The Best Limo service in Kanata

I went on a trip to Montreal with my sister and we used the services of Pristine Limousine for our transportation. The driver was respectful, polite and patient. The limousine was clean and luxurious! We had full reign of all the amenities such as the TV, Sound System, Lighting and heating. I felt like a princess. We had a stress free trip with lots of fun! Thank you, Pristine Limousine!!!

I was given a quote before a month before my event, we agreed to the terms and my credit card was charged a deposit. On the day of my event, the driver called me a half hour before the scheduled pickup time to find out the pickup location even though this had been given to him a month prior. At the drop off, the driver approached my husband and informed him that because his limo broke down the week prior he was forced to rent another limo for our event and it would cost us an extra $350. My husband reluctantly paid him to avoid any confrontation in front of our guests. I then called the owner the following Monday and he told me the same story and did not think anything was wrong and made no offer to re-pay. Not impressed.
