Nicole Philp didn't returned calls and did not properly notify courts of my brother's change in financial situation. He continued accruing thousands in child support payments while sick and unable to work, while his kids are adults working full-time and no longer full-time students. Nicole charged thousands in lawyer fees and accomplished nothing for him. A total rip off.

When having Alex Cudney as a lawyer it is a Five 🌟 rating. However Had to do a simple change child custody case and was given to a new lawyer because it was a basic paper filing case . Basically the lawyer as handed to didn't accomplish the case. Now to add insult to injury i have recieved a bill for 500.00 added to the 700.00 i paid already. Nicole has the nerve to charge me 1200.00 and not accomplish a simple change of custody. Run fast as you can from this law firm.

Be careful worst place to be! Immigration lawyer collect over $9, 000 from me and even retire without telling us then Dora Job, his daughter , take over , she don't have a clue AS to what's going on in Immigration matters, she made so many mistake on my papers that they were returned, she even write on both my PR pictures when she should only write on one and she lied to us about it saying Costco took the pictures wrong measurement, my file was closed because of her and she never told us luckily i was in dialogue with CIC, i found out , shes out of touch with whats happening, telling me about flagpoling when I'm being filed for inside of the province, she don't even know u don't flagpoles like that!!! STAY AWAY SHE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT SHE'S DOING!! STAY AWAY!! U CAN DO YOUR IMMIGRATION STUFF ALL BY YOURSELF NO NEED FOR LAWYER OR CONSULTANT.

My mother & I went here for legal advice. She called & gave him all the information he asked for. We set up a meeting & when we went there he treated us like low class people. Wouldn't give us any advice, even after we offered to pay for an hour of his time. He looked at our paperwork & told us he wanted a $20,000 retainer when over the phone we were told $2000 would be enough with sale of the house. Being treated as if we were scum when we are in a desperate time was yet another kick to the curb the legal systems of Manitoba delivered.

I am just so happy with their service. I was already happy with the original price I was told to on the phone when I asked how much they charge for documents to be certified. When I went there and have all my 7 documents certified and signed, the staff told me that I was given a discount! Who would not be happy with that when some notary office would charge too way expensive! Staff who was there was nice too. Noah who I believed signed my documents was nice and very considerate! Once he has Your money he will sit on his butt and do nothing. He avoids calls constantly and does not reply to emails. If he would Do half of the things he says he would Do I would be a happy client. Dealing with him has put a sour taste in my mouth in regards to dealing with lawyers.
