I can't say enough good things about this place. Clean comfortable and home atmosphere. I recently adopted a new member of my family and she needed a full work up. My new girl, angel was quite nervous but using soothing tones and a lot of mats we got her in a room. To avoid any further stress we stayed in one room and did all her shots and even a little nail clipping completely on the ground. Yes they are a bit pricey but using their benefit package worked quite well for me. They spent the time with angel and got to know her. Gave us a lot of information about some issues and answered all my worries and concerns. Thank you!

Amazing staff! Went in yesterday with my dog that was having bum issues. We had gone to a previous vet and didnt feel they could help us so we went here. They were SO personable, SO friendly and had SO much information. They put my dog under so she wasn't in pain and she was out in less than 3 hours. They told us what our other vet couldn't. And what was 99% the problem with her. It will probably be a life long issue, but now we know how to deal with it. Every Doctor we talked to was so compassionate and caring. It blew me away. I would reccomend going here to anyone who asks. The only downside was the price. Quite pricey, but with the quality of our service I wasnt too upset. If you want something done right. Pay the price! Thank you Guelph animal hospital. You made me and my dog so much happier!!

I brought a resuce kitty from a mill to be fixed and shots and all cleaned up and everything she needed long story short she has been in a clean home 5 months now and I just took her to a diff vet saying she has a ear infection and her ears were much dirtier then they should have been meaning the ear cleaning they claimed they did was rubbish no way should she of gotten a bacterial infection it was from before which they didn't clean out also vet checks her hips and legs say well the move fine so she's fine clearly she's not the new vet could see she had issue walking ect stiff hips something happened in past which goes along with what I've herd all in all I feel scammed and ripped off there's more to it but this review is long enough new vet asks them to send over info on all that they did to her and still haven't bothered thx very nice now she needs to go back to the new vet for w.e these guys did or didn't do also I was told bring her right in she could stay there ect so I showed up with a terrified kitty and was at first basically told to leave lmao lack of communication between them all in all after going to other vets who's diagnosis matches her history compared to what I got told by these guys well I'm just glad I'm too far away now to need to use them ...

Don't ever take your pets here! I was forced to because I had a severe case with my dog and every other animal hospital I took him to said they didn't have the proper equipment to care for him. They made me put down a $1000 deposit and he stayed in hospital for 2 days and they then told me there was nothing they could do for him and that I should euthanize him. I was so devastated and wanted to keep trying, but they said even if I spent $5000 there's nothing they could do. So I followed their advice as hard as it was. The vet then told me what my bill came to which was around almost $800 and the euthanization was like $150 I want to say... so I should've had more then enough to cover all of that. Then the next day they call me and said I owe them almost another $400!!! I couldn't believe it... I explained what I was just told the night before and they said the doctor didn't say that. I even asked to speak with the doctor and she denied our whole conversation even though i had my dad and sister in the room with me when she said it! I should've gotten a receipt, but my dog just got euthanized and I was devastated... that wasn't even on my mind at that moment. Don't trust them!!! If you have to go there like in my situation get a receipt for every step of the way! They will try and cheat you as much as they can. This happened a couple years ago now... it took me a while to write this because I was too heart broken to keep thinking about it, but heard a horror story from my co-worker regarding this place as well so I had to come on here and tell my story. The reason I didn't want to take my dog there to start with was because I took my bearded dragon there before this when she had a prolapse and they gave her too much anesthetic and killed her. I don't know how this place is still even open they're a bunch of crooks. Please if you can take your animal else where PLEASE DO!!!!

Long wait times to be expected. It was a referral from my vet, who sent information to the OVC. The LOST the information and told me I had to pay for exams so that they could know what was wrong with my fur baby. I thankfully had a copy of everything my vet sent them and showed them the X-rays. Then they told me I couldn't do what I was originally there for. Complete waste of time. They did however find an ear and an eye infection and treated that. This is the only reason they get an extra star.

I have had my dog there once before with great results. Unfortunately this visit was different. Paid out 1100.00 dollars for a bunch of test performed by a vet that spoke terrible english an was not good at explaining the purpose if the test. She definitely was not very confident. Our original estimate was 4000 dollars. We pulled our dog out the next morning and took him to our vet and all was taken care of. It just seemed that they want to run every test in their book with little explanation. We left there very disappointed .

I live in Mississauga but drive here for my guinea pigs' care because they specialize in small/exotic animals and I couldn't find a vet in Mississauga who could care for my Muffin. Dr. Claudia is so lovely, she's soft spoken, kind, even sweet. Makes us feel so comfortable and is so gentle with our babies. Always want to keep coming back to see her! Definitely worth the drive. Also the front desk staff are always so friendly!

The kindness and professionalism shown in our time of uncertainty was amazing. The staff were able to quickly diagnose a horrible diagnosis for our dog and helped us have the most amazing few days with him before he was sadly taken from us. They called us with more detailed answers. I wish we had gone in sooner.

Brought a very sick cat in at 3pm on Friday, never saw a vet, just a 4th year student. Was held in emergency till 7pm. At that point I was told that I needed $4000 for tests. I didn't have that amount of money, so I told them I was taking the cat home. They were cool with that, and charged me only (!)$450 instead (that is for one antibiotic and the off-hours visit, even though off-hours started at 5:30pm). They also sedated the cat just for the fun on it (no procedures where done) and made me pay for the sedation. Next week I stopped by in hopes to get some cat food, at that time I discovered that I owed them $50 more... not sure for what, they said because last time I came off-hours (but I was already charged for that!). I paid. In two weeks, one more bill from this same place for $50 more. I called in, was explained that it was for the second medication (which I never bought)... Thanks God, after some time on the phone they took that charge off my account. I am scared and waiting for next week's bill(s) to come, I am sure they are not done with us. The cat survived with the visit to a different vet. What can I say? If you are a very rich person, this place is for you. I cannot really comment if they are capable of helping the animal. I give them 10 out of 10 on money making though.

I'm reading all of these wonderful reviews about Dr. Kopinak and I couldn't agree more. Although it's been a few years since I last went to see her with my Yorkie, Roxie at the time, my first visit with her sticks in my mind like yesterday. I also had a wonderful Rottweiler who suffered tremendously after a spaying done by a city veterinarian. I took her to see multiple vets in Toronto, all of whom were clearly intimidated, and in some cases even outwardly frightened of her. Obviously, the vet's lack of confidence in those situations didn't create a great experience for my beloved dog. When I took her to see Sharon, I remember the patience and kindness Sharon showed. She did not approach my dog. She sat across from me and spoke to me about my health concerns for my dog. Within about 15 minutes, my dog walked up to Sharon, sat between Sharon's legs, and Sharon asked permission to examine her. My dog loved her from that moment on. Sharon's farm clinic is the most relaxing, wonderful place to bring your sick pet. Food for the soul! Soon we'll be adopting a new pet and will bring our pets to her as well. Sharon Kopinak is AWESOME!

We first went to see Sharon over 20 years ago. Our 8 year old cat,Happy, had been ill for awhile and had chewed off all the fur on had legs and stomach. Our Toronto vet said he had allergies and was giving him steroid shots that were only making him worse. We got Sharon's name from someone who said she literally saved her cat's life. It was strange at first because it's definitely not a typical vet experience. Shoring put him on many Herbal tuntures and supplements and ointments and in a diet if real foods - no more cat foods and had us read basic books in animal care car. It was challenging at first, but we thought we would have to put down our beloved pet and thought it worth the effort. It took time, but eventually Happy became healthy again and lived to the age of 20. We also became interested in what Sharon was prescribing and since most were also for humans, started on different remedies ourselves. Sharon is a very experienced professional with backgrounds in both traditional and homeopathy and a special clinical natural intuition that makes her rare and priceless . if you're looking for a quick fix, then she's not for you. Go to the kind of vet that will spend 15 minutes with your pet hive you a bottle if something and present you with a big bill. If you're willing to put in the time to learn about your pet and it's care and want a vet who is wise and truly cares about all animals then go to Sharon and be thankful for having someone like her to go to.

Had to take my french bulldog for emergency c section, staff and doctors were awesome. I couldn't have asked for more in this stressful situation, came in crying, left with my fur baby and her fur babies in smiles. They made it an amazing experience. Thank you! Also i feel the need to mention the low star rated and comments that are posted maybe didn't consider that they are an emergency hospital and that yes they may be a little costly due to that, otherwise they are quality care and compassionate about what they do.

I took my dog here for the first time after his nail was cracked from playing in the back yard. After having not the best of luck at another vet, Kortright was recommended to me by a friend. They were absolutely amazing and fixed my puppy's nail without him being in any pain. They treated him so well and they were very understanding about my budget. Great experience with Dr. Kraft, but they wanted to charge $25 for a printed report of my pet's visit and CBC results. I wanted it for my records to keep my pet's health file updated and track her progress with an ongoing problem. I've never heard of a clinic charging for a copy of blood results/ visit notes, especially after a $500 visit, the results are usually a given. It seems unreasonable to me to charge clients for a copy of their records. I'm still giving 3 stars because Dr. Kraft was attentive and I had a good experience with him, but as a vet student I'm disappointed in the service regarding charging for a copy of results. I offered to come to the clinic to pick up a print out or to have them emailed. All other clinics I've ever visited have e-mailed and forwarded results without cost.

Very nice staff at the Kortright Animal Hospital! A couple days ago, we went in as an emergency; however, they were able to treat Murphy as soon as possible despite that they were booked in until probably 5 pm. Dr. Kraft was very thorough and made me feel assured about Murphy's status. I loved the picture of Murphy that was printed on the back of our instruction sheet to take home as it was very touching. What touched me the most was being able to see Murphy back up and happy the next morning I walked him, it was definitely a big relief, and therefore, I am very thankful to the Kortright Animal Hospital team!

My dog has multiple medications that he needs to take daily. However every time I called in advance (sometimes even multiple days) for a refill and I came in to pick up the medication, they forgot to fill my dog's medication or even forgot to ask the vet for the permission for a refill. This happened multiple times, thus making me wait another half hour to an hour despite the advanced notice.

Amazing place! I first brought my dog here 10 years ago for an initial checkup (first took her to Royal city vet hospital where they literally charged me an arm and a leg for the same appointment) and never looked back. The staff is kind, knowledgable and truly care about all their furry patients. My dog got stung by a bee and had an allergic reaction, she had a cyst the size of a quarter that had raptured and she was in a lot of pain. We drove down here (this was on a Saturday afternoon), although they were closed, the vet happened to be in checking on some other animals, he took us in, cleaner up her wound and gave her medicine. He informed us because this was not their regular business day they could not issue a bill until the following business day; we returned only to find out we were charged for just the medicine. This kind of generosity and kindness is the reason I refer all of my friends to Woodlawn Veterinary Hospital and recommend to everyone, this truly is the most caring place.

Take our new puppy here for shots and check ups. The clinic is spacious and comforting for humans and their pets. We were also here years ago when our cat was critically ill. The staff was kind and considerate, especially to our 4 young children. The exam room easily fits the 6 if us and our pets.

I had to take my cat in for bowel issues and Dr. Farley and the team went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of and I felt comfortable. Great cat-centric care in downtown Guelph. Getting appointments and urgent appointments is never an issue. Vets are highly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Staff seem to genuinely care about their feline patients. Follow up is excellent — we generally get calls after appointments to be sure all is going well with our kitty again. Pricing seems fair, as fair as one finds in veterinary medicine these days, anyway. Highly recommend.

My cat ate a piece of his toy and had it lodged in his digestive tract and was extremely ill since he couldn't pass it. I was a distraught mess and my cat needed surgery. I called around to a couple of vet offices and the prices varied and they weren't entirely transparent. Cat Clinic made time to meet with me the same day and gave me a couple of quotes based on best and worse case scenarios. The price was good in comparison to other vet clinics and they kept me in the loop about all the fees. My cat was a very difficult patient and despite this they took very good care of him. I also have never met a veterinarian who called when they say they would call and were very informative about the procedure. I just brought my cat home and got a follow-up the next day. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. All cats should come here.

Words cant even describe how valuable I find the care at RCVH. The people there are nothing short of incredible in the way that they interact both with their patients and with the humans that accompany them. I have been going there since I moved here in 2011 and have never questioned it once. whenever there is a concern that Dr. Drewry thinks is out of her scope of practice or she wants a second opinion, she refers me to the right specialist (Both times it was OVC for neurology for my border collie cross) and after the consult, we meet again to go over next-steps and treatment plans which always have the animals needs at front of mind. Every SINGLE tech, receptionist, and veterinarian that I have dealt with there has been compassionate, caring, and thoughtful. They do what they can to provide the best course of action, and are transparent in their beliefs of what is best for the animal. I have had to make "the hardest choice" while my animal was in the care of RCAH and while it was devastating for me, I knew without a doubt it was what was best for the cat. There was never a moment I felt that Dr Drewry wavered on her response. During the good times and the hard times, I can honestly say that I would trust the staff at RCAH to take care of my animals and communicate with me professionally and with empathy at all times. I think sometimes we forget how hard their job is, and how much support they provide the animals (and each other) each and every single day when the door closes or your animal goes into another room for testing. THANK YOU RCAH for all that you do each day to keep our animals healthy and happy! MUCH LOVE

This is going a few years back but I still wouldn't recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. At the time, my now husband and I were waiting for his Dad to bring our two year old Swiss Shepard (Koda) home after his weekend away. Once his Dad got home he had called my husband down because he noticed Koda was just laying in the back of his Dad's hatchback not himself. My husband and his Dad had moved him out of the vehicle and tried to figure out what was the problem. My husband called me down and said we need to get him to his vet as he was at this point seizuring. We got him in the car again and took him five minutes down the road to Royal City. When we had got there the vet came out to examine him and had said he would need an IV but we needed to go to the University clinic. As we are leaving the vet tells us "sorry that I'm about to do this but that's going to be $200.00" so now not only do we having a dying dog in the car, now we need to pay this vet that couldn't actually help but hook up an IV. I get they need to make money but the vet at the time knew very well our Koda couldn't be saved and that's what infuriating. They have no sympathy, they couldn't care if your animal was dying and you needed to go else where for treatment, they're crooks and I hope no one else has to go through this. For your "sorry that's going to be $200.00" Im sorry you get one star really Royal City Animal Hospital should be getting zero stars for their lack of empathy. Seriously, go anywhere else but here!!!!

I had an appointment with the vet last week for a physical on my 7year old Maltese Poodle. The vet did an eye check and informed us he has cataracts. The vet referred us to a Opthalmolgist for $330.00 dollar bill on top of the other vet bills that day. Hearing this news stressed and saddened us as animal lovers should. I figured I would get a second opinion and took my dog to Guelph Lake Veterinary Hospital. I thought since my dog is to young to get cataracts. Might be something else like diabetes causing the cataracts if he does have them. The vet (Scott) did the tests required to find out if he has diabetes or cataracts. The results came back negative for both tests. We we're so relieved. I wouldn't recommend Royal City Animal Hospital to take your animal for veterinarian problems or concerns, unless you want unnecessary results and stress. On the other hand I would highly recommend Royal City Groomers, which is no longer associated with the veterinarian side.

I just went and paid bill for my daughters cat to be put down for a 90 minute visit just over 1000.00 dollars.My young daughter was told about 1000.00 to save cat that she loved.You took a blood sample to look under microscope very cheap to do.Gave cat a cathedral also very inexpensive. My daughter was than told worst urinary track infection you had seen and nothing you could do their and could send to Toronto if wanted to spend a lot more.She than said no as told good chance cat would not survive.You should have told her from beginning that cat should be put down. My point is you charge my daughter 1000.00 dollars for a 90 minute visit no surgery and very little cost to Cornell vet.You should have in the least cut her bill in half since you told her their was nothing you could do there.You do the math on what you charged per hour 650.00 a hour with no surgery and little cost to you.I'm sorry but you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of someone when they are upset.Never again will I visit your animal hospital and will make sure to tell everyone I know with a sick animal to go anywhere but here.Russ.

Almost a year ago our Greyhound (Hannah) ran head-first into a post in our backyard and fractured her scapula. We got a referral to OVC for $3500 after receiving an initial referral from Oakville Mississauga Emergency Veterinary Hospital for $8000. We chose to go with OVC because they had better google reviews and we're very glad we did! From the moment we arrived, staff were waiting outside to help us bring her in and get her settled in an exam room. They had already received the x-rays from our vet and sent a surgeon in to speak with us within 20 minutes of arriving. The surgeon got down on the floor with us, patting and talking to Hannah, while she explained the surgery and recovery process to us. The vet technicians and reception were all very friendly, knowledgeable and comforting in what was probably the scariest week of our lives. Most importantly, all the staff were gentle and kind to Hannah during her stay. They were transparent in everything they were doing with Hannah, provided cost estimates up front, and even came in UNDER cost estimate at $3300 for the surgery. We got two calls a day while Hannah was in their care to update us on how she was doing and they allowed us to come visit her the day after her surgery. The post-surgery care was exceptional - we were able to call any time with questions for the surgeons and vet technicians and the cost of ongoing x-rays was reasonable ($230 each time). Hannah recovered fully from her fractured scapula and she doesn't even have a scar or a limp to prove it! Hannah is our whole entire world and we accept nothing but the best care for her, which is why we wouldn't hesitate to bring her back to OVC for any further emergency veterinary care. BIG thank you to all of the OVC staff for taking the best care of our little girl!!

OVC gave my little rat Rose wonderful treatment and an extra long stay to monitor her as she has a history of pulling out sutures. They gave me daily updates in full detail and made sure I was fully prepared to care for Rose post surgery. I am very thankful I found Victoria Road Animal Hospital. In May of this year, I lost my baby bunny while in the care of another vet just hours after she was spayed due to a lack of care and poor judgment. It was a traumatic experience that made it difficult (almost impossible) for me to trust another veterinarian to neuter my newest bunny. I spent weeks and weeks researching rabbit savvy vets, using a list of recommended vets on a rabbit Facebook group and reviews on Facebook, Google and VetRatingz. I compiled a list of potential veterinarians with high ratings, reviewed their websites, and made a few appointments with my top choices so I could meet the veterinarians in person (really helps with building trust). When I met Dr. Harris, I immediately knew I would be able to trust him. It was evident that he was knowledgeable, compassionate, trustworthy, and most importantly, understanding. Dr. Harris and his staff were aware of my previous experience and were amazing at keeping my worries at bay. They felt my pain and they loved my fur baby (Moufette) like their own. Dr. Harris performed the surgery with the assistance of Tara. The surgery went great and Moufette was back to being his crazy self within 24 hours. They allowed me to visit Moufette as soon as he woke up from surgery and take him home only a few hours after, which was extremely comforting for me as I knew he would recover better at home. On top of all this, I was able to send a picture of Moufette’s incision directly to Dr. Harris when I was worried that it looked abnormal (of course it was just me worrying). It’s very, very rare that a vet will acknowledge that you know your fur babies best, and they did just that. So, thank you Dr. Harris, Tara, Michelle and the rest of the staff. You guys are a phenomenal team and I am incredibly grateful. TL;DR: I 110% recommend them!

Had to take my Lovebird in at 3am on a Sunday when he showed worrying symptoms. Dr. Alex was very professional in explaining what he was looking for physically and certain things I should be keeping an eye on as well. He was also very clear in cost estimations of medications + overnight emergency care costs which made leaving my pet at the clinic less stressful All the receptionists, including the overnight + regular ones in the afternoon, were extremely helpful and prompt when doing the paperwork Although the clinic is too far for regular non-emergency visits from Toronto, it definitely was worth the few hours drive for the piece of mind to make sure he was cared for properly

Dr Nicky Brown is amazing. My 2 special needs cats had chronic diarrhea for months and no one could figure out the issue but her! She is very understanding (I'm a student so I don't have millions of dollars to spend) and caring, she called to check in with their progress once a week :) The only thing I'm not a huge a fan of at this office is the veterinary assistants / reception staff, you pretty much need to stand in front of them for 5 minutes before they look up from their screen to acknowledge you... also they've messed up my appointment times, forgot to give me half of the medication the vet prescribed, and run out of stock of medication and food and don't seem to notice or order any more until you are in the office wanting to purchase it. They are super busy though, and everyone makes mistakes. Worth putting up with it for the veterinarian!

Have a ferret that was choking (quite common for them), and called the vet's 24 hour line - twice. The Vet techs, different ones each time, talked me through and were very kind and helpful and didn't try to pressure me to drive to Guelph and pay the emergency fee. The ferret was fine as it turned out (common again), but based on this experience I would highly recommend this animal hospital, and will use them again if (fingers crossed not) there is another emergency.

I have a bulldog that has had skin issues forever, I’ve switched vets a few times, spent a lot of money trying to figure things out. This vet is the only one that’s come up with a permanent solution (long term prescription) that’s worked. My 8 year old English bulldog is basically a puppy again and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Dr Mazzocco helped me and the dog out big time. I’ve given it a month or so before writing this, I’d recommend this guy to anybody. Explains everything well and genuinely cares

I took my pregnant guinea pig (shes older and was put with a male that was supposed to be neutered) the level of expertise and compassion that Dr. Kendra and the other staff has is amazing. Its an hour and a half drive and well worth it. I wont be taking any of my piggies anywhere else. Price for x-rays and exams were really fair. Knowing that they are open 24 hours has truly put my mind at ease.

We love this Clinic, the Vets are helpful, they explain what is going on and are not afraid to teach. We have 3 dogs right now and have been through many different situations, emergencies, etc with our dogs and Campus has been there for us in all of them. We love the attitude and the entire feel of the energy of the clinic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any pet owners.

Like the vets here. New vet Dr Ian...met him recently...good, caring get. Like the location and the building. A sense of warmth and those on the front desk very welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and somehow seem to remember me. Love the vets who work here...they are awesome. Unfortunately I haven't met those who work in the back...the techs, etc but I get the sense everyone who works here loves animals. Also, they sell some food, toys, etc.

Highway 24 Veterinary is the BEST! Sometimes you don't realize how good until you have been elsewhere. For years we have brought our fur babies to Hwy 24 but two years ago, we moved to Toronto. I have now been to three different vets in Toronto and although I think I have found a good one, nothing even comes close to Hwy 24. From the moment you walk into Hwy 24 Vet, you are greeted like family. The front desk staff treat you as though you are their most important client. They welcome your pet by name and seem to genuinely care about your pet. The Vets are incredible. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything, and they also have such warmth and compassion towards your pet. It feels like family and you don't completely get it until you are dealing with another clinic. I would drive from Toronto to Hwy 24 if the darn 401 wasn't always so congested. It would be worth the drive. I miss you all - keep up the amazing work, support and true service that you provide better than anyone.

Parents always used to take our family pets there and had good experiences. Having my own dog now i thought I'd continue. First experience was fine. Second time i booked an appointment and when i got there waited for 20 minutes then someone finally came to me and said 'sorry the rooms are full, do you mind of we just take your dog to the back and look at him'. Catching me off guard i allowed it. Third time, same experience. If you make an appointment shouldn't there be a room and doctor for you. Not to mention the costs are pretty high. I found a new vet in guelph. Way better service and the fees are better.

The staff is amazing. Very easy going. So helpful and patient over the phone even though I had so many questions. Not to mention its so obvious upon walking in that every single person in the building has a love for animals and want to help in any way they can. I’m very impressed and I’m so happy I found this place! Will recommend to everyone I know.

Wonderful caring front staff Dependable and caring surgical and recovery staff. The veterinarian staff are so caring and dedicated to ensure best care for my furry family members. They see beyond to find the answers needed. The communication and dedication between all staff is so reassuring. They take those extra steps to make sure all my "kids" are monitored and feel like home. Another successful surgery behind us and positive transition home. In a crisis or just standard concerns Hwy 24 has become an extension to our family over the past 15+ years.

Kristi is the best pet greeter on the planet and knows almost all the pets by name when they come in. Took my cat here 2 years ago after he was bitten by another cat. The service was okay at first, except that the vet tried to reassure me by telling me that my cat was clearly happy because he was purring while his wound was being cleaned. I mean, I can see them telling a child that, but I am an adult and I know enough about cats to know that they purr when in shock, too. The vet also told me that the cat needed very expensive surgery to get the skin to regrow on the place where he was bitten, that otherwise the spot would stay bald. We decided against it and in the end the fur grew back just fine. Now, 2 years later, I made an appointment at a different vet and they asked me to have Silvercreek Animal Hospital email them the cat's records... Well apparently there's a $95 fee for that. For an email. I do understand that services cost money, but come on, that's the price of an actual check up. Not how you promote loyalty guys!

Noticed yesterday morning that my sweet senior rabbit was not her usual self and became very worried that she might have a case of gut stasis (a medical emergency in bunnies). I contacted Dr. Beckstead on the recommendation of a close friend and I'm so so glad that I did! She got me in right away and examined my bun thoroughly with a level of confidence and experience that I have not witnessed from any other vet who has handled her before. She outlined all of the costs and treatment options, I felt ZERO pressure, and all of the fees were excellent value for the treatment being received. All treatment was done in the exam room right in front of me. Even when we left, Dr. Beckstead and Sam let me know that they were on call through the night as well should an emergency arise. Her treatment was a literal lifesaver and today Rosie seems well on her way to recovery - she's got her pep back and is eating and pooping again, though we're still keeping a close eye on her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Tamara is a crook she “de scabbed” my dogs sunburn with out any pain meds that caused him huge trauma to the point that he ended up biting me. She charged both myself and my husband for charges we didn’t consent to and then when we refused to pay the bill she sent it to collections!! Don’t take your animal here go to Speedvale animal hospital they’re cheaper and more compassionate for your animals.

Don’t go to this place you are wasting lots of money for the worst service!!!!! I’m going to the vet at Gordon’s they gave me the best package deal 400$ plus tax for 4 vet visits 1 full year of nail trimming dog training class as well!!!!! Great package deal for a new puppy!!!!! I recommend going there then this place the vet looks like a clown doesn’t care about your pets hurts them when cutting nails the go alll the way in so it hurts them sometimes may cause bleeding they only wanna take your money they don’t care about your pets!
