Highly recommend! The best physio clinic in Barrie and the only place I’ll get IMS! Mandi literally takes my pain away every visit. I’ve been getting regular treatments for over 4 years now and I’m as mobile in my 40s as I was in my 20s, with less pain. Jeanine, physiotherapist and IMS practitioner was wonderful. She listened carefully to me about my problem and came up with an effective treatment plan. It was clear she was very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. She was able to relieve my pain in a few short treatments. For some of my visits Janine was precepting and she was a worthy and sensitive role model for the student physiotherapist. I would have no hesitation in recommending Janine to anyone. The office is also excellent. The location is perfect, with big windows overlooking the bay, an uplift even before you start. The office staff are very friendly and efficient. I wasn't sure how it started or what caused it, but it nearly put a stop to some of my day to day activities. I live a very active life style, so I was hoping to get some quick help. My daughter was in a car accident and we very lucky to have been recommended to Sports Medicine. Anik has been amazing in her recovery so far, he takes his time to listen and explain things. He is always on time and never rushes. A pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very impressed with the combination of professionalism, empathy and multiple vectors of treatment. Not only is the goal to restore/heal whatever issue you have, it is also to educate you on how to not become injured again, if possible. Having said that, you will be treated as a human being with an injury, not as an injury to a human being. As an aside, the facility is immaculate, easy to find and parking is ample. I have used CoM many, many times over the years for multiple injuries as well as my son trained there while honing his tennis skills before heading to Spain to play. Most recently I have undergone double knee replacement surgery (on the same day) and was at CoM day four after surgery. It is still early in the game for me as I'm only on day 71 but I have every confidence I will meet and exceed my recovery time and performance expectations with the team at Concept working with me to ensure I regain full quality of life. I also have respect for how the business is run; they are timely with appointments, and the team leader, Tom Swales, is the most knowledgeable person in all things body related that I have ever met. He has earned my respect and implicit trust over the years that both my son and I have needed his group's services. I could not reccomend a team of individuals more!!

Very unprofessional in regards to sending information ahead of time. Had an appointment which they required a Par Q+ filled out in which they didnt email me or notify me about it until I arrived at their establishment. Had to rebook for another day after taking the day off and pay for the assessment, on top of that they made me repay for another assessment. If it wasnt required for a testing that I needed I would never spend a dollar here again. 0/5 stars if able.,

Nat was great at helping me to identify and correct a number of issues that were significantly impeding my quality of life. She was great, and pleasant even in otherwise uncomfortable situations. The team at Bearcreek Physiotherapy are phenomenal!!!!!! I was treated by Denise for an underlining issue that I have seeked out help for, for many years with no success and Denise made me feel better than I have in over 10 years. I then started to get treatments by Dr.Matt as well and between the two of them I really have had so much improvement. Another one of my family members saw Danielle, the other Physiotherapist in the office with an injury and Danielle helped tremendously. The injury is gone and there’s no pain. That’s 3 professionals I can’t refer and praise enough to everyone. They make you feel very comfortable. They have so much knowledge in their field and they are honest. They do not take advantage of you if you are covered by insurance. They never push you. The front desk ladies are very friendly and welcoming as well. Most recently, I have been seeing Ashish Patel for my shoulder and back pain and I must say, he is the most friendliest, generous and professional individual that I have ever had the pleasure working with. Sebastian is very knowledgeable. He is a warm person and a great communicator. I have had great results each time I have gone to see him. Whenever possible, he teaches you how to do exercises that will speed your recovery, and reduce the number of visits you will need. Recently, following an injury, I was referred to another place for a different type of physiotherapy treatment. After a couple of weeks I knew it was not working. One session with Sebastian and I was much better, and he gave me homework to do that improved my condition even more. I should have started there!

I first contacted this place on January 23rd after my disability worker told me to. She stated I have to see a therapist first b4 I can get a scooter. I was advised by skill builders I have to pay $193. Explained to them i am sure disability pays or my worker would have told me otherwise. Worker stated that yes they do pay. It took a while to reach worker and I don't understand why someone at this place wouldn't know that. Disability approved this and skill builders called last week to tell me someone will call in 1-2 days. Told them I just found out my CANCER has spread and surgery was cancelled. The reply I received was..do you.not want to go ahead with this. Unbelievable. A week passed..no call..called back. Told them have to start chemotherapy now so situation has changed. Told them after i get chemotherapy scheduled I will.book something..later that day someone called trying to schedule appointment AFTER I told them I will LET them know. I have never seen such terrible customer service..unknowledgeable staff and people who just don't listen. Two months have gone by and probably done with this place unless there manager Wendy returns my call and they apologize and they get someone here ASAP as I have waited long enough and need this scooter ASAP. I advised skill builders in JANUARY that scooter was going to be used for OUTDOOR use. Finally someone showed up here LATE and months later to only have me sign papers so she can get paid for DOING NOTHING. After I signed papers was told probably not going to get scooter because of the fact using it for OUTDOORS. They billed disability close to $200 for coming here for 20 minutes. SHAME on you for ripping off disability and giving me THREE MONTHS of HELL.
