I have been going to evolution physiotherapy for the last couple of years for varies issues. Wendy was the first person to tell me i have hypermobility and it was the reason i was never getting any results from doctors and other physiotherapists. 30 years of seeing professionals and no one could explain or justify what was wrong until her. She is true amazing! I have also seen matt at this location. He is equally as amazing as wendy! They both were able to help me recover in all my injuries! Having endured a painful wrist condition due to improper snow shovelling for about 1 year, and visiting another Chiro in the Kanata area, I though I would live with that sharp pain for the rest of my life as the symptoms did not subside after months of treatment. Once I met Allen, within 2 sessions I noticed a noticeable improvement. I occasionally came back to have it treated over the next 2 months. It's been over a year and a half since my last appointment. The pain is gone and I now experience pain only when I work out the wrist too hard, and It goes away on it's own. Allen is dedicated, and truly listens to his clients to correctly assess the root cause of the disconfort and/or pain.

absolutely love this place, very organized and lots of people are always so willing to help with whatever it is you need. The physiotherapist I was with was Sagar, he really try’s his best to help and does the best he possibly can. I broke my foot and had lots of difficulty walking and now after just 6 sessions my foot has improved so much. The exercises he gave me were very affective and easy to learn. In my case I broke my foot and it was very stiff, Sagar took all his time and effort to help loosen the muscle and now it almost back to normal, with some more time it will be as good as new. I totally recommend this place to anyone who is having pain or who had previously had an injury.

I had been to a number of physiotherapy clinics plus an acupunture clinic. While the physiotherapists were good and did their best the pain persisted from hip to knee. I had broken my femur and hip. Well Sarah at Pro Physio made a difference the first day The staff are excellent. They are professional and so pleasant. I will only trust Sarah and her team. I have been receiving treatment from MK and her team of friendly professionals for the last 5 months. I can honestly say the experience to date has been outstanding . Prior to finding this gem of a physiotherapy clinic I could not find pain relief anywhere. They have incorporated Shock-wave Therapy into my treatment ( painless but effective) to reduce the calcification in my hip, which was causing me severe pain and mobility issues. My pain has since been reduced and my mobility has significantly improved. I would like to thank MK and her team ( Vivian , Esther & Natalie ) for their outstanding service, professionalism and welcoming environment they provide. This was my first physiotherapy experience so I didn't know what to expect. However, I had some pain on my wrist so I called the clinic. My first impression of the receptionist wasn't good. Unkind voice like she doesn't care about customers. Regardless, I came down to the clinic. One of the physiotherapist, Roni, was assigned to me. He was already seeing a patient and took care of me at the same time. During one hour session, I didn't feel as if he examined my pain seriously. Back and forth, he spent a very little amount of time to check on his patients. For the whole 1 hour session, I received the "personalized care' treatment for 15 minutes and I paid the full amount of the session. Very unsatisfied with the clinic service, I spoke with a few people around me who had physiotherapy experience. They told me they had a one on one session. Also, I looked up Google to obtain more info. More I read about various articles about physiotherapy, more I get disappointed about how awful service I received. No personalized care, your money is not worthy.

Unfortunately the receptionist ruined this place for me and my wife (having had a positive experience myself with an assessment and fitting for orthotics). My wife waited for over a week for a physio appointment after an accident which left her bedridden. We specifically made the appointment in the evening so I could take her after work. Upon our arrival, the receptionist (the one with the English accent) rudely told us we were supposed to be there in the early afternoon, and that she had tried to call us but the number was not in service. I know we had the appointment time right because the original call for booking was on speakerphone. Plus the reason we never received her call was because she took the phone number wrong ("three" sounds nothing like "eight", and neither should they look the same if you know how to write!). At no point did she apologize for either of her TWO mistakes, instead she tried to make my wife feel like she was at fault. Needless to say we will not be returning there, just on account of this individual. I called Westboro Physiotherapy and although they are less convenient for us based on location, they fitted us under a cancellation the very next day.

My wife and I have been using Eagleson Physio for many years. We are both quite active (triathlon, crossfit, goodlife members), and injuries happen periodically as part of that lifestyle. Over the years we've seen several of the physiotherapists (Colleen, Lyne, Susan) and massage therapists and they are all absolutely fantastic. We could not recommend them highly enough. They are exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and helpful. If you are in need of physio or massage services, this is the place to go.

Went for a massage there, Anna was great. Very nice person knew her stuff, it was my third visit with her. I highly recommend her, but if your using your group insurance. It might be quicker to file your own claim, it will be alot quicker. Wont be returning and its not because of Anna.

This is the most hurtful experience I have had! I had a hip pain and Catherine a physiotherapist is a very ignorant one who made me do this posture and it caused a severe spine issue which is still lasting until now! It has been >three years!! She didn't tell me to stop and when I went to see her she again was very ignorantly used her finger poked the injured spine which caused permanent damage! The only treatment I got after was to be put on a machine, without knowing actually where and why the injury was caused. I guess injuring people is something Part of their job like the claim she made :"this is just part of risk" so you just keep coming back and paying me for the injury I cause you! SHAMELESS!

Had a visit at Dr Kupca. My son of 14 has developed a severe case of fallen arches. I was hoping Dr Kupca could offer some insights into why this condition has progressed so rapidly and to the extent that it did in only 2 years. Well, to my greatest surprise, Dr Kupca would not examine my son's feet, actually she refused to even look them. Her "reason" being that "there is nothing to see" and that everyone has that nowadays. She also suggested that the flat fleet of my son are caused by his inactivity in sports. I disagreed, as any one could clearly see that my sons case was an extreme one, effecting his ability to walk properly. Besides, his brother has none of this problem at all, I explained. When I suggested that perhaps an x-ray with the following evaluation is in order, she responded that X-rays are harmful to the health. I did remind her that while that may have been a concern in the old days, modern X-ray machines pose negligible risk. There was only silence in response. I have also asked if surgical corrections are done in some cases, or not. According to Dr Kupca, there exists no such surgical procedure. Of course, that is not the case. A simple search will confirm the opposite. Draw your own conclusions as to what my experience means... In closing I would like to note that in Canada there is no general requirement for a medical institution to provide written closure statements upon completion of medical examinations. Therefore, the examining doctor and institution can not easily be held responsible for their opinions, actions or recommendations that follow. This in contrast with standards of European medical practices.

Great experience going here. Came here in 2017 for a shoulder injury and worked with Adam who did an amazing job on my recovery. Booked again in 2019 for a separate injury with Adam again he had helped me get back to 100%. Would recommend him to anyone. Mitch the sports therapist was very thorough explaining exercises to build back strength to get over my injury. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to book appointments with. They send out reminders 24 hours before your appointment as a reminder and will reschedule easily if needed. Great service all around.

Do NOT recommend, our family will not return. Money grab, no personal attention, no compassion or sense of collaboration to get the patient to a state where they can resume activities as soon as possible. Appointment#1 charged me 100 dollars for a diagnosis that I already had received from a doctor that sent us there. No treatment on first day at all (I have been to at least 6 other physio places in the city over the years and have ALWAYS received at least some ultra sound, etc on the first appointment. I even inquired and was told NO, you have to book a second slot. Appointment#3 we were 7 minutes late....yes seven minutes. They refused to see us and insisted on charging us for the appointment. Only when we complained in front of a waiting room full of people did they budge and say they would let us reschedule the appointment. We will go to the rescheduled one and that will be our last time visiting that facility.

This was my second choice after Kanata physiotherapy clinic. I am very glad I experienced this clinic. The receptionist was very kind over the call and in person, and the physiotherapist I met, Brian, certainly provided the personalized care. He examined my wrist and found something odd that my previous clinic couldn't discover. He spent the whole 1 hour to examine my wrist and shared his honest opinion. I strongly recommended this clinic!

Don't let the size of the clinic fool you. Though it's small, the service is SUPERIOR. My physiotherapist (Ashley Raymond) was always friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. They don't overbook, nor do they try to get you to book additional and unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic has an insanely high turnover rate. I have had so many issues with scheduling and their record keeping - totally unprofessional, and unacceptable. The newer staff was regularly was catching up on the contents of my file during appointments. The awful record keeping and inability to schedule an appointment make it very difficult to recommend this location.

its just dumb, no point in going. i have a constant headache from a serious concussion a year ago, but they don't seem to take it seriously, i get tired and have headaches so it is really hard to do a truck driver job now, but the occupational theripest said i was just being scared of driving...ok...eye roll

Andree is amazing! Very knowledgeable! She knew I didn't have insurance so she made sure to make the most out of each of my appointments. She talked very fast in order to provide me with as much info per appointment as she could and she demonstrated each prescribed exercise so I know how to do them properly at home. She gave me take-home exercises then followed-up to see how things were progressing and modified my exercises as needed. We are continuing follow-up care by email to save me from paying for appointments. She is great at working with you and your needs!

This is where you need to go for a truly personalized treatment plan. There are so many physio places out there that determine your injury and then use a cookie cutter approach to treatment. At Inertia, the PT's spend the entire appointment time with you. They don't hook you up to a machine and leave the room for 10 minutes. They don't tell you to do exercises and leave you alone to do them. They spend the total appointment time with you, using a hands-on approach, where they get to know your specific issues and can change their approach based on what is happening in real time. Staff are warm and friendly and their offices are shiny, bright and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about these folks! I have been going to Drew for over 6 years for various injuries and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Look no further. This is the right place!
