Romeo's is a Victoria pizza restaurant chain that's been around for years. This place is in a strip mall and although it doesn't look much from the outside, it's bigger than it looks, with a nice decor. I've been for lunch twice, and both times was very pleased with the food and service. Pizzas are the iconic choice, but they have enough burgers, salads, sandwiches, and omelettes that anyone should find something to their liking. Recommended

Was on Holiday in Victoria Wanted to order Delivery, Called Romeos and they declined as we had no cell phone. First off I was on hold for 10 min waiting to talk to someone then when I mentioned I was in a hotel the female put me on hold for another 3 minutes to check if delivering to a hotel was OK. Then found out since I did not have a cell phone it would be decline as the drivers tend to get lost and need to phone for directions. I explained I am in a Well known Hotel with a big street sign still did not matter. :( Guess they only want local Business!!

Great food, wonderful staff, plate portions plentiful. Atmosphere in the restaurant during my visit happy and because I was seated alone my waitress knew to keep the different plates of the three course meal I'd ordered arriving in a timely fashion, lol. I've visited the Romeo's on Hillside location several times, at various hours during the day/evening over the years,with and without being accompanied and never had a less than satisfying culinary experience. To lift a line from a well known film...I'll be back.👍

I eat pizza in duncan all the time I love it. Fish and chips at hillside probably one of my worst fish and chip experience ever. I get it's not a fish and chip joint but if you can't cook it get it off the menu. Hello!!!!.

I'm really sad, I used to love this place a long time ago when I lived in Victoria, and that's why I visited. Had the pesto gourmet pizza made on order and took two slices home. Unfortunately it was dry and lacked the flavour I was so nostalgic about. Also, one piece from the same slice cut in half was very thin and the other was thick. Very strange

Amazing pizza🍕 I especially love the Caribbean with chicken breast pineapple and raisins and red onion. Instead of chorizo I substituted with spinich and mushrooms. They aren't shy on showing you your bang for your buck. With this I love going with the greek salad extra feta and dressing. Keeps me coming back!💕

Beware undisclosed ingredients. For example, the ground beef has soy in it. For those with food allergies, you'll have to ask about every single component of your pizza to avoid surprises and/or adverse food reactions. Or, just go someplace where they are entirely transparent about all of the ingredients in their food.

GREAT pizza place. We always get the gluten free pizzas and have never felt sick from them. Highly recommend the 5 cheese and the outback chicken pizzas- they are seriously to die for. Although I don’t recommend any pizza with “pesto” since it’s red and doesn’t taste anything like pesto!

Awful pizza. Awful service. Awful experience. Pizza was greasy, leaden bread. It was late. Which isn’t a big deal. But it arrived and after the dude left, we noticed they’d given us Diet Coke instead of regular. That never flies. Nobody orders regular coke because they’re ambivalent about diet vs regular. Diet Coke is either disgusting or delicious. So when we called to ask for our regular cokes we paid for they said they couldn’t come back because we’re out of their delivery area. Makes sense. Terrible experience and we will be sticking to the good pizza places like standard pizza on cook street. The best pizza in Victoria.

Was staying at hotel z ordered a pizza. Delivery driver didn't wait 5 mins . By the time I got there they left and they told me that I would have to pay twice for the order if I were to come pick up the order the guy on the phone was really rude and unprofessional. For me the Pizza was middle of the road and I was certainly not blown away by it. However, I can see why others may like it. The sauce had some flavour in it that just didn't resonate with me. The cheese blend was decent, I do wish the crust was crisper and less chewy, but it wasn't horrible. The chicken strips were pretty good, again not amazing, but good. Would I order from here again, yes, but will it be my new go to pizza place, no. My search continues.

Wow! I have been looking for good pizza that delivers (pun intended) for a long time... I just ordered from the Fairfield location tonight and I'm totally blown away. Normally, I prefer making my own pizza over takeout, but this pie comes close to freshly homemade. The crust was perfect... just the right crispness, not too thick, but enough to feel that it's there and to hold the toppings. The toppings, themselves, seem to be very high quality, and the sauce has a lovely flavour... All round, extremely worthwhile, and amazing value for money. I don't order pizza often, but when I do, Oregano's will certainly be my go-to!

Oregano's makes the best pizza in Victoria. The BBQ Bourbon Chicken is my favorite but they are all excellent. Quality ingredients and the owners passion for making great food really stands out. There is also a nice assortment of other sides, specials, breakfast options and desserts.

I called and asked them if they could bring them and they said I had to go all the way there to pick it up although I’d already been charged for them. The pasta noodle here is soft and overcooked and the sauce had absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. The pizza is good, not great. They also put my garlic bread in a paper bag when they should have wrapped it in tin foil to keep it warm and put it in the other paper bag with the pasta. I might come in here for another slice or two but i will never try the pasta again. Other than that, they seem like nice people.

Tried their take out tonight, not impressed.😣 We ordered 2 vegetarian lasagne. Also asked to substitute for garlic toast but they could not accommodate that simple request. Said NOT to include the garlic toast in that case but would appreciate some napkins. Of course the order arrived WITH garlic toast and NO napkins! As far as the actual lasagna, this had the strangest seasonings I have ever tasted in a tomato lasagna. Strong taste of nutmeg which was rather off putting. No oregano or basil, just heavy on the nutmeg! I love nutmeg in a cream (white) sauce but it doesn't go with tomato based sauces. There was also a thick SKIN of cheddar cheese on top which was very dense , not gooey and pleasant to eat. Again, cheddar doesn't go with lasagna, mozzarella and parmesan but not cheddar. We were both really hungry so we ate this " mess" of a meal but we won't be trying anything else from this restaurant, based on this poor excuse for authentic Italian fare. The chef needs some help, that is for sure!

The pizza from this Cosmo's location has been THE ONLY go to for my family for 20 or more years. If you order the vegetarian pull it apart after it gets to you... all the veggies make it damp and it will sog out on ya. I order the same 3 toppings, salami black, olive and EXTRA pineapple. Yup I am one of those. When you say extra they listen. The owners change, the delivery service (great people) and pizza quality have not. NO pizza delivery in town cooks as yummy as Cosmo's. Check my recycling box...Yes...I have ordered pizza tonight.

Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience with the 2 for 1 pastas... I was recommended giving them a try for both pizza and pasta. I can honestly say it was the worst "Lasagna" if you can even call it that... that I've ever had. Shredded lasagna noodles mixed in with a chef-boy-r-d cheap-o sauce... and the ravioli were just about as bad. Asked for meatballs in the ravioli, didn't know it would be just 2 small meatballs for 4$. Overall would never reccomend for pasta. I have heard good things about the pizza by many, but the pasta was atrocious.

I ordered the Funky chicken pizza which sounds amazing on paper. Roasted chicken and a tomato pesto sauce on a whole wheat crust, perfect. What arrived was a milky yellow circle that was hard to differentiate from the box it came in. It was so covered in cheese I could not even recognise my order. I would not recommend Villages Pizza to anyone. I expected much more.

I would definitely give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately I have to give one. I have only ordered from this location a few times (usually order from the Eagle Creek Village location) and have always had a good experience Tonight, when I placed a takeout order online, I had a very bad experience at this store. I didn’t even leave with my order because it wasn’t even prepared. I stood there for 10 minutes while the two staff members stood at the back talking amongst themselves. No idea what happened with my order, will definitely not ever return to this location

Grabbed a quick bite, (pizza-by-the-slice) here while working out of town in the area just over a week ago. Clean, at least what I could see at the front. Free parking outside. Choices were very fresh (12pm). I had an awesome veggie pizza with artichoke hearts and tomato sauce. I have to have it again ! Crust was quite good, very generous on the toppings and they were of great quality. Price was typical for by-the-slice. Staff member was friendly who served me. Going to check out the Burnaby location for more of that yummy pizza I had.

We ordered a bunch of pizza's for our hockey team on a Monday night. We thought there might be an issue as Hot House closes at 9pm and we needed the pizzas delivered to Pearkes Arena for 9pm. "No problem, we can do that" was their reply. Sure enough, right at 9pm our pizzas were delivered piping hot and delicious! Hot House will be our go-to pizza place for all our future team orders. Thanks Hot House!!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I eat lunch here at least once week. The always have a wide variety of pizzas, they are all delicious (even the ones without meat!), and they even have an assortment of comic books to read if you happen to be dining alone... again. Amazing.

I enjoy the pizza from here, usually pretty good quality for what you pay. I was a little disappointed with my last order to see that my 3-topping pizza only had 2 of the toppings i had asked for, yet i paid full price for 3. I didn't notice until i got home and didn't feel like bothering over 1 topping, but it was disappointing to say the least.

Palagio is out go-to pizza, especially since they're open late every night. Delivery and preparation is fast, and the pizza is great! We especially like that the Vegetarian pizza can be made vegan with soy cheese - something many other places don't offer - and the vegan pizza is always cut with a clean knife.

We ordered a perogi and steak pizza while staying at the Delta ... the girl taking order was super helpful, patient and very friendly on phone. The guy delivering was super pleasant, had huge smile on his face when arriving at room and I thought ... dude .. you just earned your tip. The pizza was outstanding; the best we have ever had! The crust was perfect and toppings were fresh and full of flavour. On a side note, we were really sold on the review with owner noting they use real cheese and their cheese supplier!

Ordered 222 deal 2 pizza 2 pops and 2 dips The guy forgot the dips tried to talk to them worst service first they tell me I didn’t order and I didn’t pay which I did and was included. After 10 min they saw they screw and told me is not worth it for us to deliver ranch just put credit for two ranches if you want. Screw me if they forget my dip every time just going to have free ranches. They screw they come and deliver it like other places they don’t want to payoff the delivery charge it’s their problem. I pay delivery charge for they forgetting my dip and not wanting to deliver plus paid dip I didn’t got deliver got robbed by this people.

If you’re looking to repel everyone within a 10 foot radius, eat a donair from top dog pizza. I eat Lebanese, Greek etc. I love garlic. But this was next level. On top of it, it wasn’t even good.

Came here for lunch with a friend recently and was not disappointed. Famoso has a great feel to it, not super-modern like a lot of the places around there. The food was great, we had the Sweet BBQ Chicken pizza and it was delicious. The crust is surprisingly good! Coffee was great as well and was quickly refilled. The only real issue that I had was the coffee cup I received was not clean inside. When I pointed it out they brought me a new one fairly quick. Our server was great. I will definitely come back here with my family! Great job.

Went here for dinner. Ordered two different types of pizza as seen in the pictures. They came super fast and they tasted really good. They also have a nice and diverse selection of drinks. It is a little bit pricey. Overall a good pizza place to check out in Victoria.

I would have given this a 2 but our server handled herself well. The wife and I ordered a couple Trash Pandas beer, after 10 min and a new server she came over to tell us they were out of that beer. Then the pizza and caesar salad arrive, I notice there were no croutons in my $5 salad. I asked and she said that she would bring some over. 10 min later and almost done my lettuce and very little dressing she comes over to inform us that they're also out of croutons, but the kitchen agreed to make us some garlic bread. We finish our meal and then the bread, with no garlic on it, arrived. It's too bad because I had heard good things about the place and i was looking forward to it.

It was smokey (from the brick oven) and loud. I had ordered salad and it obviously had been sitting for a while as the lettuce was soggy. It has potential, but doesn't quite meet the prices they charge. Prima Strada is a better option for brick oven pizza.

Their salad & pasta are really really overpriced. The pizza is nice but I had a lot of better italian pizzas before. Over All the restaurant is nice & the waiters are super cute but its very expensive for the taste & I wouldn't go there again.

When you go from nearly a 5 star one week and then a two the next there's something wrong. It's pretty clear what days are good to order for delivery and which ones aren't. Slices are hard for any shop and it's consistently good, and that's just based on the same criteria mentioned.

I like the food, but their website said that delivery was until 11pm and I tried ordering at around 10:40'ish and it told me that my "store was currently closed". I looked on Google, where it also showed their hours were until 11pm tonight, and I tried calling to order there and got nothing but ringing followed by a screeching tonal sound, 3 times in a row. A bit odd.
