When I lived in Newfoundland (from birth until 20) I regularly saw Doctors McGrath and Ivany. I always found them very attentive and caring. Whenever I come home I always make an appointment to get a full check done and usually see them for my pre-natal referral. They are awesome!!

Absolute terrible service. Had to wait a week to get in, my appointment was for 10:20, I was waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment to see my doctor. Once I finally seen her at 11:00, she wasn't even in the room with me for 10 minutes. I felt like I was being rushed out of there.

We came to this practice 5 years ago when we first moved to Canada from the States. We found the facility to be clean, staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, and wait times to be minimal. Our family doctor (Leonard) was very easy to talk with and patient in listening to any concerns or questions we had. What we most appreciated about Dr. Leonard was that she took the time to offer options of treatment and allowed us the space to decide what might be the best course of action. We highly recommend Anderson Avenue Family Practice and we hope we find the same level of care wherever we go (as we have recently moved out of the country).

Doctor does not listen to his patients. Had to fight with him to get my blood test results. Argeed it was for confidentiality purposes...they have foolish polices there. I believe I had ''special treatment" for personal reasons the doctor didn't like me and his pactrice reflected this. Had to book specialist through him and he claimed I missed appointment. He sent a letter to the wrong address instead of calling me and blamed his receptionist. Also Charges late fees for missed appointments. All posters and pamphlet are sponsored drug ads and miss leading information. Pamphlet on how great milk is for you sponsored by milk association of Canada for example. Of course they would say it good for you. Doctors there live in past haven't read medical journal or peer reviews since med school.

I had an appointment at 2:30 pm with Dr. McDonald which was booked about a month ago. I got 2 hours off from work to be there at 2:25 pm. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was 2:20 pm. The secretary for Dr. McDonald was very disrespectful and rude with 0 client/patient service skills. After she agreed to talk to doctor, I was told I have to get re-booked and pay $30.00 which obviously I didn't agree to. I never received any email or text to confirm my appointment. I just moved from Toronto, Ontario and I never had such a problem before. I do not recommend this clinic/GP to anyone.

Dr. Bishop is amazing. Been seeing her for 5+ years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else :) she really takes the time to listen to ur problems and help the best way she can! :) I have nothing negative to say about this clinic. I've also seen Dr Quinton and Dr. Metcalf a couple times when Dr. Bishop wasn't in, and they were incredible as well! :) and all the girls on the desk r super nice too :)

Dr. Quinton has been nothing short of amazing to my and my girlfriend. Not only does she really know what she's talking about but you can tell that she genuinely cares. Whether it be emotional or physical pain you are experience you can be sure that she will help you out. Also, the clinic has a ten minute rule that makes sure they always on time. I would recommend Aberdeen Family Medicine to everyone and anyone!
