Picture Perfect Window Cleaning do not appear to have any accreditation with the Better Business Bureau of Winnipeg, MB. This company has proven to be unprofessional, their quality work is poor at best and they have been extremely unreliable in showing up to complete contracts. This review is based on the performance of three separate contracts. Their quotes undercut similar businesses by two to three times, and it is clear one gets what they pay for in this instance. If I was able to give a zero out of five stars review, I would. This site will only allow a review that gives at least one star. True review is 0/5.

Picture Perfect came out to clean our daycare windows and did an amazing job. We are located on a busy street and our windows hadn't been done in years. They were grimy and disgusting. Will never use or recommend this company. Booked to have windows cleaned on August 23rd in the Lac du Bonnet area. While cleaning the third window the crew got a wasp bite and felt they had to leave. The office re-scheduled for September 1st. On August 31st they called to re-schedule again because another client in the area had cancelled. I told them I was disappointed but agreed to their offered date of September 7th. We have moved furniture and taken wood grills off windows to accommodate the crew. They called this morning - September 7th at 9:10am - to cancel because they did not get any other bookings in the area and it is not worth it for them to send a crew out. They made a commitment and they should follow through with it. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never use this company nor will I ever recommend it. I would not give one star, they don't deserve it! 0 stars out of possible 5 is my rating. Do not use this company!

Ken and Amy went out of their way to fit my job into their schedule to make my house and pool deck look good for a big party I was having! The process was quicker than I anticipated which was great. The glass fence around my pool was very effected by river water from my sprinkler system on one side and chlorinated water from the pool on the other. It took some scrubbing and extra special cleanser but Ken got it all off and shiny clean.

This is an edited review. My first one was very negative. I didn't fully understand that this was a subcontractor of the company I hired, but regardless, my experience was negative at first, and after I left a negative review, I heard back from the company and they eventually took care of my situation quite well. It's clear that while there were issues, they're dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Last year was our first to have Rudy clean, inside and out, all but the basement windows of our thousand square foot home in Windsor Park. Rudy phoned to ask if we wanted his service once more. He did an excellent job and would have finished earlier if I had not shared with him the "wisdom of St. Augustine." Specifically, Augustine's advice (I'm paraphrasing) that whenever you are poised to declare something USELESS, look for the hidden usefulness. Augustine uses that phrase three times, "HIDDEN USEFULNESS." I told Rudy I find myself applying this advice to almost everything, every day. Between windows, Rudy indulged my "wisdom from Augustine" and said "That's good! I'm going to remember that." Anyway, Rudy charges a very fair price for a job well done. We chose Lambs for snow removal at my mother-in-law's house in Winnipeg this year after an unsatisfactory experience with another firm the previous winter. We live in Ohio, so all arrangements had to be made by telephone and/or the internet; Lambs made the process a "breeze"! Billing is done monthly to our Visa account through an automated process. The charges are very competitive for the Winnipeg area. In my wife's conversations with her mother, she is extremely pleased with the service. The individuals who remove the snow are prompt, efficient, and service all areas of the property that we specified in our initial conversations. We intend to continue with Lambs snow removal service in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Have been a returning customer for 3 years. We are a big job and previously had felt like we were important to them. This year we were assured by Wendy in late September that for sure they would fit us in and we scheduled the earliest appointment they could accommodate us on. I called this morning (Nov 1) and confirmed the crew arrival time with Aaron for today. We rearranged lots of our furniture and prepared for their arrival. The crew showed up and indicated the job was too big and they wouldn"t do it. Aaron called and basically said sorry - no chance the job can be done this year. This is very, very frustrating particularly since Aaron has done this job personally before. Aaron also did not offer any credit or special consideration for this inconvenience. Eventually he suggested he could call other window cleaners and see if he could find someone to do the job - but it was pretty lame and pretty late, and certainly did not make us feel like a valued customer.
