The rudest receptionists imaginable. Like literally the worst. Appointments are 40min late and super rushed when you actually see the doctor. Don’t even bother going to this place, it’s a joke.

I was warned about the incredibly long waiting time so was prepared for it. What I did not expect was the attitude by the female dermatologist, very unapproachable on the verge of being rude. I will take my hard earned taxes money elsewhere. The staff working there are nice.

Reception refused to book an appointment for me when I called to find out about my age spots. She simply said I should see my family doctor for a referral to a dermatologist. Shocked they turned my business away. I will go somewhere else.

Dr Wever is friendly but I need someone who's able to see me and kids when needed. I called today for same-day appointment and both her and her back up were very busy so they couldn't see my son. Tomorrow is not available cause both Dr wever and her back up are both off I find that unacceptable. Next available appointment is in 2 weeks or I can take few minutes off work and call daily until get available time SO what ever works for them. UNPROFESSIONAL

I was really nervous heading into my first visit with Dr. Stacie. I was so worried about looking overdone or puffed out with fillers and not having any expression left if I got botox. She and her team took the time to explain how the different products work to help me look natural and still like me. She recommended just a small amount of filler to lift my cheeks and nasal folds and some botox to soften the frown area in my forehead. I came home from my appointment and my husband said I looked literally 10 years younger! The filler results are immediate, the botox takes a week or two to set in, and once it did, I looked less stressed and well rested, not frozen and stiff. I still had expressions in my face, but the hard lines of stress were gone!! You can tell Dr. Stacie LOVES what she does and she is a true artist when it comes to using the right products for every person who sees her. She was genuinely thrilled with how happy I was with the results. She takes the time to hear your concerns, and works with her clients to make sure they are thrilled. I wouldn't trust anyone else with these treatments. Thanks Dr Stacie and team!

Dr.Stacie Weber is amazing and knows exactly what she is doing. She fixed my undereye area after a medispa in barrie refused to dissolve the juvaderm ultra. I know it might take another round to dissolve the filler but it's 80% better after one visit with her. It didn't hurt and I am so happy and relieved she was able to fix it. I think she is amazing, as well as her staff. Honestly words cannot express the happiness I'm feeling that she was able to fix this 💜

After a not-so-satisfying experience with previous injections from another establishment, I went to see Dr Barb and her amazing staff, where I should’ve gone in the first place. From the moment I walked in the door for my consultation, I knew I was in the right place. The greeting, the atmosphere, the attention to detail were all outstanding. I felt beautiful coming in and even more beautiful upon exit. Dr Barb and her staff are all very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. An encouraged follow up appointment was equally as amazing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions.

Had a red spot on my cheek - burst vessel, I think that wouldn't clear. Dr. Rainer was able to use the laser to quickly and painlessly treat the spot and within a day or so all the redness was gone and the blemish permanently removed. Good experience, would recommend to others. Alexa asked for a Google review which I'm happy to share!

Dr.Barb makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. Even on her busiest days she takes her time to go over everything with you. You never feel like you’re being rushed out of the clinic without answers. I had botox done,,, it turned out exactly how I expected it to! She gives you that nice fresh face look with out over doing anything. I looked natural and smooth after the botox set in. Dr.Barbs staff team where pleasant and professional. I walked in as a patient, then walked out feeling like I was a friend.
