It's a dirty job, and someone has to do it, and King's Services does it the best. I have had occasion over the last 20 years to utilize their septic pump out service and have always been satisfied. They are easy to reach out to, arrive on the scheduled time, and on more than one occasion assisted during an emergency call out when our septic field was frozen and were able to fit us in after closing hours with no extra charge. Wonderful to have that level of service at hand when needed. Friendly service, on time performance, knowledgeable. Two thumbs up from me.

Superb service from Ashley, Brent and Riley. I had a plumbing inspection and a faulty connection replaced at a great price. Very thorough and personable, answered all my queries / questions, and even provided homeowner eduction for things that I could do myself in the future! My company uses a different septic service for portable toilets, but i seek out the King’s portable toilets because they’re always much cleaner as King’s services them weekly. You can check the service record on the inside doors. The sanitizers are usually full, the TP is stocked and they even use the quality urinal cakes. These factors make the work day that much better, so much that i felt compelled to write a google review on portable toilets. Thanks King’s.

King's service was terrific. I emailed with an inquiry to rent a portable toilet for a small family function on the August long weekend and they responded quickly. The payment transaction was easily done over the phone. The delivery was on time considering it is one of their busiest weekends. They took the time to set it up exactly where we needed it. Guy showed up on time and didn't break anything while fixing our frozen septic lines. He was calm, as clean as can be expected and knowledgeable. Above all else he did the job and was several hundred dollars cheaper than the other company I was referred to. Our guy was Tyler, he is the best.

Shane and Al attended my fathers home on Feb15, 2019. The kitchen sink was badly plugged and water was sitting in both kitchen sinks. We were asked to sign a waiver in case the pipe got fractured during the repair. I asked Shane to speak to my brother on the phone, as he takes care of my fathers finances. Shane explained it very well giving my brother detailed information in order to make a decision. I signed the waiver and the guys got on with the work. They both communicated with us well when we had any questions. They were very professional, fixed the problem, and were meticulously clean as they went. I've called Roto-Rooter several times since moving into an older house and they have been amazing every time! For an emergency they sent someone immediately. When I wanted to make an appointment to have a leaky faucet checked, they gave a very reasonable 2 hour window for an arrival time. The plumber showed up at the beginning of that period of time and was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He stayed within the quoted price for the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Great service and friendly staff. Main sewer was plugged because of roots. Called in around 7:30 pm (24h service!!), someone was there the next morning to take care of everything. Didn't give 5 stars only because their prices are higher than other companies we've dealt with, but their professionalism is unbeatable.

K'Lu was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Good company. My basement was flooded. He fixed the issue. Only thing is my basement is crowded. Everything had to be moved. Unfortunately , I don't have the strength to put it back. I will need to get help as he blocked the circuit breakers. I would recommend this company, as everything else was great.

Came home to leaks in the basement. Mr. Rooter staff is very friendly. We had the most amazing technician who was friendly even when things got difficult. He worked tirelessly so that we could use water again and explained everything thoroughly as he went. In the end the immediate problem was fixed. He did suggest a higher-priced service that couldn't be done that day but not sneakily. I watched the whole process and agree that something more needed to be done. I agree with a lot of people... the prices are quite exorbitant. In my case I didn't have many options but if you do, shopping around might be a good idea.

My septic pump failed and my tank was completely full and nothing was going down any drain. I called Chad (the owner/operator) at 1130am on a Saturday and he was at my place (near Oakbank MB) at 1400pm and emptied the tank. No other place was answering or returning my calls, he was the only one that returned my call. He also passed on a lot of his knowledge of septic systems, maintenance and good plumbing companies that can help with my issue. I'll be using his service's for my septic tank emptying from now on.
