgrade, from the 6 passenger we had booked with the other company to a 10 passenger from Bermuda, and he only charged me what I would have paid at the other company. His beautiful wife Tammy was their driver, who I understand was very patient and professional. My daughter had a few strange stops for pictures etc, and all was accomplished without any problems. Thank you again Bermuda Limo for ensuring my daughter's special day was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Myself and 3 colleagues had the pleasure to have Bermuda Limousine Services both drop us off and pick us up from a girls away vacation April 2013. I spoke with Kendall(owner) but our driver was Mike for both trips. Excellent, professional service that was a huge bonus...we even asked Mike to make a couple of unexpected stops and he did so happily never asking for extra money other than what was quoted originally. The vehicle was clean and lovely and we were so happy that we decided with this company. Have used other limo companies both in Kingston and abroad and was certainly pleased with Bermuda. my experience with Bermuda was truly amazing, friendly staff, clean cars, always on time, i have used Bermuda many times for many events. i truly like that every time i phone the compnay number i speak directly with the owner not a machine. i will continue to always use Bermuda as my way to travel near or far. Kendall is a wonderful business man and i feel this company will go places!

The price was reasonable for the rental but its the same old story - you get what you pay for! When the guy includes the tax in the price or doesnt charge it separately, look out. The limo we were in was old (14 or 15 years old) but looked like it was updated at Canadian Tire with lights and stuff. There WAS tread on the tires on the limo but not sure how safe the rest of it was. I guess we should have checked to see if they have real insurance too. Don't let a freshly washed limo fool you - they're just like a good woman - its whats inside and underneath that counts ! Would I use them again ? - not likely (well, maybe if I was hitchhiking at 20 below in a snowstorm and they gave me a free ride)

We had a great experience renting the 1937 MCLAUGHLIN SEDAN for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. We booked it last minute and had great costumer service. We were able to pay over the phone with our credit card. I'm looking forward to photos. It made the day extra special and as a result we have some beautiful photos.

I have known Trevor and Tammy for many years, and the attention that they have to customer service is exceptional. Always accommodating, reasonably priced and very accessible!

Stopped in to wash the Nissan as it was filthy! Proceeded to put money in payment device only to realize you needed $5 to start the wash cycle.... any place else is $2-$3 to start. , I proceeded to wash the Nissan and before I knew it I was adding another $2 thinking that would be enough I'd I hurried. No it wasn't nearly enough so I added $2 more.. finally $11 later the car was washed. Not nearly as clean as I would have liked it to be but it looked better anyways I dont think I will go back anytime soon as the car wasnt as clean as I thought it would be especially after spending that much time and money to hopefully have a clean car when done.
