ALAIR HOMES BARRIE came in with a responsive and affordable quote and began the work effort to finish our basement almost immediately. They use a very transparent budgeting tool that allows us to see the costing as the work progresses and when new features are requested to be added into the quote by us (customer) the total is updated to reflect the new total costs. This combined with their ability to add photos or product pictures, simplifies and keeps the process honest and informative. The teams of trades persons that Ryan sent for all the activities (HVAC, Carpentry, lighting, drywall, stone work) were all excellent at their trade and the results are clearly superior. We are very pleased with the results. Special thanks to Kal for his incredible carpentry work...he worked full days and was very focused! Great results, excellent online tools, friendly and respectful team. We will recommend them to our friends and family for sure. Very glad we called Alair Homes!

My experience purchasing a home from Pratt was great, the staff was very friendly and courteous. There were a couple of items that were not correct (I.E. The condo unit I bought on the price list showed I would get an underground parking but at time of purchase it was determined it would be above ground. And also the dollar amount for the stainless steel appliances when purchasing at The Brick we were told was not truly the amount we were told at time of purchase it amounted to less that what was said.) Aside from these two items that were a little bit of a disappointment due to incorrect information the experience purchasing my first home was great. I was treated with respect and everything was explained in a way that I could understand. And even though there were a couple things that were not correct listed above they were willing to work with me to try and compensate for the mistakes.

Horrible experience! We hired this company to install and finish a TimberBlock Home. There were several deficiencies identified by the inspector for the town which resulted in us not getting our final sign off. These include improper grading, improper stair heights etc. They did only the bare minimum to get the occupancy permit. Kitchen cupboard doors were installed upside down and not replaced. The roof started leaking in less than six months due to lack of sufficient venting. Attached is a photo of where the roof vent was installed. It appears to have been knocked out with a hammer rather than cutting a proper hole for the vent to be installed properly. All of these things are left to us to repair. I would not recommend this company.

Was adding an addition a couple of years ago to my home as my father had received news that he had cancer, we needed a contractor to look after everything so it would be easy on the family. Recieved the permit for demolition on our garage, but no building permit for the addition yet, so they tore down our garage immediately and then we waited....why would you ever teardown anything until you have the building permit in hand. When it only took a day to RIP down the garage...Months and months go by, then it was November. Winter, yah sure, we were done with this company by then, funny too all the work up to that point equaled exactly our deposit. Lol learned alot never ever again with Gregor Homes

Do not trust the positive reviews. This built is a complete disaster. Do not trust the pictures either - its also false advertising: there is no double door fridge with water/ice dispansor, no breakfast bar, no pot lights, kitchen cabinets are less then half in size than what they show in the brochure. The list goes on and on. Stay away from buying here and from the builder in the future.

Buyer beware. Products used for inside home (bathtub, toilet, cabinets) are of low quality. Also, be sure to ask about your kitchen layout before purchasing. Final layouts are not as advertised in brochure or on purchase agreement. Poor quality, poor customer service, unprofessional. Will update review if things change...

I live in a Bradley / Pratt home in the Innisfil area. Second owner. Would I purchased another Bradley or Pratt home. Absolutely not! They install cheap windows that do not last and fall apart. They also will not stand behind products that they sell. I asked them to come and look at the window which they did. Any normal person would be able to see that this window is just a piece of junk. It is one of those fake half-moon esthetic windows that go above a regular window. This is the only fake esthetic window on my home and the only window that is falling apart and that I have an issue with. You can see the window from the outside of the house but not the inside of the house. Regardless they sent the service manager out to take a look. I get an email telling me that the roof had shingles replaced so it could be leaking water in from there. That is nonsense. Tons of (Pratt / Bradley) houses lost shingles in the spring wind storm of 2018, perhaps they were installed improperly? Why is it that McGregor Homes did not lose shingles? Basically told by Bradley homes that my window is out of warranty so they shouldn’t be responsible at all.

I called Bradley homes and got in touch with Marg at the design centre. She went out of her way to help me try to figure out what colours were used even though I am not a current customer.
