Bought the guitar of my dreams here, a hollowed body electric. Awesome place, great staff and they have everything. Seems to be a gold mine for the people who need money, not the ones who Pawn crap. I was impressed with the great selection they have . Specially in the jewelry department. They have a profecional Jeweller his name is Pedro. He did some work on our diamond rings . It is hard to trust people in this days. Pedro is a trust wordy Jeweler. He is honest and very professional. My wife is very finicky when it comes to her expensive jewellery and found trust in Pedro and this great store. For that we will strongly recommend them.

Horrible customer service! Got a quote on a radio, came back a few days later when I was able to purchase. The same guy (bigger, long hair, woman features) had increased the price. When I told him he had quoted me a lower price just a few days earlier, he told me "should have bought it then!" Extremely rude and arrogant.

Bought articles stolen from my company JD Interlock & Landscapes INC. Was not found out until 6 months after when inventory was done. They were contacted and admitted they had bought all the merchandise but were unwilling to work with me to get back what they had not sold already. Promised calls back and never got them. This is My corperations bought and paid for property. We have Bill's of sale and serial numbers and the property they did have still should hsve been returned minus loses they incurred which I was more then willing to pay. Now we can just goto court and they can argue against all the recorded phone calls between us and I will ensure they pay our legal fees as well. Govern your actions accordingly.

I called asking about pawning a Wii and I was told I would get 50-60 plus accessories.Once I had arrived there someone else told me I could only get 30 and that they aren't allowed to give prices over the phone.I was confused because just 30 minutes before going there I called and the guy told me this. I asked the lady at the desk if she can go get the guy I talked to and she basically told me that there's two sides of the pawnshop and I must have talked to the other side because they share one phone line . So I asked her how come I wasn't put through to the pawn side when asking about pawning my Wii she then gave me a dumb look on her face and said nothing . Very poor costumer service.

Asked about the fee charged to pawn something there, and usually it's 30% at every other pawnshop. I've pawned here once and I was charged that 30% fee. Had a friend pawn there and it didn't add up. I called and asked about it, all I wanted to know was what the % fee was. Long story short, I was basically told that they charge you any fee they want based on what you get from them. She couldn't even given me the percent they charged my friend because they're too dumb to do simple math. Anyways, it doesn't make sense to do it this way at all, the customer deserves to know how the fee/charge is calculated.

Really disappointed!! Brought in a Dewalt cordless set that I asked them to sell. Not only did they not sell the item when I picked up the tools a week later 2 of the 3 batteries we're magically defective one's! Prior to bringing the tools in I charged the batteries and know 100% that they we're fine. The one's they gave me back had writing on them (which mine didn't) and now 2 of the 3 do not charge! Should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Horrible and disappointing experience all around!

It's the worst place to shop I would not recommend anyone shopping here. I bought a car battery from this store and the seller told me it was working. when I tried it I found it's not working, so when I asked to refund me, he refused and started making excuses. However I bought the seller to try it by his own self on my car, and actually he found it does not work. And still he refused reimbursing me. His dealing way with costumer was very bad and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place.

Bought 10 dvds 4 were unusable all but 2had scratches. I said I could not look at the dvds because they keep them separate from the case's. The young man said no problem I'll make sure when I put them back into their cases that everything was good. My fault partially because I should have insisted. Still not the store for me. A person's word is becoming so hard to trust in now. Now I'm the old man "back in my day". Hope this is helpful.

My boyfriend and I went to check out this store while we waited for the bus. When we first walked in I had to try to open the locked door by wiggling it so the two guys would notice us at the doors. Keep in mind its 1:20PM and the sign said open. One guy unlocked the door and left it shut. My boyfriend and I continued to go in the store pushing aside the discomfort. The manager was sitting in from of a tv with his tv table infront with a plate of food. It was odd because it was right in the entrence, we had to scooch betwen him and his table with his food. Meanwhile browsing around we saw a wii game for a steal of a deal. Started to look for a wii guitar to go with the game and asked the manger for his assistance because the guitars were hanging from the ceiling. He made us wait so he could contiue eating meanwhile he wasnt capible of reaching with a ladder. So my boyfriend had to grab a chair to check behind the counter for himself as the manager stands there. We couldnt find what we were looking for so we got just the $5 game with a $20 bill. First he didnt even have change for a $20. I asked if he had debt he responded with "its broke." I had to leave the store with no game wasting my time and missing my bus. We ended up getting change and coming back for the game. As we were leaving the guy who unlocked the door was literly pushing us out of the doors. We told him we wanted to stay for a mintue because we had fish and didnt want them to freeze but instead he said "i just want to" then mumbled a bunch of words while rasing his hand. Before I got change the same guy was smoking right inside the entrence, the owner couldnt remember where he put the game (it was beside his dinner which i the custumer had to search for) We walked out with a HORRIBLE first impression. I work in custumer service and this place should he shut down. Horrible staff, horrible managment. HORRIBLE store.

I walked in about days ago to grab 3 27" 1080P 144 Hertz TN panels from Asus but at 27" the pixel density can look either fine or just plan awful. Instead of trying to get the sale and me out the door they let me see a 27" 1080P and JESUS yeah....so I was happy moving up to 1440P knowing I had no regents. Very honest down to earth Individuals!

I bought a tv from here and 10 minutes into using it it crapped out. I called, I was able to exchange it but for exchange id have to pay tax. not only did the guy knowingly not give me my full change he also gave me a crappy broken exchange and would not take it back. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they smelled like mothballs, that maybe why the door was wide open with a rock wedged into it! Was unnecessarily grabbed by the arm only to be told the store is closed when in fact the DOOR WAS WIDE BLOODY OPEN 🤬Nothing but racist women that shoved out a customer in such a cheeky uncalled for way!! I’m sure if I was their “colour” they’d act differently with RESPECT!!!!
