Highly recommended. I hired Simon to tackle a relatively minor albeit potentially career damaging criminal charge. Simon helped me navigate the judicial system with ease. Simon took the time to answer my questions and responded to my text/email queries promptly. He also took the time to accompany me to the police station where I appeared before a police officer to sign for the pending charge (something many lawyers were not willing to do). For someone like myself who has never been charged (and with no previous police contact), this proved valuable. Totally recommend this place as we are form out of town and Mark Cardy made this experience easy and this guy really knows his stuff, our 17yr son was charged for careless driving as the car belonged to us but his friend hit gravel and it ended up in the ditch in a cottage road. OPP was very quick to charge him with careless driving as the kids panicked and my son took the blame not realizing the seriousness of this charge. Mark's dedication and knowledge made winning this a breeze and saved my son from future insurance premiums from rising in cost. I hope to never have to use his services again but would highly recommend him if someone needs to fight against what I call bullying from the OPP as in this case careless driving was not the case it was clearly driver inexperience.
