I cannot express how glad I am that we decided to hire Blush and Bowties for our wedding in September. Right from the first month my partner and I were already commenting that it was the best decision we'd made. Alex is so friendly and kind, she's ultra responsive and helpful even when I was panicking about a tiny detail. I was always excited for our meetings and calls... she was overall just a pleasure to work with. Alex made the whole wedding process easy, the minute I'd start wondering whether it was time to select flowers, or a photographer, or linens, I'd have an email in my inbox offering recommendations. Friends and family often commented that I was the least stressed out bride they'd ever seen, and I definitely attribute that to Blush and Bowties.. I didn't need to stress because I knew Alex had everything under control. Most importantly, she gave us the wedding of our dreams. Good Vibrations DJ’ed our high school’s semi formal and we had a fantastic experience. They were great in working with us to create a song list for the dance, and keeping the party going. He managed to control a high school crowd through playing different genres of music and his own high energy interactions with the crowd. The dance floor was continuously full till the end of the night. During the dance the DJ was open to music requests and incorporated them tastefully. Our school enjoyed his services and would recommend him for future events.

We had DJ Alchemixx and honestly it was phenomenal, personally a sweet guy and his work was outstanding kept the crowed hyped and his interaction was entertaining. He catered to what the crowd wanted at different points of the night and could clearly see that he was also having a good time along with us. All the colleges at York University have always heard great things about him and are always pleased at the end of the night. You can never go wrong when hiring a DJ like this guy and can always expect the absolute best from him.

She and her team relieved us of all stress that surrounds a wedding and I could not be happier. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure we had eaten, since most couples don't have the time, they would always come to check if we were ok, and made sure we had everything we needed when moving from one event to the next such as our photo shoot and reception. She was kind enough to come to my house to gather items needed so that we did not have to worry about carrying them to the venue. We could not have been happier and our guests have raved about the time they had. We had a complicated fusion wedding, with 2 ceremonies of different religions on the same day, and 2 different menus. Working with Arthur on the multitude of details, coordinating with vendors (he suggested excellent ones) and remaining on (or sort-of-close to) budget were easy with him. We had a tight time line of 5 months to plan a big wedding and we were able to do it without much stress. It turned out just beautifully!!!!! Arthur and his team are professional, organized, attentive to what you are requesting and highly skilled. There are no words to describe the level of professionalism, expertise, and artistry displayed from the initial design meeting all the way through to the end of the wedding night. We had a Nantucket garden theme that we wanted to pursue and Rachel took it to the next level, dreaming up incredible details and making every element weave together seamlessly. My very first meeting with them I had a “general idea” of what I wanted and a budget I wanted to work in and they created something more then I could have imagined (and stayed within my budget!). On our wedding day we had a “mishap” with the guys loosing their box of boutonnieres right before the ceremony, Jessy was there and offered to quickly put another one together for my husband! (Luckily we eventually found them after the ceremony lol). Any concerns or questions I had along the way while planning were quickly addressed and answered! They went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you again so much for making our wedding perfect!

We just had our Chinese wedding this past weekend, and we were so lucky to have Fleur Weddings. I didn’t want a very traditional all red with a Dragon and Phoenix kind of Chinese wedding, and they did not disappoint me. They are truly a very professional team, not only follow up with every minor details, and also go above and beyond. They can almost do anything for a wedding as long as you request, they make every unique and special to every couple. I didn’t have to worry about anything for my wedding except showing up as a beautiful bride.

My wife and I are both busy people working 40-60 hours per week each, and having a wedding planner certainly is a huge help to us. We would have been ripping off each other's heads if not for Fleur Weddings! Flora personally met with us to give us a good feel of what we expect from our wedding and customized it to make it more perfect. She was fantastic, and made the initial meeting detailed yet interesting. We were assigned Rose, our wedding planner, and boy is she our best friend now. The level of advice she offers is beyond what I imagined. You can feel assured that all the little details she has gotten you covered. I am confident in saying that she will offer you advice that you would not have thought of yourself, despite your overall experience in planning. We get constant updates on our to do lists and deadlines and can adjust things accordingly while keeping your overall vision for your wedding. She dealt with all our vendors promptly and professionally to the point where my wife and I barely had to lift a finger. What's more is that they are familiar with Chinese weddings and traditions, which made organizing door games/tea ceremony very easy. We had our wedding in 2016. Erin and flora were our planners. Although at first, I thought the price was a bit higher than my expectation, but I decided to go with them because I liked their professionalism and detailing at our initial meeting. But what can I say, they are worth it, they were over my expectations, they had so much details in every part of this planning process. They came with me to every vendor visit, they gave me so many advices to every part of the wedding, they gave me a so many helpful advices when i was deciding between the choices I had. One last thing is they have super good taste, supurb time management and super careful with details to all the decors on the big day. My advise to all of you who are planning for the big day, you won’t go wrong with flour, don’t every try to do the planning yourself, you won’t make it.

My wife hired Fleur Weddings to be our wedding planners, and we had a fantastic experience with them. They were very responsive, answer call and our questions quickly, and they know what they are doing. Flora was an expert in floral design, which wasn't very surprising because I could tell from her name that this lady knew a thing or two about flowers. She gave us several proposals for the decor, and walked us through every detail about both the altar and the banquet hall. She was able to give valuable advice to assist my wife to add or remove elements from the proposal. Erin was the event planner and helped us set the schedule of the wedding day. She outlined everything we need to buy and all the people we need to hire, which helped my wife planning the wedding. All the suggestions were reasonable. They also have a solid team that helped us before and on the wedding day. I am a guy that mostly says whatever to the decor, but I have to admit that our wedding was beautiful. Also, the schedule was good that our guests were very relaxed, and my wife and I weren't too stressed out, either. My wife was clueless about planning the event because this is her first time doing this, at least to my knowledge she is, and it turned out perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

Roxane is an absolutely fantastic wedding planner/coordinator. We wanted someone who had experience but wasn't part of a corporation. I discovered Roxane on the Knot and we signed with her at the end of our first meeting. Roxane understood our visions and challenges. She worked with us tirelessly and ensured that we made all the decisions necessary to make the reception of our dreams happen - even when our lives became so chaotic with a move, job changes and more. Not only that, she brought a certain flare to our event that made it uniquely ours compare to other weddings that do a similar theme. She was an excellent negotiator and showed us what was important and not worth our attention planning this event. We didn't even have to think, we could enjoy the party and mingle with our friends and families. Unfortunately that evening, part of our decor fell and Roxane was on top of it to ensure that it was dealt with immediately. Further, she reached out to the vendors to inform them of the incident and followed up with them after the event even though her job was technically done. Roxane is a talented planner and we have absolutely no reservations in recommending her services. She will go above and beyond her job description to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams. Thank you Roxane, for all of the hard work you put into our event, making us feel like we were always a priority, not giving up on us when we were dragging our feet and bringing our vision to life.

Their cakes are absolutely amazing, with just the right amount of sweetness. I recently bought two cakes from here for both my and my friend's birthday's. So, D&D has all kinds of great food on offer for catering or take-out. The best item is probably the chicken pesto. It's creamy, rich, and a bit tangy. The texture is also really unique, and coupled with the tanginess, makes me wonder if the recipe is unusual in some way. I'm suspicious that this effect can't be achieved with garlic and pine nuts alone - it's like there's mayo in it. That would be terrible and disgusting, if true, and I wouldn't want to eat it. So, if you know how they make the pesto, don't tell me, because I order it all the time and I'm worried that knowing the recipe's dark secrets will ruin it for me. Anyway, five stars!

Worked next to them at an event they were catering. Completely rude and unprofessional chefs. They moved my items and starting using my equipment with no permission and no respect for anyone working around them. When asked about why they moved my items and took my space, when there was still plenty of space to work, they replied with “well we found a place to work”. Never ever seen such blatant disregard and disrespect for other people. Don’t know the names of the gentlemen working that day, but represented this company very poorly.

Went to a conference that was catered by 10tation and the food was not good. Salmon was bland and VERY dry. Their "steak fajitas" were essentially cold-cut roast beef wraps. Lots pf packaging, awkward to hold and eat.
