I booked my appointment in October 2018 and the only available date was Dec 29th at that time, so I accepted it. After 2 month being in the waiting list, they cancelled my appointment the night before the appointment day. I lost my 2018 therapy allowance as Addict couldn't reschedule me in 2018. We understand that unforeseen stuff happens but not having a back up plan is absolutely unprofessional.

She was lovely, polite, professional and knowledgeable however the pressure of her massage simply wasn’t enough. Not only is the goal to restore/heal whatever issue you have, it is also to educate you on how to not become injured again, if possible. I have used CoM many, many times over the years for multiple injuries as well as my son trained there while honing his tennis skills before heading to Spain to play. Most recently I have undergone double knee replacement surgery (on the same day) and was at CoM day four after surgery. It is still early in the game for me as I'm only on day 71 but I have every confidence I will meet and exceed my recovery time and performance expectations with the team at Concept working with me to ensure I regain full quality of life. Had an appointment which they required a Par Q+ filled out in which they didnt email me or notify me about it until I arrived at their establishment. Had to rebook for another day after taking the day off and pay for the assessment, on top of that they made me repay for another assessment. It is impossible to get an appointment. I book months in advance, as suggested by them, and then the appointments are frequently canceled a few weeks prior, when it is nearly impossible to book another appointment. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who appreciates consistency and the ability to be able to actually book in advance and have your appointment honoured.
