My kid goes here for multiple classes and we simple love the place. You can spend hours here either in workout center or the pool. Kids can also enjoy in playground behind the complex. Staff is extremely helpful and have a smile on their gave always. Keep it up. Cheers.

We signed our son up for swim classes at this location. It was my first time visiting this location. Finding the swimming pool and change rooms was quick and easy. It is a busy place but is well designed to handle the large volume of people. The change rooms were clean. The pool area was clean with good air circulation. The instructor took good care of our son who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We look forward to the rest of the session.

I've seen so many people in the reviews talk about "great staff" but apparently my visits were not as great. Staff were unfriendly and didn't care to give information. We were first time go-ers for badminton and didn't know how it'll work so we asked and they answered saying that there was badminton but then didn't care to say that it was all booked until when we were about to pay. They continued to be as unhelpful and rude when we talked about camps like they didn't care. We grew tired and just left such a lengthy talk. Other times going there for swimming, etc, were as stale. Three stars for the actual experience but I'm unsure whether or not the staff has a grudge against us?

We love this complex. Great pool, rock climbing and a pleanty of other sporting activities. In summer we love taking kids to the playground with a splash pad.

I use the pool, which is very popular for lane swimming but there is room if you go at the right time. The pool is bright with large windows and the wooden ceiling is a nice touch. There used to be a problem with theft from the locker rooms, but small lockers for phones and valuables are now available in the foyer.

The facility itself is not that bad. Hair driers in the men's change room work for about 5 seconds and then turn off. Credit cards and cash have been stolen from my locked locker. It happened in the first half of October/2018. This is not a single case. Attached is a story similar to mine. There is a thief who steals. If you go there assume your belongings are not safe :-(

Several years old location with multiple rooms and two types of swimming pools. Structure for kids outside, extra soccer field outside with some other scaring tracks and this is municipal property which bring acceptable price range for attending this facility. You can find multiple programs for different age and for different time. Quite useful location for active people and for kids.

I hope it warmer inside every time when I was at the rink. The ice show of March Kanata Skating Club is such a successful one.

Has several hockey rinks. Lots of different events take place here. Best to get a schedule of events to see what interests you. Today there was a blood donar clinic held by Canadian Blood Services, it's very important that we donate blood, (if your able) a life or even you, may need it some day. It's worth it and you will feel great that you did.

Ice pad A is good but Ice pad B has a terrible guard rail that obstructs your view. The guard rail should be changed to plexiglass or similar. Also, the parking lot desperately needs to be repaved.

Nice rinks. A-side rink is good for spectators. B-side rink is fine to play or practice on, but is not very good for spectators. The B-side has very little seating and has bars that interfere with what can be seen...it can also get pretty cold. The A-side is not bad for sightlines, space, and warmth.

Fantastic staff very knowledgeable on every question asked! Great ice throughout the season! Great pro shop downstairs! Some of the best Operators in the country by far! Best ice in the city! Cleanest toilets around great place to take a crunch!

Always lots of parking. The Dances held there once a month are fun and it's a nice turn out of people. The building is clean and well managed. Female washrooms are always clean. Would recommend that they offer 2 dances per month because we all love to attend the dances there. The Disc Jockey was excellent and kept us Dancing all night. What a beautiful Dance floor. The lighting is good too. Let's see more dances held at this location.

Standard community centre. Confusing layout and confusing parking though. Parking signs are not clear, such as not directing you to parking way in the back if you are looking for the Senior centre entrance where Ottawa recreation events are hosted. Also, adults like to hang out and drink in the parking lot at night with coolers full of beer after shiny hockey games, making getting out of the Seniors entrance parking lot a dangerous obstacle course.
