I frequent this pool in the winter months. The front counter staff usually dont look like they are enjoying their day. The lockers in the mens washroom have faulty or sticky mechanisms on the latch that require some brute force to open. Pool itself is great! There are floaty toys, beach balls, and even a rope swing.

Haven't been there in a while so the staff might be different. I took a class there as a kid. A girl did something really rude to me during the class, started an argument, and the staff without hesitation turned on me and were hostile towards me over nothing that I did. I left the class and later asked for a refund because I didn't want to be in that environment, and was refused. I've had a bad taste for this place ever since.

I'm a member here and I thought, in the beginning, that this place was awesome, it has so much to offer, but I soon realized that the pool was always booked, but you can still go to the hot tub. I bought some gym support for myself to make it easier with my injuries when I train and I had them in a small gym bag so I don't have to carry them all around and when I got to the fitness center they told me (very rudely) I wasn't allowed to have the small bag there and asked me to go downstairs and drop it in my locker. So they expected me to go around and carry all my support bands, wrist support, water bottle and etc around the fitness center. They were so rude about it so I do not feel like I want to go back! Feel disappointed, humiliated and regrets that I ever bought a membership here!!

I've never once had a nice experience at this pool. In the summer it's too warm to cool down, too expensive and too far to go to instead of a lake. In the winter it's freezing, and still too expensive and far. So I'm not exactly sure what this pool is useful for. It seems as though the staff adjust the building temperatures to their own liking, with no concern for customer satisfaction or comfort. They seem to have no regard for customer opinions. Every time I go there I see frustrated customers and their children upset and crying or even balling in some cases because of how cold the pool room and change room is. After brining my concern about temperature to an employee they seemed to show little to no concern for my grievance and continued to explain to me that I only have thirty minutes from time of payment until I ask for a refund or I'm not entitled to that refund. It took my spouse and I almost fourty-five minutes to finally decide that it was far too cold. Unfortunately we didn't know there was a time limit on refunds so hopefully this review helps someone who is about to bring their lovely family here only to have their afternoon ruined.

I started going here about 3 weeks ago after being both a Goodlife and Fit4Less member in the past. CGC is so much better in so many ways. You have the bonus of the pool, hot tub and sauna, plus the track that neither of those gyms offer. On top of that the equipment in the workout room is top notch in comparison. Every staff member I have interacted with thus far has been incredibly helpful, even encouraging and uplifting. The feel of the gym in general is very friendly. I usually have a lot of anxiety walking into a workout room, but not here. The staff is always willing to help out if you have any questions about any of the machines. Why didn't I join sooner?!

I find the prices for normal participation (ie, swims) are prohibitively expensive. $24 for two people to go swimming is a little ridiculous. There are $3 swim nights in the schedule, but just be prepared for the steep price if you show up at any other time. Otherwise it's a lovely looking facility.

The LeBrun Recreation Centre has meeting rooms, preschool room, gymnasium, community hall etc. It is a good place to organize any events. I attended couple of events there. It has sufficient free parking for the participants or guests. The drawback of this centre is it doesn’t have wheelchairs access to all the floors.

AKA: Bedford Lions Den. Often overlooked since the larger Hammonds Plains Community Centre opened its doors, this location has a gymnasium, meeting and classrooms as well as a hall with full commercial kitchen for weddings receptions and other events. New in late 2018, an all new HD projector and audio system, thanks to the Bedford Lions Club, who also run a bar for events in the hall.

Attended a birthday party here with my toddler. I'm visually impaired, so I found the layout to be a bit confusing. As well, the bathrooms were in pretty rough shape. It's too bad they can't afford to fix up the place. On the other hand, it seems pretty affordable to host a birthday party there. It's a big room, lots of space for the kids. There's also a great little playground outside.

BEST. DAYCARE. HANDS DOWN! Barbra and Irene are wonderful and you will get a sense the moment you walk in that the people here actually care for the development and well being of your children. They practice an INCLUSIVE environment and use curriculum from the PreK. My little loves the teachers and its nice to hear them all say good morning when we arrive. They are great at communication any will help you/child in any areas your children are struggling.

This place is a hidden gem! There's a great selection of inexpensive classes, like fitness, guitar lessons, etc. And the membership is not required but is very inexpensive and has great perks. If you live in the area you should definitely look into what this place has to offer!

This community centre is amazing. They have many rooms for various activities such as Square Dancing, Judo, Ballet, Junior Boxing, a Literacy program, and a meeting room for various activities. The building is wheelchair accessible and is extremely clean.
